Hi I got these new wm02 but I have a huawei phone and it does not have the baseus app. To use the app I had to find baseus apk online and download it. The problem is, it sometimes does not change eq mode when I want to. It then shows the sentence "setup failed." I am so confused on what to do with this. I hope you can help me.
As far as I know Baseus App only supports Android and Iphone. Other platforms will need Baseus to release official versions. Therefore, this is beyond me.

After charging the earbuds back to 100%, Try to use the battery in the earbuds until 0% and see if you face the same issue. If you do, contact your reseller or Baseus
I tried searching it online but the answer on the Baseus site is too vague and doesn't really help with my problem. My bin was finally low on battery so I decided to charge it along with my earbus cus it too was low battery. In the manual it says, when charging the bin, the white light breathes (I had charged it prior when I received it cus I followed ur advice to charge them once I receive the item) but this time the white light only blinks for about a minute max and then turns to blink red for 4 seconds and then the cycle repeats. I didn't notice how it was charging the first time, so I have no idea if this is normal or defective? :( I need help. The seller from the official baseus store hasn't responded to me yet.
Leave the whole set to charge first. And try to use power adapter which is 5V / 1A If it still show the same issue tomorrow, reach out the Baseus for assistance.

While you are waiting for the reseller to reply. Try to do the factory reset on the left earbud first. And then repeat the factory reset on the right earbud. Sometimes it might work

One way is to take out the right earbud and see if the case will charge the left earbud. Sometimes i get this charging issue too even with Airpods and Sony ☺️

It's a bit weird for me , it's seem like the both earbuds are function, it starts running the battery of left earbud , after left earbud's battery drain up, then right earbud's battery starts running but just support right earbud. 😅😅

This is a common problem. For video, some apps do not work or do not work properly…such as the default camera app, tiktok, FBM As for calls, you will need to manually switch to the WM02 mic during the call. But still some apps have problems and we can only hope it will get better
Hi.. What could be wrong with my earbuda... The left one is not fully charge usually... I have cleaned the copper part few times... Ok as for the holder whenever i put the ear buds into it the amall light blinks in red... Even i full charge it till the white light is closed... Make sure you remove wm02 from the Bluetooth menu in other nearby devices. If that is done and still no audio…. Drain the battery from the earbuds until 0% and then recharge them back to 100% (this is a hard reset) And then re do the Bluetooth pairing with your smartphone

When I do pairing in Bluetooth the left and right do not sync into pair, when I'm pairing it to my device it comes into a separate Bluetooth device which is the "left" and "right" I can't use as one pair please help me.
Did you try to do bluetooth pairing on other devices? Like laptop or PC? Does it show the same problem? If it does show the same problem, do the factory reset. Do left earbud first and then followed by the right earbud. Once completed, put both earbuds back into the charging case, close the lid and wait for 20 seconds. After that, take out both earbuds from the charging case. Wait for 10 seconds to allow both earbuds to be paired with each other. After that, try to do bluetooth pairing again.

PLEASE HELP ME The Bluetooth signal range of my TWS has significantly decreased, and I do not know the cause. Previously, the signal range could reach several meters, but now it is only about 30-50 cm. When I keep it in my pocket, the sound from the TWS becomes choppy. This issue is also happening to my other earbuds such as Sony wf-1000xm4 and airpods pro. Apparently there are certain “blind spots” for bluetooth connection when our devices are kept in bag or pocket
I bought mine last sept 9 and arrived on 19. After I fully charge it , I tried to use it and it’s working fine. The sound and the voice record are actually great because even you’re far, you can hear it clearly. However, every time I used it for 5-10mins it’s heating a lot. I reached out Baseus out this and they kept telling me to fully charge and I did it many times. Im still observing until today 21, they recommended me to reset this thing but idk so I opened Yt to find how to reset it. Huuhu
try to do a hard reset by draining the battery of the earbuds till 0% and then charge them back to 100% in the charging case and hopefully it will resolve the issue.
I only charged for a while when it just arrived and asked the seller some questions. But he kept saying repeatedly that it had to be charged for 3 hours even though the battery was full so that the factory-default battery was reset. Then I looked at the guidebook and some reviews no one required it. huft
Hello. My Baseus wm02 will always have a low volume despite it being on max. But when I turn the AAC off and on the volume returns back to normal. This happened suddenly without me touching anything in the settings and its annoying because the volume only returns to normal if I have music or any sound playing while I turn the AAC off and on and the volume becomes low whenever a sound stops playing and I have to repeat the process again. try to take out the left earbud.... put it back into the charging case and press the left earbud a bit harder into the case. Sometimes, if the charging points on earbud and the charging case do not connect well, they do not charge

