lol, the prices alone eliminate 99% of the buying public and who can afford the home owners insurance if you can even get it. Seriously

I agree but this is why I educate my buyers to choose the home wisely. Older homes that are not up to code, old roofs, outdated electrical panels are just a few items you need to pay attention to when buying a home in Florida. Then you have the price to deal with as well :-). Yes Florida is expensive overall when it comes down to home prices but there are other benefits of living here as well and thats why many choose to move to the Sunshine State. Thanks for leaving a comment.

@@davesellsparadise Dave let's be honest, It wasn't all that long ago, Florida was a very affordable state in all but the most exclusive areas. I've been going to Florida for almost 50 years. We've rented homes for weeks at a time long before AirBnb was even a though, let alone a thing. We've stayed the Grand Floridian in WDW at least 30 times when our kids were younger. And we spent many vacations there in Fort Lauderdale at The Lago Mar. There was a time, again, not all that long ago when a million bucks bought you an awesome home or super awesome condo. These days, a million bucks in Florida gets you something you likely really don't want to buy. More so in Florida than anywhere else. The only thing I didn't like about all our time in Florida was trying to get a dinner reservation in season. Oh and the traffic, it's a nightmare in season. By no means do I have anything against the state. At one point I was strongly considering moving there. Now, even if I wanted to, I'd have to settle for something I'd never otherwise even look twice at. That's the problem with Florida. I don't even vacation there any longer. Too crowded for me. I have several very good friends who live down there in the winter months. A few of them self insure. Needless to say afte the last hurricane, they're looking at millions in repairs. They're in Fort Meyers, which 15 years ago, was more than affordable for most middle class folks. Not any longer. Anyway, there's obviously still people buying, otherwise you wouldn't be making these vids. I wish you a good year in 24, sales wise and health wise. Thanks for your reply. Cheers from Chicago

Are there any homes that have Jupiter farms elementary and independence middle school in their school triangle?

Sadly no. If you go to Jupiter Farms Elementary then you would go to Watson B Duncan Middle, If you go to Jerry Thomas Elementary then you would go to Independence Middle school. There is no variance etc. Unless the zones change slightly in coming years which is probably not likely would be the only chance it could happen but I've never heard of any talk about this etc.
