You're welcome! Now that the elastic holds the books in place correctly, I really like this notebook. I thought about getting a real Traveler's Notebook, but I think I like the size of this one better. 😊
Hi! I realise this video is fairly old now but just wanted to say thank you so much for reviewing this. I found it really helpful as I'm looking at traveler style notebooks but I don't want to splash out that much. Your review was very useful and descriptive. Thank you!
That's a good idea. I've been wanting to try a notebook from Nanami but I couldn't decide which size I wanted to try. I would never have thought about using one as an insert in this little cover. Thanks for the suggestion.
These videos were SO helpful to me, thank you so much. I have so many notebooks and tend not to stick with them, so I may try this out - my poor husband might cry if I start out with a Midori, lol!
I'm glad I could help! I actually like the size of this notebook better than either of the Midori, since it's in between the Passport and the standard size.
@@gadgetstop321 I just got it from Amazon and I’m enjoying it so far!!! I remember my mum buying a Midori years ago and I wasn’t as into it then, as I thought I had to be like her and be artsy (alas I am not) but now I see the usefulness for me. I’m prone to “notebook perfectionism” so I like that with inexpensive replaceable inserts it feels low stakes if I mess it up, haha. I think eventually I may upgrade to the Wanderings (?) one, as I love the idea of this in an A5 size
That's a good idea. I saw someone use water colors to paint pale lines lines in their traveler's notebook and it was a neat look. I'm not very artsy...maybe some faint lines lines with a pencil would work better in my case.
preso da pochissimo, mi piacerebbe usarlo in piedi, è possibile? vi è un modo migliore? tenendolo con mano sinistra dico , e disegnando con destra senza appoggio
I have the blue version of this notebook and love it... But the way the elastic is set up is a pain. Thanks for sharing your solution!

You're welcome! I love using this little notebook when I'm in the mood to use a gel pen. 😀
I put a B6 slim cafe note from nanami paper in mine. It is a bit shorter, but works fine.. and I think makers that do B6 slim inserts would work fine.

Hey I have a question: do the Midori Inserts fit in the Voyager?
No, the Voyager is shorter.
You could always rule your own lines. I do that a lot.

Es posible usarlo con una sola mano, pero no es fácil.
@@gadgetstop321 thanks, grazie per le recensioni, per il tuo lavoro
Sharpie pen won't bleed through.
'A' for effort!
LOL, thanks. I can't believe that I like this thing so much. If I fill this one up, maybe I'll get the real thing.
