I did this treatment to my dad because he had backpain while he was sleeping. Hes been sleeping so well ever since, hasnt goten up for a whole month now
I have experienced the ring dinger yesterday (24/1/2020).. It was great.. You can feel your whole back bones were straightened.. It feels until our stomach.. The good thing is, my body posture is very comfortable and straight position after the adjustment.. So, ring dinger was great experience for me..
After watching all "ring dingers" videos we can assume several things: - He loves baseball - He support crack addicts - He must talk a lot during sex - He is a very positive person (yes, sir!)

It's 1am and I'm going back to these compilations. Dr. Johnson, if I ever get sent to Houston for my job, I'm giving you a ring so you can give me the dinger. Well done, sir!
I noticed in the compilation video a young Tristan with his long hair. To believe he's a chiropractor now. I think it's great. And that my friends is a home run.
Very smart decision to make your own compilation videos. Must be tough to see other channels getting views from your content. If you can't beat 'em, join 'em.
Same here & even as scary I am about Chiropractic treatment. I do want to feel it ALL the way Down 😂😭😂 Always end up watching them when my back hurts too. I want that feeling but I don't know.. maybe I'll do a ring dinger someday 🤞💙🙌❤️
My chiropractor has pulled my neck separating the air in each joint. You really do feel it from head to toe. It doesn't hurt at all. They use the momentum of speed and not direct weight which makes this safe.
@@invoke4485 Get hit by a baseball going 50 mph and then get hit by a golf ball going 50 mph and you will find the baseball hits harder even at same speed. It's the samething as using higher grain bullets when deer hunting which leads to harder knock down power. The cracking noise you hear from chiropractic care is merely air trapped in joints and getting released from minor high speed thrust from the chiropractor. Inertia is a passive property and does not enable a body to do anything except oppose such active agents as forces and torques.
What you are feeling is nerve damage. The air releasing from your joints does not feel like much. This technique is mocked by most people for good reason, it just damages the nerves in your back and neck. If you’re wondering why he checks the legs after “ring dinging” someone it’s because what he’s doing is dangerous and could cause paralyzation, or the opposite effect of ruining the nerves which send the signals to your body to limit its movements. You can literally lose motor function in some way from doing this stupid shit.
@@willmiddleton7932 That was the biggest attempt I ever seen anyone make to try to sound intelligent. That is the biggest case of bullshit I ever read. This is a form of neck traction which has been used for 1,000s of years. Overtime it became more modernized. It is fact that trapped air in the joints can cause nerve pain.
It would be nice if next time you make one of these you made a list with the links of the videos that you used for the compilation, keep the doing what you do, doc.
Many DCs do this "ring dinger" adjustment. It is non-specific, but still safe. I'm sure you have chiropractors around all of you who do this adjustment so you don't necessaritly need to travel to Houston, TX to get it. I'm a Palmer graduate over 30 years age and have performed this adjustment many times alone with Palmer rotatory breack neck adjustment her talks about. I'm going to start posting video too.
Hi, love the simplicity of this technique. I was wondering why you did the RingDinger technique before adjusting the upper cervical spine. Is there an order to the procedure or does that depend on the patient?
im a ring dinger fan from oklahoma .i wanna drive down and feed my crack addiction and also install a wall rack that sets those pins into it . so they arent bangin all over the floor.
Hey doc. Just a friendly suggestion. Since you started dropping your new pegs you use to stick into the table, the loud metal dinging noise from them hitting the ground can be a bit brutal. Just a heads up
Can they help with hip pain even if you have degenerate disc disease plus i have some bone on bone my bff told me too try this over surgery please lmk thanks 🙏🙏
If you pull while twisting the ringdinger/traction-pull is much more effective. My grandmother who was Cherokee, had a good friend named Harvey Mullinax, who was a certified chiro. He would work on my g-ma back because she had scoliosis although not super severe, but she did have a hump in her thoracic part of her back. After adjusting her a 3 or four times her bulge would go away along with all the pain she had. She did apohlestry, so she was alway looking up from a small stool or standing up looking down so she could re-cover furniture. My father left when I was 1, so I guess you could say she was our father too. I sure miss you granny.
Ms C was she a masaleet native Canadian. We had Masaleet friends. She used to take us every summer to Arizona & they would have the gathering of the Native Nations. My grandma was also a badass who was 100% cherokee & spoke fluent talagui & her surname was boggs. Her husband that died before I was born, was 50% cherokee from his mother she was Blakely Western Territory cherokee. His father was English & his surname was England. I traced his named back to the Sax-Coburg-Gotha, yes the royal family, but I see nothing royal about them, except that they have never worked. So that makes my mom 75% & I guess that's makes me 37.5% cherokee, & 50% basque my dad is 100% Basque. I love the Baque & Cherokee people. I'll read about the lady you mentioned. Thank you.
I so need a ring dinger but I don't see how that can be helpful for the neck/spine let alone the neck muscles. Wonder how it feels getting a ring dinger? Wish you lived closer to me in Canada.
What he says makes sense though. The ring dinger pulls the spine from top to bottom allowing a split second gap. The split second allows the cartlidge in between to to let pressure off and reset correctly. Then the other adjustments place everything in the correct alignment
I have a problem with breathing through my nose sometimes its so hard for in certain positions and i want to know if this could be fixed with a therapy like that

Someone make a rack to store his pins so he stops throwing them on the floor. I’d hate to see him throw his back out picking them back up.
I was looking for this comment, thank you!
@Brock Lunardi he would just need a dose of his own medicine and he'd be good to go!
imagine being in the office below him, all day pins getting tossed on the floor
Dood thank you Mr Dr Johnson! A Chief . Just like that . The body will heal itself . Greg is just putting in dat place ✨

The neighbour right downstairs must be mad at him dropping those steel rods to the floor 40 times a day
Didn't think about that one. Too Funny.
04:45 he even says "try not to break my toes when I drop those things" lmao why not just put them down normally
Maybe his back is too bad to bend all the way over. JK! I saw him getting the Ring Dinger himself. Maybe it's for dramatic effect.
My neighbors felt the same when I was living upstairs on the third floor…😂 sick joke yes, ur correct.
