I would probably use a few adjustable tensions knots to adjust the angle of the device in any possible way needed! And leave it at the hammock ridge line so it is ready to use.
As for myself, I simply made a Spanish bowline with the two loops adjusted to fit snugly around my phone, like a two strand belt, with twin tail lengths which I left long enough to make a two strand perfection loop. (Originally I had a two strand bowline on the tail, but the perfection loop looks better.) With the loop at the end, which I also made big enough to slip a finger through, I can hang my phone anywhere. I used 95 paracord in a bright color, which helps me quickly spot my black phone when I lay it down. Slides on and off my phone easily.
Forgot to mention that the 95 para can be found at Hobby Lobby. Really, around the house, I use 95 a lot more often than 550. Works perfect for my adjustable glasses keeper, which was so admired by family members I had to make a lot of them.
Just wrap a wide rubber band from corner to corner diagonal across the back of your phone and the you have multiple ways to attach it to your Ridgeline...I twist a couple pipe cleaners together and hook over the Ridgeline and wrap to the rubber band and you can twist the phone Where you want it and it will stay in place ..
I didn’t even catch it the first time watching, but at ≈ 4:35 you are "relaxing in...indoor hammock". Lol! I too have hung an indoor hammock, but in my BASEMENT, hanging from the rafters, not slung through an eye screw in my living room wall. Can’t believe your wife let you get away with that!
The bezel helps keep the loops from slipping off the corners. The smaller the bezel, the more secure it is. The trade off though is its interference with the screen.

You can adjust the angle just by playing with loop sizes. Leaving it on the ridgeline is exactly what I've done :)

Ha! I have the bolts covered by wall decorations when they’re not in use. My wife hates it, but anyone who sees it loves it.