I see. Try to make the battery in both earbuds to be zero % and then remove the Bluetooth from all your devices Put the earbuds back into charging case to charge back to 100% Once 100% charged. Do the factory reset And then re do the bluetooth pairing. This is what i call it “HARD RESET”

It is best to use a 10W charger or 5V/1A charger To keep the cost down, Many affordable earbuds use low end batteries and the chipboard may not have proper wattage regulators to reduce the incoming charge to a lower wattage which suitable for the product. If you continue to use a higher wattage charger which is meant for smartphones, In the long run, you are actually damaging the internal earbuds and casing components and degrading the battery faster than usual
no this happened very recently theres no problem with the earbud its the charging case the left earbud slot of the charging case it doesn't charge my left earbud and when I put my left earbud on it doesn't turn it off also@@JonnyZhu
How would you know if the bin and the earphones are both fully charged (When ur charging them) It didn't indicate. I just got mine today and it say the bin would have a steady light when it's fully charged but when I used the earphones, they're only at 80% :c

Try to push the left earbud deeper into the case. Make sure the ring light is on to indicate charging. If not, plug the charging cable into the case and try to charge the earbuds in the case
@@JonnyZhu Yes there's light when its in the case. The problem is when I'm taking it off it's not turning on or there's no light at all. The other one has which is the right piece.
You can check the audio sound setting in your phone or music app. Besides that, you can download 3rd party audio balance app to adjust the left and right side loudness

Make sure your earbuds is not connected to other bluetooth devices. Besides that, update the Bluetooth firmware in your PC. Take note that the windows OS I did is Windows 10
When you say “really fast”…. How much battery is left in your left earbud when the right side die? Besides that… what was the battery level of both earbuds in the beginning? Same same 100%?
@@JonnyZhu for mine is the left side that the battery drained so fast. I charged both full to the 100%. Then when I use it, somehow the left side only got 80% max and in 3 minutes it suddenly died while the right one is 100% and working perfectly well. I don't know how this happened. It just happened out of the blue. I started using the right one as the 'master' pairing (I usually use my left one to pair the bluetooth). When I do that at least the left one can hold up until 20 to 30 minutes. It's frustrating bcs my baseus is only 9 months old. Do you perhaps have any solution for this? Thanks in advance!
hi @junonchou7736 I feel for you and I understand your frustrations. afaik, under normal usage, the battery life for WM02 earbuds should not deplete that rapidly within the first year, especially since it is under 9 months. I strongly suggest you to reach out to Baseus directly for a replacement.
Yes it does support google assistant and siri but you will need to enable the voice assistant function in your smart phone first. Otherwise it won’t work properly

That is normal.
Fully charged: The white indicator of the charging case is steady on. The indicators of the earphones are off.

Did you try to use a different charging cable or power adapter?

What kind of device are you connecting to WM02?
One method is to get a bluetooth transmitter with volume control.

You can customise the WM02 touch input via the Baseus App to include vol up and vol down.
And then reconnect back to the bluetooth transmitter

The light will stay on when it is 100% charged.

@amyauliaaa probably the earbuds for half a day like 5-6 hours should do the trick and then put back into the case to charge

What do you mean by “not syncing”?? Do you mean bluetooth pairing?
When I do pairing in Bluetooth the left and right do not sync into pair, when I'm pairing it to my device it comes into a separate Bluetooth device which is the "left" and "right" I can't use as one pair please help me.
Did you try to do bluetooth pairing on other devices? Like laptop or PC? Does it show the same problem?
If it does show the same problem, do the factory reset.
Do left earbud first and then followed by the right earbud.
Once completed, put both earbuds back into the charging case, close the lid and wait for 20 seconds.
After that, take out both earbuds from the charging case. Wait for 10 seconds to allow both earbuds to be paired with each other.
After that, try to do bluetooth pairing again.

