A 5 strings bass demo but not a one note on the B strings….
These sound great, but I'm disappointed that this is yet another demo of a five string where the B string is used only as a thumb rest.
I did a demo of this bass where I chose a riff in Bm on purpose and have a whole section dedicated to the B string ua-cam.com/video/F8KwAlB5YmE/v-deo.htmlsi=MmEvJDaXH-KyUUoH
Still no passive tone control. That would have been the one update everyone was waiting for.

It's a great day when the first video suggested is Andy and a Sadowsky!! Anyone know if these MetroExpress basses come in a P body shape?
They do not. They only come in the J shape, but I'm right there with you. I would love one in a P shape!
If I understood correctly, there is no tone control in passive mode, only the pickup balance (neck/bridge)?
Correct. That’s another difference between the Metroexpress & Metroline/Masterbuilt models.

Hi! The new MetroExpress models will be available on the European market in early 2024.
I'm so excited to get me Sadowsky Custom with the works, gonna be sooo great, I may have to get one in Ultra pick up config!
