I've been watching adjustment videos for a while ( I guess you can call me a 'crack' addict) and this doctor is certainly showing up a lot so kudos to his team for the work they're doing with promotion. If I was in the area ever I'd definitely set up an appointment. I clicked this video specifically for the name 'Adams'....a fine name if I do say so myself. Years ago I was skeptical of Chiropractic medicine, as I know many are, but I have determined it's a valid path (certainly not the only one or for ALL conditions) which gives relief to many folks for a variety of aches and pains or prevention of said.

Wow, her spine and hips were all messed up. I noticed he came back to a previous area twice to check that it had stayed in place after working on the hips or spine. That tells us he is very thorough. He knows that adjusting one area can push others out. The guy is amazing.
That could partly be from given birth and also from always carrying the baby on the same arm. Tasks that only stress one side and have a negative effect on the spine can push it out of center.
I've had a chiropractor who just threw me on one side, cracked me, threw me on the opposite side, cracked me, then threw me on my "tummy" for just one more adjustment. That was it. That was the therapy. And every time I went there I was like, "why am I paying you X amount of dollars just for this?" I've since seen that there is sooo much more to this practice and I truly do believe in it. I also am well aware that there are "less good" professionals out there as well (just like in any profession really."
