    I was about to return them actually because they were not working for me. This video is definatly helpful...igorance is bad I guess and having people who share even something that someone would call small is awesome because however small or simple it may look for some people, it is actually big to someone else.     Im abt give a bad review for this product because it can connected to my Samsung but didnt work on my iPhone. Try hundred times still didnt work until i found this video and now it work properly on my both phones. thank you so muchhhh

    Thanks so much!! I was charging it for the whole night and then this morning I was trying them on but there was no sound at all.     Omg thank you for this, my actual problem was 1 earbud wasnt working which was the left one, so i did the 5 second close and the 10 second button hold in the earbuds and the left earbuds is finally connected.

    Somehow it connected with my phone but the name is “Bowie WM01”.
    So I reset factory following your tutorial, and now the name “Baseus Bowie WM01” appears, connected, and the earphones have sound!

They stay in my ears when running and become unnoticeable. They are tight but comfortable. The sound quality is about the same as the 1st gen buds. They pair more easily with my LG G8 ThinQ and immediately reconnect when removed from the case. The sound balance is excellent, good but not overpowering base and clean mid tones and highs.Cons: The noise cancellation is good but perhaps a little less effective than the Bose ANC on the 1st gen buds. Passthrough mode as not as good as the 1st gen buds making it a little more difficult to hear conversations when in passthrough.

    Hi! I have had my earbuds since the start of November and it was working perfectly well but as of now I noticed that the right ear bud does not light up even though it is in the charging case and even when i tried to turn it on it still wouldn’t. What do you think I should do to fix this? Thanks!

      Hi there, did you try to do a reset?
      If you performed a reset and the problem is still there, contact the seller for a possible replacement

    Hello! I hope you're doing fine. This video is amazing. I just have one question. I am using this for a week now. Should I put the earbuds back to the case whenever I'm not using it? Or should I wait for it to be 0% before I put it back to its charging case. Thanks so much!

      Its really up to you :) if you’re not putting back to their “home”… just remember to power them off when not using because they don’t have auto power off function

    Dude, thanks so much for the video. I bought one of these (purple), but they stop working, I only use it a few times. I came out loaded now. Also, how do you know the charge is full? now the white light is on.

    Hi! I just received my Baseus wm01 the other day. At first, I really don't know how this earphone works but thanks to your video. One thing I experienced tho, everytime I disconnect it from my phone, the audio of my phone won't work. That's why I reconnect it with my earphone again so that I could make phone calls or listen to videos. Can you please help me out?

      Hmmmmm… a few things you can try
      1) try to see if a firmware update for your phone and whether it fix the BT connection issue
      2) try to do a factory reset
      If doesn’t work then it might be good to contact the seller for a possible replacement

      WM01 do not have proper IPX rating, which means to say it has no proper protection against sweat and water.
      It is highly recommended to get wireless earbuds which have proper IPX rating, at least IPX4 for exercise, workout, jogging etc.
      You can check out MPOW MDOTS, CKFN F18, REALME Buds Air 2 Neo
      These earbuds are at least IPX5 and above

      well.... it depends on which version you got.
      so far... I know there are two versions to indicate fully charged:
      1) The Led light on the case is blinking during charging. It stops blinking when 100% charged
      or
      2) The led light on the case is a solid light during charging, It will turn off when 100% charged
      Mine is the 2nd one

      Hmmmm….
      Try to use up all the battery within the earbuds and then recharge it back to 100%
      Other than that… try to do a reset.
      If all fails, contact the reseller for a possible replacement

      Yes you are half right :)
      When the case is close to zero battery, the red led light will pulse (but it is hard to catch)
      So…. I do recommend you to recharge the case once every 1-2 weeks (depending on your usage)

      Hmmmm… try to unpair and re do the pairing
      Sometimes the delay between left and right earbud will auto correct after a while
      If the issue is still there, contact the reseller for a possible replacement

    Does anyone else experience power draining even without using? My left earbud always gets drained for no reason but the right one works perfectly.

