      Only 1/3 items arrived from my BF order via UPS and the other two items are missing without a trace. Contacted fanatec but they said I have to wait up to a week for them to respond to my query.

      Move to moza ... There was stock in my country and options that made sense. Sold my entry Fanatec kit and I'm super happy with my Moza gear.

      I made 6 different orders since BF 2023. Four of them arrived within a week. The only stuff that took longer was my QR2 bundle (which was a preorder anyway and it arrived even 3 weeks earlier than expected) and the Formula 2.5x (which was communicated by Fanatec that it might take until march with shipping). So I really can’t complain.

      Here's the other side of Fanatec behavior.:
      Resale of product - say you purchase Wheel dd pedals etc.
      Why would I buy anything used with Fanatec brand, especially if I can't speak to customer service?
      Why used you ask... well upgrading. I am scared to buy anything used by Fanatec even from a friend who just realized he wants to upgrade.
      NO CUSTOMER SERVICE equals I'm on my own. Imagine buying from strangers you don't know how long it will last or if you can get it serviced.

    In Kireth's interview of the CEO Fanatec, the CEO implied that Sony were being too disciplined, regarding checking that the equipment was working properly before giving the OK.
    If Fanatec were as disciplined - across a number of issues - they would not be in their current mess.
    He was not all that convincing.

    I placed an ordered on Black Friday for the DD+, V3 pedals, and the 2.5X wheel.
    The first email was a delay of the 2.5X due to overselling on Black Friday. No big deal…
    Then I received 2 more emails delaying the DD+
    I couldn’t wait any longer, I lost faith in their ability do properly process the DD+ in a timely manner. Who knows when the Sony licensing will be accepted.
    I finally cancelled my order the last week of January and ordered the Simagic Alpha U with the new GT Neo wheel and the P1000 pedals with haptic feedback motors.
    Such a huge relief, I feel like I dodged a bullet shying away from Fanatec!

    UK Customer experience:
    Ordered in stock items on 26 October (after watching your interview with Thomas).
    I chased 27 November.
    I chased again 12 December.
    Fanatec responsed 18 December "Your order was lost by our warehouse, we will resend by UPS Express"
    UPS Express parcel delivered 22 January.

      UK based too. Had to chargeback my order from the 16th of November. Zero answer from customer support, shipping status frozen since the 26th of November.
      A couple days ago I saw people getting exactly the same shit I ordered (QR2 base + wheel side), in the UK, before I did. So I got tired and chargebacked. The order status hasn't even changed on their website and it's been days lol.
      Never ordering from Fanatec again, next time I need/want an upgrade I'll move away from this ecosystem.

    I have had bipolar experiences with Fanatec. I ordered a CSL DD with a P1 Rim and the V2 Pedals on black Friday. The parcel arrived about 4 days after I placed my order. Great stuff.
    However, when I placed my order for a new rim and universal hub in NOVEMBER I haven’t heard from them until I received my package at the beginning of January.

    Support for RMAs certainly hasn't improved. After my CSL DD bricked itself, it's taken over 3 weeks simply for Fanatec to acknowledge the issue and tell me that I'll be sent further information about returning the wheelbase to them.

      They stopped replying to me entirely. Been trying since November 2023 to get them to send the correct cables that should come with my new handbrake.

    I ordered one of those Maclaren wheels in January and received it in good condition about 2 weeks later. I had a basic intro wheel for 3 years before that and it just now had some problems after being used by two drivers. The CSL wheel base is still awesome. I haven't lost faith in them myself. They are very difficult to get in contact with, however. Sounds like they need to hire more people.

    This Sony license thing isn’t Sony, it’s fanatec. You don’t sell a product while you don’t have the license in hand. Period. This isn’t a good business practice and to be silent on status of orders and not communicating customer care needs is also unacceptable. What’s confusing to me is didn’t the customers have the opportunity to refund their purchase if it didn’t enter shipping status? Why give a delinquent company the revenue especially with a ton of feedback on social media all complaining about the same experience

      You realize that Sony Pictures (makes movies) and Sony Interactive (Makes ps5) aren't even the same company? They're both seperate subsidiaries of Sony. What one does isn't always related to what the other does.

