@Heavy Spoilers what if when ashley deleted the footage of the boys getting queen maeve's body her assistant - ashley - snitches on her to homelander so she can promoted
Basically the boys is fucked 😂they have the people slowly excepting homelanders ways Ryan seems he might turn bad,Victoria can literally kill just by looking ,butcher is dying and the boys is in worse position than they was when they started
I’m glad that Soldier Boy isn’t dead but I’m lowkey sad that Jensen might not be back for awhile or if ever :( Soldier Boy was legit my favorite standout this season
@@tomaszyarlett8681 exactly i thought his new powers melted ppl so if he went nuked she would of been melted if not she would of died due to it also taking her powers so how she survive that fall?
I genuinely cackled out loud when Soldier boy roasted his "son". Tragic too, in that Homelander still can't get the father he always wanted and the irony that Soldier said the exact same thing to his son like his own father. It was glorious!
That was dumb. It made no sense for Soldier Boy to side with Butcher over his own blood, especially when SB already stated how much he wanted kids. I think that's just liberal writers wanting to demonize conservatives even more than they already do by implying they'd kill their own children if they found them to be the least bit insecure.
@@ayea28 lol funny, you sound like the kind of person that helps to create school shooters. I think you like to see people emotionally tormented until they snap. Says a lot about you as a... human? I don't know. I don't think you're a human, just another animal.
@@ayea28 So true. It was coming to be honest. Homelander deserved it too. I think it was made to be ironic that SB's son turned out to be a failure with no redeeming qualities to SB like he was to his father, but then he can't even take responsibility because SB didn't shape him.
Soldier boy took the spotlight. He's got serious scene presence. I also got a brightburn vibe from Ryan when he smiled at the end seeing Homelander kill that protester in front of him.
I think that Soldier Boy was the most tragic character in the show. Throughout the season he honoured the deal with Butcher and risked his life multiple times trying to kill Homelander. And in the end what did he get? He got betrayed by his team, captured(probably going to be tortured and experimented again) and whole world thinks he is a terrorist and racist(which he is not).
@@Shome2049 He also was definitely a racist. He spoke about hosing down protestors in Birmingham. Probably didn't hate all black people, but was clearly fine with/took pleasure in enforcing Jim crow.
@@Shome2049 bruh he was friends with Stormfront back then as Liberty. He didn't kill Nazis, he worked with them. What the fuck are you talking about? The US army hated Black people in his day who protested war and who also fought in wars. Did you forget how Homelander and Blue Hawk represent exceptionalism, far right conservationism and the other stand-your-ground and police brutality. Soldier Boy was their segregation and anti-Civil Rights precursor, Storm Front was supremacist side. They all represent different sides of America's majority White and hegemonic structure how racism evolved and coexisted despite social change to resist it.
The scene where Homelander leaves with Ryan as they walk past Billy is a call back to season 2 when Ryan wanted to stay with Billy and they walked past Homelander
I hope Janine’s Mom breaks up with Todd next season. Ryan joining Homelander is entirely Butcher’s fault. The zombie storyline in the comics might be used for Noir. I really doubt he’ll never come back.
I don't know if Ryan will go against Homelander. In the last scene, even though Ryan is initially sad, he has almost a genuine smile at the end. After seeing his father kill a person in front of his eyes, he might be more relieved about what he did to Stormfront and he would probably be ready to embrace his darker side.
This episode definitely had a couple twist that I was not expecting. I was really hoping black noir would make it to the end of the season. I'm glad that Maeve at least got a happy ending.
@@oh.hey.2045 I found the moment where homelander was saying that he sees him as he is to be touching. And clearly they've a connection I would have rather seen just about anything, then what they gave me.
Legit, I wanted to see noir terrify the shit out of him, bad choice killing him off imo. I think his son will end up being the one to eventually kill him. I think they are going to use him kinda loosely keeping to the homelanders clone finishing him off plot line except with the alteration of it being his son instead. It may not be evident just now but I believe that's eventually where they are heading with his son.
That sort of sadistic smile from ryan at the end gave me chills. This is homelander's world now and he's dragging ryan right through it. Messing up his mind. Poor kid.
Butcher was the one who let this happen. Ryan needed a father, and Butcher spat in his face, where Homelander surprisingly tried to put him at ease. This season was all about abusive recursive loops with fathers, yet Homelander without a father figure growing up has actually treated his son well this season.
Just a bit confused.... Coz what if SB heatblasted them both(HL and Ryan) since they are supes.. obviously they won't die... but their supe power sure would have been gone. Well.... wouldn't that have been a bit better? 🙂
I found it funny that when Homelander is belittling A-Train & says how could you kill 1 of your own kind, A-Train looks right at the Black Noir mask like wtf are you talking about, you kill your own kind all the time😅🙄
A-trains brother telling him what he did was selfish is so good! If a train had died there on the road it would have felt incomplete A-train solved his problems like all supes have been, and his brother is the best person to teach him that that’s the wrong way. I feel like we really might see a-train grow into an actual hero.
@@dabillya6845 he may be right. Between Homelander’s crazy ass, and His brothers issues that he caused, he may turn a new leaf. Don’t dismiss this theory!
A-train is such an asshole and all, but god he is so close to being a good guy. And he has always been a sympathetic character to me. He isn’t fully gone like soldier boy, deep or homelander, so there is a chance
I didn't realise just how strong Queen Maeve was untill this season, she held her own against Homelander. She made him bleed. She also punctured his ear, make me wonder if it's possible to put a bullet in Homelander's brain if you shoot him in the ear..
@@ferwind I don't think he was holding back HL has never had to train he never needed technique it doesn't matter if he can throw a proper punch when what ever he hits is obliterated
Not to mention butcher blamed him and said it was his fault Becca was dead and when he said he thought homelander would be mad at him to which he responded it wasn't Ryan's fault.
@@CodeeXD just when you want to spare homelander, he lasers a head in Public. Even grace Mallory saw his humanity truly. That last scene through all that out the window
@@ceezy585 as horrible as it was, it is exactly what he would do. The bit of humanity Homelander has is centered around his desire to be loved and have a family. He seems to be withdrawing from a desire of public love, and focusing it on just his family. He wanted Soldier Boy and Ryan, but only has Ryan now. And a random civilian assulted his son, who he has just introduced to the world; how else would we expect Homelander to act?
I think Homelander actually "cared" About Ryan more than Butcher. Sure his way of showing his care is twisted but deep down, Ryan is the only thing he truly "cared"
Ryan seeing his dad kill someone ,and then see everyone cheer is giving him God complex like his dad, he's being influenced thank to butcher messing up ,and saying something he didn't mean '. The writing is amazing I got chills at the end. Next season is probably gonna be butcher trying to save Ryan from ending up like homelander.
Maeve did it right. She left the BS behind and went on to live her life. She left the hero life behind and stopped worrying about the problems of others. She put herself first. Good for her.
I love the way nobody considers the random ball sized bullet probably killing someone randomly, or the blatantly smashed bottle of nerve agent landing in the city and likely killing lots also
I know he mentioned the agent being the bottle was based on the Russian attacks but not that it’s just been smashed in the middle of the city (much worse) or where those balls end up
Kripke said in an interview that its not the last time we'll see Noir, but rather that version of him. With the mask being left out on the table and no announcement of his death, there's likely to be a replacement coming. Considering how vain Homelander is, he will probably clone himself to be Noir, ultimately tying back to the comics.