      Actually… the battery drain is very very slow… but if there is a huge battery drain
      There are a few ways you can try
      1) Try to drain out the battery within the earbuds completely till 0 and recharge again back to 100%
      2) try to do a factory reset
      3) Try not to put your earbuds & casing next to items which are high in temperature or gives out strong electro magnetic fielda
      If all methods fail… contact the seller for a possible replacement

      When i listen to certain music… there is some hissing or rattling sound in the background.
      But if it is static… try to do a factory reset
      If the problem is still there, contact the reseller for a possible replacement

      You need to do the factory reset one earbud at a time. And remember to remove all the bluetooth pairing first
      Sometimes need to try a few times before it works

    Hi! I just got mine yesterday and the first time I used it, it was perfectly fine. But then the left one does not produce any sound. I tried doing the reset step, but it still does not work. When it does, both the left and right will produce sound, bur after a few minutes, it will beep and the left one won't produce any more sound.

    How do I charge my earphones, is it by putting the earphones inside the charging case or by just simply charging the case without the earphones inside. Thanks!

      Good question 👍 put the earphones inside the charging case. If there is battery inside the case, it will automatically start charging the earphones.
      If not… charging the case with the earphones inside will simply charge up everything 😊

      @@JonnyZhu so basically the case is like a power bank. It contains energy/battery inside. So when you place earbuds inside the case it will automatically charge even without the plug. Did I get that right?

      Usually the battery will drain faster on the master earbud.
      If battery drain is too fast, try to do a factory reset and monitor again
      Recharging the earbuds from 0-100 takes around 1 hour, not a few seconds.
      If a factory reset is done and battery drain is still too fast… there might be an issue with the battery
      Contact the seller for a possible replacement

      The mic do work on both earbuds at the same time but when you use it with apps and software… the sound will become “mono” or “single channel” to the listener

    Thank you very much I couldn't connect the headphones to my cell phone because they were connected to my Ipad the whole time -.-. Only after you said disconnect all connections with Ipads etc did it occur to me XD

      Make sure all bluetooth pairing are off
      Next Try to take out both earbuds from the case at the same time.
      And then double tap on the touch area of both earbuds at the same time.
      Wait for a few seconds and then put both earbuds back into the case
      Close the lid.
      10seconds later, take out the right side and then the left side.
      Retry BT pairing

      If you tried a factory reset and it is not solving the issue…
      You might wanna remove the bluetooth profile from your devices which you have paired and try reset again
      If it doesn’t work… contact the seller for a possible replacement

    Hi! I've read almost all of your interactions with people here & i've learned a lot. But i have a question to ask. 90% at a time, i only use the right earbud for my online meetings. I'm just leaving the left earbud on the charging tray. Right after my meetings, i put back the right earbud back in the tray which is permanently plugged in to an outlet. So my quesriions are: (1) Does the earbuds automatically shut off when it is fully charged keeping them safe from overcharging? (2) Is it safe for my left earbud stationed in the tray at all times even if the tray is permanently plugged in to an outlet. PLS kindly provide with your response on this for me to have a peace of mind. Thanks a lot.

      1) when the earbuds are 100% charged, they stop charging
      2) it is ok to leave the earbuds in the case for long time but just take note that if you do not charge them at all, the earbuds and the case will lose battery bit by bit.
      When unused, the standby time is around 30 days iirc

      Each time you take the earbuds out from the charging case, It should reconnect with the same phone immediately (of course, you need to switch on the bluetooth on your phone first ☺️)

      to reset, you need to remove the headphones from the case and while one of them is blinking white quickly, tap it three times. After that, reinstall it in the case, close-open and you can use it.