Hi Mr Johnny, when i put the other earbud back to the charging case, the other one that's already in the charging case won't light up, it usually lights up when i put it back in. i'm just curious about how to make it light up at the same time but both of them are working fine so it's good

The Bluetooth signal range of my TWS has significantly decreased, and I do not know the cause. Previously, the signal range could reach several meters, but now it is only about 30-50 cm. When I keep it in my pocket, the sound from the TWS becomes choppy. Please help me resolve the issue with my TWS.
This issue is also happening to my other earbuds such as Sony wf-1000xm4 and airpods pro. Apparently there are certain “blind spots” for bluetooth connection when our devices are kept in bag or pocket
I bought mine last sept 9 and arrived on 19. After I fully charge it , I tried to use it and it’s working fine. The sound and the voice record are actually great because even you’re far, you can hear it clearly. However, every time I used it for 5-10mins it’s heating a lot. I reached out Baseus out this and they kept telling me to fully charge and I did it many times. Im still observing until today 21, they recommended me to reset this thing but idk so I opened Yt to find how to reset it. Huuhu
If the reset is not helping then request for a refund or replacement

try to do a hard reset by draining the battery of the earbuds till 0% and then charge them back to 100% in the charging case and hopefully it will resolve the issue.

I only charged for a while when it just arrived and asked the seller some questions. But he kept saying repeatedly that it had to be charged for 3 hours even though the battery was full so that the factory-default battery was reset. Then I looked at the guidebook and some reviews no one required it. huft

Even though most wireless earbuds can last between 2-3 years. It is best to follow instructions Especially it is brand new
Hello. My Baseus wm02 will always have a low volume despite it being on max. But when I turn the AAC off and on the volume returns back to normal. This happened suddenly without me touching anything in the settings and its annoying because the volume only returns to normal if I have music or any sound playing while I turn the AAC off and on and the volume becomes low whenever a sound stops playing and I have to repeat the process again. Thanks in advance.

try to take out the left earbud.... put it back into the charging case and press the left earbud a bit harder into the case.
Sometimes, if the charging points on earbud and the charging case do not connect well, they do not charge

I see. Try to make the battery in both earbuds to be zero % and then remove the Bluetooth from all your devices
Put the earbuds back into charging case to charge back to 100%
Once 100% charged. Do the factory reset And then re do the bluetooth pairing.

It is best to use a 10W charger or 5V/1A charger
To keep the cost down, Many affordable earbuds use low end batteries and the chipboard may not have proper wattage regulators to reduce the incoming charge to a lower wattage which suitable for the product.
If you continue to use a higher wattage charger which is meant for smartphones, In the long run, you are actually damaging the internal earbuds and casing components and degrading the battery faster than usual

How would you know if the bin and the earphones are both fully charged (When ur charging them) It didn't indicate. I just got mine today and it say the bin would have a steady light when it's fully charged but when I used the earphones, they're only at 80% :c
How long did you charge the whole thing? On first charge, it should be around 2 hours

@@JonnyZhu yes i removed the blue sticker. The right one is good. But the left one doesn't have any lights when I'm taking it off.
Try to push the left earbud deeper into the case. Make sure the ring light is on to indicate charging.
If not, plug the charging cable into the case and try to charge the earbuds in the case
@@JonnyZhu Yes there's light when its in the case. The problem is when I'm taking it off it's not turning on or there's no light at all. The other one has which is the right piece.

You can check the audio sound setting in your phone or music app.
Besides that, you can download 3rd party audio balance app to adjust the left and right side loudness

Make sure your earbuds is not connected to other bluetooth devices. Besides that, update the Bluetooth firmware in your PC.

They're both at 100%. Later, the left earpod will be at 97%, while the right one will be at 99%.

@@JonnyZhu for mine is the left side that the battery drained so fast. I charged both full to the 100%. Then when I use it, somehow the left side only got 80% max and in 3 minutes it suddenly died while the right one is 100% and working perfectly well. I don't know how this happened. It just happened out of the blue. I started using the right one as the 'master' pairing (I usually use my left one to pair the bluetooth). When I do that at least the left one can hold up until 20 to 30 minutes. It's frustrating bcs my baseus is only 9 months old. Do you perhaps have any solution for this? Thanks in advance!
hi @junonchou7736 I feel for you and I understand your frustrations. afaik, under normal usage, the battery life for WM02 earbuds should not deplete that rapidly within the first year, especially since it is under 9 months. I strongly suggest you to reach out to Baseus directly for a replacement.

Yes it does support google assistant and siri but you will need to enable the voice assistant function in your smart phone first. Otherwise it won’t work properly