I was kinda disappointed. Butcher and the Boys literally undid the whole point of the season and now we’re back to square one. I get wanting to protect Ryan, but that could’ve been dealt with later after Homelander is out of the picture. Why tf would Butcher and the Boys turn their only goal towards stopping Soldier boy, when he was very honorable by taking up his end of the deal to kill Homelander? You could’ve easily taken Ryan out of the room so that they could focus on Homelander, or Butcher could have told Soldier Boy Homelander first, and betrayed him later. But no, Butcher decided to attack Soldier Boy instead, ignoring Homelander (who is right there) completely. To throw it all away at the end when everyone’s goal from the start of the season was to kill Homelander and instead focus on stopping Soldier Boy, who is not the immediate threat at the moment is just lazy writing. Maeve was the only sensible person throughout that whole thing because at least she never took her eye off the ball and tried to takedown Homelander while the others focused on Soldier Boy. They seriously pulled a Star-Lord at the end just to have another season.
@@buckeyexe7647 he wouldn't why would he? Kimiko almost died so why would Ryan survive it? Also why didn't Maeve die from the fall AND blast, i am really confused
@@buckeyexe7647 I dont think he would have survived, he's no where near as durable as Kimiko and Homeland yet and that beam killed plenty of heros to the point Butcher was not willing to take that risk.
I feel like Black Nior’s death was very anti-climatic. For us to get that backstory only for him to “die” doesn’t feel right. I low key feel like he’s still alive.
BN's death didn't feel right, to go out that 'cheaply' after all his backstory. Also, SB not accepting his family after HL lays out his heart. Not really believable.
This whole episode was anticlimactic. It was super lame. Sorry, I'm a huge fan of the show but this episode was just terrible. It was a bait and switch on everything the season had built up towards. Lame lame lame, 1/10 stars.
@@jacksonleo3328 Yea, I'm hugely disappointed in this episode. It's clearly written to just keep the series going. I can't blame them but I also can't support a show with my valuable time if they're gonna bait and switch me like that. No thanks. Butcher had no reason to go soft like that. That's all he's been wanting to do for the whole series and he gets the chance and doesn't take it because of the kid. Nah.
@@chrisjohnson3967 yeah. And look what Butcher got, the kid still went away with Homelander, like his mom died for nothing. I was thinking that the kid was gonna be a good version of homelander, but now , nah, maybe not.
Ryan's final scene has shown that he's not bound to his humanity like he was before, which is as Metophorical as it is literal. The graceful and angelic innocence when he's descending upon the masses shows he's ascended to godhood as Homelander's essential 'Crown Prince' as he displays the gifts of his inheritence to the common people below showing his superiority over them as well as his possible beliefs in later episodes being molded to be like Homelander's. You can see the image they have of themselves or at least what show his trying to show what they think of themselves. If he could live in a perch among the Clouds and shining sun, he'd do it. False Gods propped up By Human Error.
I actually kind of love the whole Ryan thing in the finale, although I hate what happened at the end obviously with him smiling at Homelander killing the poor guy & saving Homelander in the big clash. But man I really hated what they did with Starlight, I thought they would show us her true power and make her burn Soldierboy to a crisp so all of them could grab him & stop him from exploding. If she could do that it would show Starlight could burn Homelander too so it would end that entire arc & Homelander no longer had this whole leverage over them, and Hughie wouldn't have to take Temp V anymore. It would've been so so perfect, but idk what the writers were thinking ;/ it even took me out of the universe for a bit and back to reality that this didn't happen or some version of this lol it just seemed like Starlight was so so weak & useless, it was sad.
You're right, it was clear when we saw the smile on Ryans face at the end. I do believe that his intentions were to save Butchers life when he asked Homelander to take him away somewhere else.
This show has never evoked more emotion from me than when Noir died. He's been my favorite since day 1 and finally seeing how tragic his origin was made me feel real sympathy for him. Also, words can't describe how happy I am that Maeve got her happy ending.
They short changed his arc so hard... that's why I'm hoping vought keeps him alive somehow. Seeing him go out so easily does not evoke the "Black Noir" we've come to know
@@TheOrdinaryPrudentPerson That's the point tho! We never knew him since the start and now that we do know him, he dies. It's in the spirit of the series, as it's not a superhero show, it's an anti superhero show.
Could be alive, he is a Supe. I'd say queen maeve surviving that fall after losing her powers half way was bs and shows their unwillingness to kill anyone in this finale. We could get noir back. He could pull the plug on whatever they put soldier boy in
I've got hope for noir mostly because of how he's been built up the last few episodes and because homelander didn't completely obliterate his body, infact it might be one of the most "survivable" violent encounter with homelander I've seen, and we already know how resilient noir has been to other attacks
@@christopherandersson5082 Queen Maeve surviving that fall was absolute BS - so annoying. It really pissed me off. The rest of the episode was ace though.
Hm. Given that Maeve disoriented HL when she stabbed him in the ear, and we’ve seen that HL and Ryan can be stunned by loud noises and high pitches, I wonder if some sort of sonic weaponry could give The Boys a bit of an edge.
Good theory, I was thinking it might be alluding to Victoria Newman being able to actually damage him, with her head popping. But I think yours makes more sense.
Black Noir being completely left out of the news broadcast at the end means vought isn't letting anyone know he's dead. I think in season 4 there's going to be new black noir, and it's going to be a clone or twin of homelander that has been kept away secretly incase they ever needed to kill the original homelander. This way they can make black noir comic book accurate, and would explain why Edgar always treated homelander like he's replaceable.
The thing is, Homelander would know about this clone. He has access to all of Vought's files, and surely would've discovered if he had a "brother" while verifying that Soldier Boy is his father.
I feel like he’ll be back. Maybe as part cyborg or a zombie version of himself. I hope they don’t go the comics’ HL clone route, and HL mentioning his x-ray vision to Noir that scene would indicate the writers nixed and explained away that possibility. Seems like maybe he comes back without the cartoon hallucinations though. He also spoke the sound “oh…” in that “death” scene. He’s survived a supe terrorist blast, Soldier Boy’s abuse, Butcher’s homemade bombs last season…More points to him returning than not. And if SB’s chest blast didn’t kill Maeve, Black Noir isn’t gone yet. Or at least I what tell myself!
his guts got ripped out doesn't mean he fully dead. i still have hopes he still alive because that arc felt like it was wasted and it not like they can't bring character back to life similar to certain character in the comics, i hope he is back for season 4
I was just so upset on how this is Black Noirs ending. It felt a lot of build up and nothing happened. I wish we got to see him and Soldier Boy at least meet... but having him killed off so fast was just a let down. I wish we got to see what he looked like now without his helmet. I wish a lot of things could of happened with Black Noir... I heard some people theorize that he is still alive because he did survive when Soldier Boy cut open his head but his guts were spilled out and his cartoons were upset. Nothing about this made me happy
I agree. If that was truly the end of Black Noir it was a waste of one of the best characters on the show and handled completely wrong. He’s probably still alive though. I’m hoping so.
My personal opinion I think he’s still alive, wasn’t there a similar scene in s2 or 3 where his guts came out and he was there putting them back in? Or have I just made that up😭
