Get ready to fire up that core and your cariovascular system! After your warm-up, you will have four, 4x2 circuits. The first round you'll complete 30-seconds on, 15-seconds off, the next round 30-seconds on, 10-seconds off. Each move will concentrate on lifting your heart rate or targeting your abdominals for the ultimate burn. Zero equipment needed to get the job done!