    Um, hello, i wanna ask a question but i own a WM02. I bought mine a month ago, after 2 weeks usage suddenly the left one doesnt give produce any sounds. Done the reset still doesnt work and the light indicator didnt blink in the case. I've got the replacement today, but it's still having a problem. The right one doesnt charge in the case, it was keep on 10% battery percentage. What should i do 😭

      Hmmmmmm… 1) did you charge the earbuds together with the case?
      2) did you remove the sticker from the earbuds?
      3) push the earbuds deeper into the case.
      4) clean the charging connection pins, sometimes there will be some dust and dirt

      Try a few things
      1) drain the earbuds battery to 0% and then recharge to 100%. After that try repairing
      2) do factory reset and try pairing
      3) try to update your smartphone to the newest firmware version and restart your phone
      Usually one of the above methods will solve the issue.. if none works, then it might be a motherboard chip issue which Beyond my ability and capability
      You will need to contact the seller for a possible replacement

      Try factory reset
      Otherwise, drain the battery in both earbuds completely down to 0% and recharge them back to full 100%
      Anyway… it is very normal for one earbud to lose battery slightly faster

      Besides the Plus having a way bigger case, it also has a bigger battery size in the case and a dedicated LED panel to show the exact battery level

      Some apps cannot work with bluetooth earbuds mic… such as Camera app, Tiktok… sadly it is the same for iPhone

      Hey there! Did you try to do a factory reset and re-doing the Pairing process?
      Usually these two methods will resolve the issue you are facing
      If the problem still persists… then there might be a chip issue within the earbud itself. Therefore you might need to contact the seller for further assistance such as a replacement or repair

      Try to do a factory reset to your earbuds first and then do the Bluetooth pairing. Make sure other bluetooth devices are switched off

      I always charge my earbuds with a regular charger. As most earbuds i know do not support fast re-charging.
      So a 5w to 10w charger will do 😊

      @@JonnyZhu i had the same problem with lexikeii. There is red light when put in the case. The case also i have charged untill the white light stop flashing. But when take out the ear bud, it just flash white for a while and gone. Like it do not have battery.

      Hmmmmm…. I will recommend to use an alcohol wipe to wipe clean the magnetic charging pins on the earbuds and the case.
      Sometimes, these charging pins are covered by dust which are invisible to our eyes and it affects the case & earbuds from getting connected.
      Besides that, when we put the earbuds back into the case, it will be good to press the earbuds a bit more so that the pins can have a good strong magnetic connection.

      Otherwise, charge your earbuds full first and re try again
      If the problem is still there after a factory reset, yours might be a defective set… contact the seller for a possible replacement

      If there is that “tenenenenen” sound… which happened to me with the WM01 PLUS… it means there is a manufacturing fault with the earbuds
      Contact the seller to get a possible replacement

    Hi, is it okay if i don't charge my wm01 bc (put in their case and plug in a socket) whenever i don't use it, the earbuds automatically charges into 100%? ( i put them inside the case when Im asleep and when I wake up they're 100%) Or do I still need to put them in their case and charge them? I'm worrying bc if i do it maybe it will over charge..
    (I don't drain them I usually don't use them if they have reached 50 or 60%.. I recently got mine and been using it since Dec. 16.)

      Actually… the case itself is able to provide an additional 20hours of battery, while the earbuds are able to last up to 5 hours on music at 70% volume.
      Therefore, if you use the WM01 earbuds around 3-4 hours per day, you will only need to re-charge the entire set (case + earbuds) once every 4-5 days ^.^

      Excellent question!
      You can add the battery widget from the Home Screen 😊
      1) Tab and hold on an empty space in your iphone Home Screen for about 3-seconds
      2) you will see all the app icons wiggle a bit and a (-) icon will appear above each app
      3) look up to the top of your screen and you will see two icons.
      To the left you will see a (+) sign
      To the right you will see a DONE icon
      4) click on the (+) and it will bring up the “Widgets” menu
      5) scroll through the options until you see “batteries”
      6) tap on “batteries” and a separate menu will pop up for you to choose the type of battery display. There are 3 types.
      For me… i select the 2nd option
      7) tap on the option you wan and drag it to the home screen and place it wherever you like
      DONE!!!!!!

      Do the following for WM02 factory reset
      1) make sure the earbuds are in the charging case and the lid is closed
      2) remove the Bluetooth pairing
      3) open the lid and take out both earbuds
      4) tap 3x on the left OR right earbud. The led ring light on both earbuds will flash white 3 times.
      This means reset is completed
      5) put both earbuds back into the case and close the lid
      6) wait for 20 seconds and then re-do the bluetooth pairing