I feel like he’ll be back. Maybe as part cyborg, part machine or a zombie version of himself. Just hope they don’t go the comics’ HL clone route. Seems like maybe he comes back without the cartoon hallucinations though? He also spoke the sound “oh…” in that “death” scene. And Vought didn’t make a statement or memorial for his death like they did Maeve. He’s survived a supe terrorist blast, Soldier Boy’s abuse, Butcher’s homemade bombs last season…More points to him returning than not. And if SB’s chest blast didn’t kill Maeve, Black Noir isn’t gone yet. Or at least I what tell myself! 🙏🏽
Some loose guts is something normal people can survive nevermind a superhuman who has already survived much worse. Unless Homelander did more to him offscreen it does seem like an injury he should be able to survive. There's also many ways to interpret the cartoons characters farewells but I don't take that as a sure sign of of his death either
This episode was super lame all around. I'm a huge fan of this show but this episode didn't do anything it promised. We're literally back to where we were at the beginning of the season.
I think Ryan knew he was saving Butcher when he told Homelander he wanted to leave. I was a little disappointed Butcher turned on Solider Boy so drastically after forcing him to honour the deal all series. He should have told him about Becca earlier.
Well it made a lot of sense. He turned him cuz he was about to hurt Ryan. He never expected him to be there, he didn't wanna share his personal shit with Soldier boy too. I really think it shows his humanity. This is why we keep loving butcher. Great character
Agreed, this episode was super lame. Clearly just to keep the series going. I can't blame them for that but everyone's reasoning just sucked. Butcher suddenly cares so much. They weren't going to kill Homelander right away, they had to take his powers and then kill him. They could've taken both Ryan's and Homelander's powers, then done what they wanted. I was very disappointed in this episode.
Nah Ryan is now a walking L. Mans killed his mother, basically killed his grandfather and is now vibing with his serial killer Dad. Like father like son. Season 1 Butcher must be rolling in his grave.
@@moizyguy6714 and butcher stopped him. That's the end of it. Why they gotta make it seem like sb was hell bent on killing Ryan? That fight between sb and butcher was so unnecessary. I understand that butcher cares about Ryan but sb isn't out to get Ryan. Butcher suddenly acted like sb was going to keep going after Ryan unless butcher stopped him. And the fight scenes were just terrible. like every punch had a different camera angle. So dissapointing. Just bad writing, bad episode and overall very disappointing finale.
My thoughts (spoiler if you haven't seen it yet): although I liked the season, there were really intense moments, I felt kind of let down by the end. If you think about it, it all kind of meant nothing and you actually had the boys doing more worse than good. For 1, they spent the entire time trying to kill homelander only to have him alive by the end. Back to square one. For another, they saved soldier boy but only wreaked havoc and killed some supes only to lock him back up in the end. Again, this season was good but by the end you sort of feel like a lot that happened was really for nothing, only that more supes died and some lost their powers, and it just feels like going back to square one.
I think that’s the point. Showing both sides are going about it all wrong. Causing more havoc and chaos than doing any good. The only one to actually do the right thing in the end was Maeve. She left the superhero life and went on to live her life. She started minding her own business and stopped caring about others.
The moment where Billy and Homelander come to a temporary truce was surprising. Them dual lasering Soldier Boy's shield was a generic comic hype scene. But I loved the fact that they added Starlight's flying abilities in the show as she can indeed fly in the comics.
I believe Butcher would end up taking compound V since it's already written he would go down the dark path to do what's necessary while probably allowing himself to get killed by Hughie in the end. That character is way too strong to kill off in the show.
I think he could survive, since his brain literally got blown off and he still lived, while here it just his gut flying out. Then Vaught is not shown to make any cover up for his death while they do for Maeve.
@@TheNeroKennedy idk maybe Homelander is kept him alive just incase... Homelander is insane and Noir was like his only "friend" so maybe he kept him alive and just disabled him
I think Homelander murdering a protester right out in the open -- and the reaction to it -- is a reference to the Trump quote that he could kill a guy on 5th Avenue and his supporters would still cheer him on.
I like how vulnerable Homelander was shown to be this season. Like several characters were able to hurt him and make him bleed… until he ends them and walks off the pain later like it never happened. The Herogasm battle was one of the best battles in the series. I couldn’t tell who would win until the end - this is similar to the ending battle for the season finale.
It makes the series a bit more interesting in a way, but homelander wont be as menacing anymore when many heroes can fight him. He isn't as strong as it was teased. In the comics homelander killed maeve in one punch.
@@scerkann3966 It's bullshit that he didn't, she should've been slaughtered. Just another "wah-man are powerful" moment for the woke crowd, cringe honestly.
Honestly kind of disappointed with how soldier boys story went this season. They hyped him up pretty much every episode as THE weapon that can stand a chance against homelander, only for him to get beaten in his first encounter and require help from the boys. And his chest blast was also hyped up as the one thing that can take homelanders powers, and it’s only significant use story wise was kimiko and maeve. I feel like they should’ve taken homelanders powers this season just for one episode after which he would’ve taken V to get them back. Would’ve made the soldier boy threat he was so scared about much more real and would’ve been cool to see.
And with getting your powers back as 'easy' as shooting up some V, it's not even a lasting loss of powers. If Maeve wanted she could have her powers back, just like Kimiko got hers back.
I really enjoyed this season but in my opinion the final episode was a bit anti climatic. It didn’t quite live up to the hype. Ryan’s sudden change in loyalty to homelander felt quite unnatural, Noir death felt like a missed opportunity to see him team up with the boys and create a cool action sequence, soldier boy just not caring that he is homelander’s father (why call him in the first place if you don’t really give a crap). Overall still wasn’t a bad episode just wasn’t as good as I hoped for. Herogasm was by far the best episode. Also side note, although it seems that Noir is dead I hope they bring him back through compound V, kinda like how they resurrect supes in the comics. It’d be nice to see Noir get some revenge and team up with the boys.
It's not that he didn't care, they show in the episode that he cared alot. It's that he needed to evaluate what his option would be, they show he is hesitant in the car scene, hideout scene, etc. It's just that in the end he chose to kill homelander as homelander is just as much a disappointment as he was to his own father. Hope this clears a little bit of that up for you, sorry you didn't enjoy the episode much though. Also black noirs actor is signed on for season 4 so he's likely coming back.
If Black Noir can survive his brain being ripped out and a severe allergic reaction leaving him further braindead, surely he can survive his intestines being ripped out. I hope...
Ryan siding with Homelander made perfect sense since Butcher blamed him for his mom’s death (which Ryan already struggled with) while Homelander fully accepted him and always treated him well
I was so relieved Soldier Boy “made it” Jensen Ackles added so much to the series. But Black Noir wow he was so loyal to Homelander but not a surprise. I feel for the actor not getting to flesh out his character more. But Vought can scrape up some guts and clone a new one
@@jesusramirezromo2037 I agree characters who end up getting killed in this show are usually a lot more gory then what Homelander did, chances are he may still be alive.
They are clearly setting up Ryan to defeat HL. He’s displayed the ability to easily defeat top sups (Storm Front and Soldier Boy) with just lasers. It will also be redemption for Butcher who is dying, to fulfill his promise to his wife.
@@LEGEND-di9rd correct me if I’m wrong, but didn’t his lasers make Soldier Boy bleed?? I mean yeah he was fine, but that’s literally the only time we’ve seen anything be able to break his skin and make him bleed

