Thanks for the video. I will be renting first time from Calgary. Is there a company rep when handing over and returning the car? Do they inspect the vehicle for damages (when picking up as well as returning?

+Kamran Ayub Thanks for visiting my Channel. Yes, you must inspect the vehicle before accepting it. Take a video or photos if there’s anything such as a dent/scuff etc in case that is the only available vehicle. Go for the unlimited mileage option. Make sure the fuel tank has the same amount of fuel as it was when you picked the vehicle. Try and return the vehicle within their working hours so that someone is there to receive the car. Or, you will have to just leave the car there and drop the keys in the dropbox . All the best for your visit to Calgary
