The content Lee puts out for free is unmatched, there something for everyone to learn , on all levels, I think one thing that goes unnoticed is the great teacher Lee is the way he makes his points and gets the across with a great use of language and demo
Hey Lee, yeah I totally agree UC has changed my life on a physical, mental and emotional platform. I walk self assured, you inspired me to enter the security industry way way outside my comfort zone and "push my envelope" as you call it, I've been taught things from a physical perspective that I made work before I even consciously knew that I'd have to do from a physical perspective in dealing with violence which is why I love to pass on the information in the knowing it is not installing a false confidence because I know it works I just had to be shown it was right and morally correct and a way to refine and improve upon a few concepts that i subconsciously made work before i started UC when i was held at knifepoint for example. It showed me i could in fact lead and pass on some skills and mentality to others.I whole heartedly believe in whats taught as well as the belief system that comes with it. As I say UC made me stronger mentally and physically taught me things i never knew about myself im proud to be a part of a brotherhood creating our little society of capable individuals. I often defend UC to the hilt in the face of the internet trols because I haven't learnt the first part in your video above yet and I'm naturally a bit of a biter to trolls and people with wrong opinions or close minded views.