I swear, they're doing a great job fleshing out Homelander even more. Antony Starr is insanely good as homelander, dude can really convey being an unhinged dude but also show a genuine loving side towards his son.
It's kinda obvious Ryan's going to "improve his powers" with dad, prob find something out that he didn't like that HL did then eventually choose saving butcher over HL.
I agree that this outline is likely, but I believe they will write the tension into Ryan doing some awful things before he switches back to the good side. How far will Ryan fall before realizing he is in with the wrong sort of supes?
My favorite scenes in this ep are the heartbreaking scene between A-Train and his brother (very well written and we'll acted) and the scene where Janine stops MM's hand and tells him that he's her hero. Both scenes had me in tears. Gawd I love this show so much. I really hope Noir isn't dead and I can't wait for the next season.
I like to think that BN is still alive, since we haven't seen his powers and that this is definitely not like the comics he could have some form of immortality, like when he kinda survives the fight against SB. But for S4 idk what he would do really so maybe keeping him dead would fit the story
I think the A-train menthol cigarette ad also has something to do with the fact that menthol cigarettes have been coming under fire for being marketed towards black people, and A-train being the only (visible) black member of the 7, vought uses him to market the cigs towards black people. This is similar to the fact that they were pushing drugs in minority neighborhoods in the 80’s and just shows how racist vought is.
how is pushing drugs in minority neighborhoods is racist? It is their choise to buy them, no one forced them. Whites are disproportionately affected by opioid epidemics, does it make company that pushes doctors to prescribe opioids antiwhite?
Notice how the plane on Homelander's shelf at 10:54 is point down like it us crashing rather than the normal positioning for a model like that to be pointed as it it were ascending.
You missed Hughie wanting to take Temp V to save Starlight but then deciding to help her save herself instead which is a callback to her telling him that she doesn’t need to be saved. Edit: looks like my comment has been chosen by gender obsessed NPCs😬
But unlike bright burn, Ryan grew up with a parent who loved him unconditionally (Becca). So he’s experienced genuine kindness and love before, which I think will be the factor that determines his fate.

