Thank you, Mario! You taught me a lot of things about Denmark and investing 👍🏻 I saw you once riding on the Christiania bike on Islands Brygge. Next time I’d like to say “thanks” in person if possible 🙂
Thanks for all the videos, you made me start investing and being more aware of all these topics since I move to DK Ideas for future videos: How looks like having a kid in Denmark, school timeline, how to create an account for them and start investing with it, etc... Un abrazo fuerte!
You have mentioned about Aktiesparekonto many times. If one has approx 100k for eg lying around, would it make sense to max out Akt in one shot, or stagger it through some months/years?
@@MarioScianHQ I know that, but you cant open an stock market account in other EU country and get your stocks account there? BY the way, are you argentinean? I saw you in one video with the argentinean t-shirt and you speak so fast like spanish people who speaks english, I am argentinean :)
Hej Mario, thanks for sharing your knowledge ! I went through your videos trying to find one which involves internet bank ( no physical presence but pure online . For remote worker this could be helpful without having to convert the currency and being physically in Denmark to open one? ( In Hong Kong and the UK there are such banks ). If you have done such video before could you please direct me thanks !
@@MarioScianHQ Thanks a lot. I will take a look. You're right about being able or unable to open an account. A valid point which I didn't think about earlier. I was only thinking about currency exchange and the fees etc. Thanks for the reminder and keep up the good work !
Hi Mario, thank you for these data. Could you make a video regarding buying properties to rent them? Is that something you are experienced with and would advise to do so? Which property management company would you suggest? Or is it not worth it with the new higher property taxes?
@@MarioScianHQ Hey Mario, it seems that the current geopolitical situation in the world is in turmoil (from some time now) and it seems that is about to explode anytime soon. Do you still recommend putting your money in stocks? Better wait until everything goes really down? Gracias!
@@MarioScianHQ Where is the course? I live in Aarhus with my wife and kid, working couple, and we’re thinking whether we move to a lower rent house in Aarhus, or move to rented accommodation in Copenhagen, or look to buy a house in Aarhus, or buy in Copenhagen!!
Hello Mario, You are doing really great job, May God Bless You Always. I just a have request to you, could you please make video on careers like if someone is not so educated so what course should we learn or what skill should we learn so we can find a better job, In my case I am a Chinese language teacher or translator but I am doing dishwashing because I can’t find any job related to field so I want to switch my field but I also can’t study long periods like bachelors or Master, So I want to learn some short course or skills which can help me to change my field and get a better job, (for example it could be a car machanic) just for example. Thank You Mario.
An other great video ! Thanks for sharing your thoughts Mario, i am actually following the same path as you, would you share the structure of your portfolio one day?

@mario - are you able to comment on this
I would put all in one go
Hi Mario, I’d love to hear about how you cycle in the winter-time.
I have a great winter jacket (goretex, warm) + gloves and hat
How do you invest living in denmark to avoid the 42% taxes?
You can't avoid them if you're tax resident in DK

I read it from your website, in February I am moving there with my wife and dog!

Lunar is the local internet bank, for EU you can also use Revolut - but don't know if you can open accounts not being resident here

Fair feedback! Focus on learning and using DK's free education to level up and get better jobs

I share it on my investment course (link in video description)!
@@MarioScianHQ I didn’t knew you were providing courses. I could be very interested in the one about buying property, can you confirm it’s up to date?
