I remember meeting Rob Ford when he was just elected to the mayor's office a few years ago in the projects where my mom lives. We talked about City Hall, his weight issues, and he said if you need anything give me a call as he gave me his card. I never met any other politician who became mayor who came close to where I'm from. He had his issues with substance and alcohol abuse but he did make a difference in tax payers dollars. Truly one of a kind, he was a real one. I didn't take a picture with him but now that he's gone i wish i did. He died to young, however it reminded me of the message live life to the fullest ya'll. We're here today and gone tomorrow. RIP Rob Ford.

Yeah, I'd compare Rob to George W. Bush: I personally don't think he was a very good leader when he was in office, but he really does seem like a good guy. Unlike many of the presidents in our history (not all, but many) when it comes down to just him and not his position of office, I can honestly say that overall, he's a pretty nice guy.

The most honest politician I've ever seen, this man was not perfect by any means but to see a politician fight the way he did and admit when he was wrong was something unique and admirable. RIP Rob Ford, their will never be another like you.