This really was an incredible season. Between Stranger Things 4, The Boys 3, and Umbrella Academy 3 (and to a lesser be extent Obi-Wan and Ms Marvel), it's amazing how much great content came out at pretty much the exact same time
@@jimdangle3708 I can find good stuff about all of the others, but I would argue that Umbrella Academy was just as good as the other tip shows, but just in a completely different, batshit direction
I don’t know that it ended how it began, insofar as with Ryan’s smile, I feel that there is no hope left. Like, literally, I feel like Butcher F’ed up so badly, that Ryan now will follow Homelander, and everything is lost.
I think if Burcher gets a some alone time he could tell Ryan the truth and make amends with him. I’m guessing Ryan won’t like it that Homelander raped his mother.
While it wasn't *bad* , I was a little underwhelmed by the finale. It would have taken 2 seconds for Butcher to tell SB "don't kill the kid" instead of throwing hands. Starlight's big moment was pushing SB back 10 feet. The fakeout death lessened the impact from the sacrifice play. It just fell flat after the past few AMAZING episodes. Queen Maeve can step on me
lol yeh, Starlight's big moment was pretty dumb. I was pleasantly surprised when she was rising that maybe she was discovering a higher level of power and it would be interesting, but it ended up just being a light shove to SB lol
Butcher literally said "Not the kid" and SB's response was that he's weaker than HL for caring about him. Starlight used it against SB who's basically invincible. Literally nothing has actually fucked up Soldier Boy idk why everyone was expecting Starlight to do so. I'm sure if it was any other super below SB/HL's level (&probly Maeve) they'd be fried
I agree. It was just an ok finale. I was confused by Soldier Boy's reaction to Ryan. A few scenes prior he said he wanted a family. Rejecting Homelander I understood. But wanting to hurt Ryan just didn't make much sense.
Them making Maeve way too powerful and letting her survive that fall after losing her powers half way up really didn't sit well with me. I know Homelander was holding back trying to get her to stop and wasn't all that hurt after the fight compared to her but canonically Homelander could rip her head off in a minute. She's strong but no Stormfront or Soldier Boy. I miss the feeling of characters having no plot armor. A train is back instantly and tbh I don't even think Noir is dead. I wanted a finale that really blew me away with who got the short end of the stick. Herogasm honestly felt more like a finale than this
Soldier Boy was by far the best character this season and honestly my favorite in the series so far. I was pissed Butcher turned on him especially after Soldier Boy kept his word and was going to kill Homelander. I wish the writers could have wrote that ending a little different.
Yeah felt it was stupid. The whole season was to use Soldier Boy and they don't? His powers would have just knocked the V out the kid, not kill him. The crowd cheering Homelander lasering the guy is over the top. They would freak out and scream.
This whole episode was so lame. It literally went against everything it had built up to do. Plus the reasoning with Ryan being there was stupid. The blast wouldn't have killed him. Super lame lame lame episode. 1/10
@@chris00nj I agree 100%. Butcher suddenly going soft when this is all he's wanted to do for the series was just dumb to me. Like you said, the blast wasn't going to kill Ryan, just take his powers away with Homelander. Then they could've just done what they wanted with HL. I can't watch this show anymore if they're just gonna bait and switch me like that again. That sucks to say because I've been a huge fan since season 1.
@@hawks7111 Yes I agree, I'm not here to watch Butcher get in his feelings. I'm here to watch him be a savage for the right reasons. They're going for this internal conflict where Butcher hates supes but his widow's son his a supe. But I'm not buying it, this could've just ended it.
The finale was very disappointing. Soldier Boy held up his end of the deal and Butcher completely caves on killing Homelander over Ryan. As a viewer it felt like 180 degrees of who the character we’ve known Butcher to be (kill Homelander at any cost). Just lazy writing in my opinion. Jensen Ackles is a beast and I hope Soldier Boy returns.
Right god forbid one of the protagonists of the story decides to hold his promise to his wife over a deal with soldier boy a supe who killed mms family. How dumb do you have be to think this doesn’t make sense.
Butcher is a FUCKING asshole He double crosses whomever, and will kill WHOEVER But the MOST annoying piece of shit... Ryan needs to be spared. Fuck Ryan and butcher I was wanting soldier boy to fucking get them both That would've been THE BEST WAY TO END THE SEASON and hilarious Throw in A train along with Noir That would be a 10/10
No it seems like you and most people don't understand Butcher as a character. He doesn't acts rational or logically. Of course his long term goal is killing Homelander and he will do everything for that. But if it means to kill Ryan or Hughie to archive that goal he won't go through with it. Literally the whole season it's shown how much he cares about hughie and also ryan. He literally left Ryan because he thought he might fuck it up, what he ironically did with pushing him away.
Just because you dislike something, doesn't mean it was lazy writing......we saw Butcher in the previous episode not tell Hugie about the consequences of V, then in this episode, he knocks him out in order to save him. It pretty much foreshadowed how the ending would go, because it validates that Butcher is willing to abandon his mission or his grudge with Homelander, for the sake of someone else. He could've given into his anger last season and tried to kill Ryan after his wife died, but he honored his promise and looked after him, that's just who he is
Bro when Annie started flying I was geeking I got so hyped for that. I’d love to see that again i think it would be really cool for her powers to get stronger or something or maybe evolve so she doesn’t get burnt out after she does that or just like be able to fly on a full charge thatd be cool too
I'm very interested in seeing where they go with Newman as VP. Her story got lost after she injected her daughter with compound V. She is not all the way Vaught she is for herself and whatever Homelander wants. We might get a friendship between her daughter and Homelanders son. Which will open her eyes on how she is like Edgar and puts people she loves in dangerous situations.
I don’t think she’s down for whatever Homelander wants. To me, it seems obvious that she plans to become Vice President, and then “somehow” the president will die and she’ll take the position.. Which I think Edgar is aware of as well
I loved this episode (except Noir's death). I really did not know who I was meant to be rooting for. A: Homelander seemed so vulnerable. He showed his need for his father and a family only to see Soldier Boy turn on him. He seems to care genuinely about Ryan, passing up the chance to kill everyone opposed to him simply because Ryan wants to go home. On the other hand, he is Homelander and he is a bastard. B: Soldier Boy seemed willing to keep to his end of the bargain with Butcher and seemed genuinely perplexed at Butcher's actions. On the other hand, like Homelander, he is a bastard. Conclusion: Butcher made a serious mistake. Soldier Boy is not a nice guy at all, but he would be easier to take down than Homelander will be now.
You have to understand something about this show friend. it is a satire on the hero genre, is a meta commentary on hyper-capitalism, and purposefully doesn't paint a line between good and evil like marvel movies would. The show makes explicit and pokes fun at the fact that people root for superhero's. In other words...there is no side to take...there is no one to root for...there are no hero's...even Ryan...the most innocent character in the whole show is not safe from the exploitation of Corporate-America and Superhero-power corruption.
I was mad at the ending tbh. Like they could’ve let soldier boy blast homelander regardless of Ryan(he has powers he would have fucking survived) and then few weeks later fucking sneak attack him with the nerve agent and knock him out(till you find a way to get rid of him). Maeve wouldn’t have loose her powers and Ryan wouldn’t be with homelander
@@Zaacdrums 100% agree, I have a comment on the main thread about the same thing. It was so lame that Butcher suddenly got soft on killing Homelander because Ryan was there. Ryan wasn't going to get killed by the SB blast, he would've just had his powers taken away with Homelander. Then they could've taken HL and done what they wanted with him. I'm a huge fan of this show but this episode seriously made me lose my support for it. We're literally back to the beginning of where we were in the season but the only difference is a couple of characters are dead and Maeve lost her powers and the Head Popper is the new enemy. Lame lame lame, 1/10 for me.
Love the breakdown and the theories. I feel like the last season could be Hughie being the one to use the Compound V on Butcher because he doesn't want him to die. Butcher wouldn't necessarily like it, but he would be left alive to raise Ryan and keep him from turning into a Soldier Boy or Homelander. Ryan would ultimately save Butcher by giving him back a part of himself he thought he'd lost. Of course, Butcher will probably die and maybe Annie and Hughie will end up raising Ryan, since she will no longer be Starlight. Anyways, the next season can't get here soon enough.
I feel like black noir might return because it seems like he was really close to Stan eger and he could bring him back stronger as a contingency for homelander like the comics at the white house( they did it with A train) and i dont think stan would just let homelander walk around freely with all that power and especially with his son without having a back door plan and would be nice to see noir get revenge
I can see that. Wasn’t there a Zombie supe who came back from death in the original comic? I think it was lamplighter. They may use that same concept and apply it to Black Noir 🧐
I can also see them replacing Noir under the suit, but Earvings discarded body would be slowly, slowly healing wherever they dump it, and he returns as a monster with no suit to hide it. God that would actually be my favorite version of it playing out
Am I the only one that thinks Soldier Boy was in the right. His son is forever messed up, nothing but a disappointment. Then he keeps his word to Billy and tries to kill homelander. Ryan is a lil punk. Not to mention Starlight is the worst super hero. I wanted soldier boy to kill them all and just end the show
As ridiculous as it is, Soldier boy seems more arrogant than anything, he could be racist, though its not displayed too much other than some out of time slang etc. Other than the fact Butcher completely fucked him over this season, Soldier boy seems like if someone gave him a stern reality check and told him to get with the times, he could be a reasonable and responsible hero. However, that is so, so soooooo unlikely lolololol
@@maker6153 no I actually might agree with you there,he's already better person than 90% of the supes in the show (its clear he's done some messed up shit, but the show didn't really display it to us)
@@maker6153 the legend mentioned how soldier boy used fire hydrants against civil rights protestors in the 60s. Guy Was pro segregation, so definetly a racist.
@@shahanahsan05 He's definitely not a good person, but didn't purposefully kill anyone outside of his targets unless he had a ptsd episode. He might be a fraud, he might be an asshole, but who knows, maybe he could be useful! He doesn't seem like the type who needs the world to kneel before him and love him like Homelander... He definitely is a better supe than most even if he goes about it the wrong way.
This episode was nuts! My only complaint was that kimiko didn’t have to fight The Deep or A Train in the lab. Giving her a sup battle and giving them some action would’ve been nice
Black Noir, was dark… Maeve was similar to the comic with a much better outcome…however my top for the season was the Female. Her fight to flash dance was brutal and a great bookend for the season with her musical theme storyline.
6:28 He might not be dead though. We felt the same when we saw A-train lie dead in the middle of the road, Maeve sacrificing herself to save others, but later turned out all of them were alive
I don't care at all for The Deep, he's probably gonna keep doing Homelander's dirty work. I think A Train is gonna have a redemption arc next season, as his story this season sets him on a morally higher ground and has a ton of regret for what happened to his brother and maybe truly regrets the rest of his mistakes. This could push him to want to balance his sins out with some redeeming ones. I am SHOCKED Maeve made it out alive. She got what she wanted, though I am genuinely surprised that Homelander tried for so long to diffuse the situation to go after Soldier Boy. This might have just been a plot device as the rest of the episode would have been massively different.
I honestly felt a bit confused about the finale, certain parts felt rushed to me but overall I was still really satisfied with the episode. I’m loving what Eric is doing with the arcs and callbacks to the comics. I’m SO happy maeve didn’t die but black noir “dying” so early on felt odd. It feels intentional. He’s not dead I think. This episode was essentially emotional whiplash but still good. Time to rewatch and then go cold turkey until season 4. And you’re still so fast paul 😂 went straight to yt after the episode
This episode sucked worst finale of the show….stilll an awesome season but I butcher stopping solider boy from finishing there fucking mission all season because invincible Ryan got thrown? Horrible writing? Noirs death…..horrible writing…Maeve losing her powers and still surviving that fall….horrible writing I was really disappointed with this finale definitely the worst finale out of the 3
@@kdizzle901 - Soldier Boy was about to blast both Homelander and Ryan. Assuming the blast could kill Homelander, it would also kill Ryan. And SB had full intention to kill Ryan when Butcher asked SB to leave Ryan out of the fight and SB refused. - The blast from Soldier Boy doesn't take a Supe's power away instantly. Kimiko would have died from the blast earlier in the season otherwise since SB blasted her through 3 walls and impaling her. Assuming Meave still had her power until the fall, she would be durable enough to survive it since we saw she can take Homelander's laser directly when they fought. If The Boys didn't show up to get her, she probably would die from bleeding out since her Supe power would have been gone, but that wasn't the case. - Noirs' death? Maybe a bit rushed? But it also didn't show him actually dying. Remember, this dude was abused by SB and survived with a fractured skull and missing half of his brains. A bit of intestines spilling out doesn't sound nearly as bad has having half of your brains spilling out of your skull.
This wasn't good. They could have just move the boy from Homelander and Solider Boy could have just get Homelander. This felt like they just wanted the show to go on. This sucked.
I know season 4’s script is already finished and their about to start filming it, but hopefully they will realize how great of a character Jensen Ackles’ Soldier Boy was and bring him back if he isn’t coming back already.
They would have killed him if he wasn't coming back homelander will probably get all sentimental for his "daddy" at some point a and the boys will face off against Ryan homelander and soldier boy excerpt black noir Will come back And join the boys
It was rubbish… done know why tv/movies ect have to keep portraying women as these unbelievable badasses… how is she going toe to toe with homelander well actually it wasn’t even toe to toe she was one upping him the whole fight apart from the eye thing
Mrcelloexe maybe but she shouldn’t have stood a chance anyways… and how did she survive the drop from the tower anyways… solder boy exploded with her in mid air…. So that drop should’ve killed her… but anyways this final episode/ series finally done it for me.. I’m done watching it was absolutely dreadful
@@baggings171 Thank you! How the fk was she competing or even beating Homelander?? This show is all about the sTrOnG wOmYn message! All the male characters are way more flawed or just plain bad than the vast majority of female characters. It's so transparent. And how did Maeve also survive the explosion with Soldier Boy at the end? She fell out of the building with him at the point she would have been depowered, so she should have died in that fall. Or how did Kimiko not only survive being brutally beaten up when she was fresh out of hospital, badly injured and and depowered, but then won the fight and killed that Russian guy? She would have been killed too. But can't not have the women being badasses! The show gets worse. Some of the action is fun, but the writing and overall feel of it is so cringey. I hope Homelander twists Starlight's head off, but I bet she'll be the one who kills him at the end.
@@baggings171 Look, we all know that they making women more empowering nowadays but some scenes are worth it and makes sense like this one with maeve, besides she wasn't always one upping Homelander, Homelander quickly turned the tables on her afterwards with less effort. (even in the anime world, wonder woman always was kinda like second to Superman in terms of power etc...)
I loved 90% of this finale. I just wasn't fond of Noir going out the way that he did (although I'm sure he'll most likely return, especially since he didn't get any farewell messages like Maeve did) and Im abit perplexed on how Maeve even survived at the end? But otherwise great episode, fantastic season, can't wait for the next
This season finale was a flop in my opinion. They've been dragging out Homelander for so long now we're back at square one again. It was dumb writing for Butcher to have a change of heart knowing Ryan will go with his Dad and there will be 2 homelanders, he also took V knowing he will die, and Soldier Boy and Homelander are connected by blood, so it's not hard for them to make up and now there's 3 Supes who are after the Boys. One of the worst endings in my opinion. Could've been ended alot better. Also I'm pretty sure Maeve survived because I think supes who are quite invulnerable just get their powers taken kind of like Kimiko who has super healing, while supes who are not get evaporated like the tnt twins.
@@OkeyVision Agreed that this finale wasn't the best, I expected so much better, but ofc overall still a good show/episode. Just some things not very satisfying: 1. Black Noir getting this whole background story only to get jumped by HL and killed so easily 2. they've been trying to sell that SB is this super-baddie but I don't buy it, he was a violent bully but for his team to betray him like that?? That's way overkill for getting beat up once in a while. Also, HL opens his heart, introduces his grandson to him and he is just 'meh', "you too weak/a great disappointment' and proceeds to want to murder his son+grandson?? Sorry, that was not believable. 3. Maeve surviving didn't make sense since she got blasted in mid-air and so fell into the ground depowered as a reg human. 4. whole scene with Kimiko happily killing innocent guards was a joke, hate those 'casual killing scenes' we often see in those brain-dead Marvel movies, this is supposed to be different 5. Butcher supposedly being smart but couldn't see the possibility of SB and HL teaming up (even though they inconceivably didn't) after knowing they are related and still going ahead with the 'deal/agreement'
I must admit - I thought Supersonic was the one ratted out to Homelander about plot against him. And Homelander just tricked Starlight into thinking that body was Alex. Because A Train was legit surprised when Annie accused him for that. And we never see Homelander actually killing him... the body was faceless so it could be anyone Somehow I think they were legit going with this idea, but tossed it away during the final episodes.
I think Hughie's story about his dad was really him saying he should have been there with Starlight instead of actively trying to fight for her and protect her
Love ya videos mate, been watching them all for yonks. Yonks I tell ya! My fave part of the episode was when Hughie cranked the light for Starlight after he had taken the personal decision not to use Compound V. Starlight has said all season that she doesn't need Hughie to save her. Instead of taking the drugs he chose to support her and in turn found a creative way to help empower her. Solid fkng character work that! Cheers!! Fantastic season :)
I love that Maeve gave Homelander a run for his money. She met him punch for punch and even got blood. Loved it. Also, Paul, its pronounced 2 Pok = 2 Pac. lol Great Video!
i get that you as a woman love the bad writing in the name of "strong whamen" but that scene didn't make an iota of sense. 3 supes (SB, Hughie & butcher) could barely hurt HL but sure Maeve can easily bleed HL like what?!. Also Maeve has been pissing her pants from fear every time HL was infront of her for 3 seasons but all of a sudden she is suddenly just as strong as HL!? Also, in S1 they say weapons cant pierce HL skin, but girl boss Maeve pierces his ear with a fuckin pencil like she's joker from the dark night?! Talk about bad writing and going against everything that was established in the show by the writers themselves.
You could argue he was wrong for trying to kill Ryan, because murdering a child definitely is evil, but technically it’s Butcher’s fault because he was the one who convinced him blood didn’t matter and he was keeping his end of the deal so yeah. Still, can’t help but feel bad for Soldier Boy, after everything he was betrayed a second time and put back to sleep again.

The ending with homelander killing a starlight fan in broad daylight was absolutely crazy and sets up a really scary future for season 4. Although I did think it was a bit weird how all his supporters cheered him on. Maybe it’s just me but I feel like the crowd would be a little more terrified than that.

@@jamescannon4186 True, but I think Na Tan Yell makes a valid point. Even in a group of fanatics, it seems a little much that the entirety of the crowd CHEERED the murder of some dude who threw a can of soda
That’s the thing. To me it’s definitely believable that some would still support homelander. But it was more of a surprise seeing the entire crowd react exactly the same. I guess we’ll see in season 4 what the larger reaction is to homelanders crime

I think Noir is alive... they didn't announce his death like they did with Maeve. Plus hes been through worse, I'm sure he couldnt have died that easily
Yeah Noir is for sure alive, he survived getting his face smashed to the point that his brain spills out, I'm sure he can survive getting his intestine ripped out a little
Noir was merked TOO early and he was the only casualty in an episode with supes and humans fighting. Absolutely love this show but this episode was a little disappointing.
fck homelander. killed him while going in for a hug. and he really came back to help homelander bc he knew SB was trying to kill them both. He genuinely cared about HL and he was just another SB. can't wait to see his brain matter coming out from underneath noirs boot

I would love to see black noir be brought back with the sole purpose of getting revenge on Homelander and maybe even frame him like he did in the comics. As for butcher maybe he could track down vogelbaum to cure him and maybe stop all compound V users in the process
I love how soldier boy can't die but is put back into stasis like weapon x because he can't be controlled Jensen killed this season with his limited showings and I didn't see Homelander disemboweling noir coming or Ryan siding with him. They messed up their mission so bad. They ended up losing their only weapon and creating a second super monster 😂
I like pretty much all the character arcs except for The Deeps. Him being a lap dog for Homelander was already done in the first season. However I do think there will be some sort of ironic twist where he is killed by dolphins trying to have their way with him.
Man this episode really makes me hate ryan, it's also a bit inconsistent. How did Maeve survive a nuclear explosion, and Kimiko almost died to a just a blast. Also what happened to Noir's healing, how did him just getting fisted by babymanlander, cause he was didn't tell him soldierboy was his dad.
@@eclipselotus2348 I don't know bro I just feel so let down like it ruined my day now I gotta go to college 😂 noir should have been in Maeve place saving the boys. I’m surprised she didn’t get killed off this season, I was genuinely expecting her to confront Soldier Boy after finding out he was alive and then have him killing her

Butcher was the one who let this happen. Ryan needed a father, and Butcher spat in his face, where Homelander surprisingly tried to put him at ease. This season was all about abusive recursive loops with fathers, yet Homelander without a father figure growing up has actually treated his son well this season.

I've got hope for noir mostly because of how he's been built up the last few episodes and because homelander didn't completely obliterate his body, infact it might be one of the most "survivable" violent encounter with homelander I've seen, and we already know how resilient noir has been to other attacks

Like father, like son.

Noir might not have died. He seems to have similar powers to Kimiko so maybe he's just out until he can regenerate.
The thing is, Homelander would know about this clone. He has access to all of Vought's files, and surely would've discovered if he had a "brother" while verifying that Soldier Boy is his father.
He has xray vision apparently they couldnt hide a clone from him
I feel like he’ll be back. The final smile Homelander gives truly tells the viewer Homelander finally realized he can do anything and it can’t bring him down in the publics eye.

Second last ep was a 10/10... So much build up... Last ep was maybe a 4/10 for me 😔
I really enjoyed this season but in my opinion the final episode was a bit anti climatic.

I thought the same exact thing, so glad I'm not alone on the bright burn comparison
But unlike bright burn, Ryan grew up with a parent who loved him unconditionally (Becca). So he’s experienced genuine kindness and love before, which I think will be the factor that determines his fate.

I don’t know that it ended how it began, insofar as with Ryan’s smile, I feel that there is no hope left. Like, literally, I feel like Butcher F’ed up so badly, that Ryan now will follow Homelander, and everything is lost.
He will probably be even worse than homelander.
I think if Burcher gets a some alone time he could tell Ryan the truth and make amends with him. I’m guessing Ryan won’t like it that Homelander raped his mother.
There's still a chance Ryan will return to good because of his Mom .... especially if learns the truth about what happened to her 🤔
While it wasn't *bad* , I was a little underwhelmed by the finale.
Shows how much of a tank sb is, I think he’s stronger than homelander
Herogasm honestly felt more like a finale than this
You can't help but feel bad for Black Noir he didn't deserve it. It's one of the most unexpected and saddest deaths
@@chrisjohnson3967 If anything it would make more sense in Butcher wanting Ryan to lose his powers after what Ryan did to his wife.
Butcher is a FUCKING asshole
He double crosses whomever, and will kill WHOEVER
But the MOST annoying piece of shit... Ryan needs to be spared.
Fuck Ryan and butcher
I was wanting soldier boy to fucking get them both
That would've been THE BEST WAY TO END THE SEASON and hilarious
Throw in A train along with Noir
That would be a 10/10
No it seems like you and most people don't understand Butcher as a character.
Well yeah, one thing is killing Homelander and another is killing Ryan. Butcher still cares about him
Just because you dislike something, doesn't mean it was lazy writing......we saw Butcher in the previous episode not tell Hugie about the consequences of V, then in this episode, he knocks him out in order to save him.
I’d love to see that again i think it would be really cool for her powers to get stronger or something or maybe evolve so she doesn’t get burnt out after she does that or just like be able to fly on a full charge thatd be cool too
I thought she was gonna blow up the building for a really dramatic twist lmao, but it's impressive that she could keep it so concentrated
Which I think Edgar is aware of as well
@@oklahomie95 Hm that sounds plausible they might actually dupe Homelander like that.
I FUCKING HATE A train, Noir, and gus from breaking bad
Imagine right after Homelander left the room A-Train just fetch BN’s body to Stan Edgar.
@@nothingtoseehere8556 Oh shit, A-Train would be fully redeemed in my eyes! 😍
Black Noir, was dark… Maeve was similar to the comic with a much better outcome…however my top for the season was the Female. Her fight to flash dance was brutal and a great bookend for the season with her musical theme storyline.

I can see a battle of the 2nd tiers. The Deep vs. A train
the way the show is going it is obvious but really I am tired of this trend.
@@kdizzle901
- Soldier Boy was about to blast both Homelander and Ryan.
@@kdizzle901 This. It felt so contrived 🙃

1. Black Noir getting this whole background story only to get jumped by HL and killed so easily
2. they've been trying to sell that SB is this super-baddie but I don't buy it, he was a violent bully but for his team to betray him like that?? That's way overkill for getting beat up once in a while. Also, HL opens his heart, introduces his grandson to him and he is just 'meh', "you too weak/a great disappointment' and proceeds to want to murder his son+grandson?? Sorry, that was not believable.
3. Maeve surviving didn't make sense since she got blasted in mid-air and so fell into the ground depowered as a reg human.
4. whole scene with Kimiko happily killing innocent guards was a joke, hate those 'casual killing scenes' we often see in those brain-dead Marvel movies, this is supposed to be different
5. Butcher supposedly being smart but couldn't see the possibility of SB and HL teaming up (even though they inconceivably didn't) after knowing they are related and still going ahead with the 'deal/agreement'
I could definitely see butcher taking permanent V because he’s just a broken desperate man
Also because he only has a year or so to live if he doesn’t take it.
I must admit - I thought Supersonic was the one ratted out to Homelander about plot against him. And Homelander just tricked Starlight into thinking that body was Alex. Because A Train was legit surprised when Annie accused him for that. And we never see Homelander actually killing him... the body was faceless so it could be anyone
Somehow I think they were legit going with this idea, but tossed it away during the final episodes.
Cheers!! Fantastic season :)

i get that you as a woman love the bad writing in the name of "strong whamen" but that scene didn't make an iota of sense.

He was right. Needs of the many and all that

Oh most definitely...But knowing Soldier Boy's type, he may want a make-out sesh before he dips out.
I think she cares about Ryan more so than even Butcher/Homelander and releasing Soldier Boy is a way of ensuring he is safe.
I think she actually cares alot about Ryan---
so she might release him to finish the job
I’m surprised she didn’t get killed off this season, I was genuinely expecting her to confront Soldier Boy after finding out he was alive and then have him killing her
@@neilpascua3468 exactly what i was thinking lol
MM and his daughter do reconcile when she says "You're my hero" to him. I think that was big for his character. They do have a lot of MM in this series I feel like he will eventually get killed.
In the comics, everyone in The Boys is killed off (if I remember correctly
@@jasperl.1721 this correct. Hughie is the only one to survey. I do not know where this will go because the show has already been different from the comic in a few different ways.
that eminem cut was hilarious😂
They did noir so dirty 😭
Nice just on time my friend!!
Hopefully they bring noir back :(
he will
I mean he likely will, like the did with a-train. His character arc felt a bit unfulfilled so hopefully he comes back
Jumpcutting to The Deep every time Paul says “deep” is a brilliant edit.