    My order from black friday is still not delivered. I ordered a hub and some of the new Sparco rims. Contacted support January 10 and still have not received a reply. No mention of my products on their blog. The Sparco rally wheel rim is out of stock on the website so I guess that's the delay but that's a guess from a very disappointed customer.

    Still waiting for my shifter since Black Friday, according to the website it is in stock. I can understand if there is an issue with their DDs and Sony licenses but why the delay with items that are in stock?

      There are multiple issues going on, as Random Callsign also explained before.
      1 - Customer Service e-mails are not being handled / bad communication
      2 - They have changed a warehouse system or a transport contractor, that did lead to a big issue with correct stock information and issues with shipping.
      3 - THe DD+ Sony approval

    Uk customer:
    Ordered the CSL DD 5NM, the CSL Elite V2 pedals, and the CSL Forumla V2.5X wheel.
    Ordered on the 24th of November.
    Took them till the 15th of December to communicate they oversold and would have to wait till March.
    People ordered way after me and they have had their stuff for a while now, the exact items.
    Fanatec states they operate a first-in-first-out system but that is definitely not the case here.

    I recently had to get a new shaft for my shifter and went through the rma. The initial contact from fanatec took a bit more than a week and i was informed of that before, after that it went quite fast and without any complications. But i have to add that i live in germany and aperantly fanatec has a warehouse in the next bigger city (hamburg) so orders sometimes just take one day.

    No, they are not improving. I ordered a universal hub V2 that said 4-9 days until shipping and it's been over a month and it hasn't even shipped. No communication from then, just outright lying.

    I think it depends on what you order. I ordered 2 usb adapters shortly after midnight on the 23rd of january. I got them jan 24th at 11 am. Just around 35 hours from order to delivery from Germany to Denmark.

    Ordered on 24th November, sent multiple emails, tried broken live-chat many times, nothing. No response, order still in processing as of 4th February (Formula 2.5x + QR1 + QR2)

    Ordered the M4 GT3 wheel mid December on preorder in the US. Sent to the warehouse January 16th but nothing. It has not shipped and I have no idea when it will. It currently shows in stock.

    I ordered a DD2 on the 17th of November and didn't receive it till the other day its getting better but I won't be ordering anything for a while till they sort this shipping problem out

    I fully agree communications is the downfall here, both in giving information pre-purchase, but also generally in customer service, eg replying quickly, informatively and helpfully etc, and it seems Fanatec has severely failed on all counts here for a long time and things has only gotten worse up until now.
    Still though, during the black friday sale, I ordered CSL elite V2 pedals and the CS SQ V1.5 Shifter, and they showed up within an acceptable timeframe! :) (a week or so I think?)
    *However* I still dont have a complete setup due to a few factors that has made me hesitant to put down a final order:
    1) Why did the price for the regular Clubsport DD suddenly rise by 100 euro? (699 to 799 euro)
    2) The regular aluminium QR2 has been backordered for ages now and I wonder if any will be available at the next stated date at 20 february.
    3) You still cant buy the regular steering wheels with only the new QR2 adapter: You need to get the wheel with a QR1 adapter you dont need and then pay extra for the QR2 adapter, and I dont want to basically flush ~90 euro down the toilet.
    4) It seems some early Clubsport DD:s have had issues with for example coil whine and some vibrations at idle.
    These factors combined with the very poor support have made the Clubsport DD much less of a good deal, making me question myself if this is the way I want to go.

    Recent order I had went through really quick.
    Only thing about this was QR1 default was sold out and I couldn't proceed the order because of that. I already had better QR stuff from previous order.
    Contacted support, but still hadn't an answer to this day.
    QR1 was in order again and I could just order normaly again.

    Still waiting on the cursed black friday order, v2.5x and the qr1 with the handbrake. At this point I'd take the discount voucher over the wheel, but there is no way to get in contact... Super frustrating position to be in.

    I've had orders from October which i still haven't received. They have been shipped but returned due to incorrect paperwork. I've sent about 20 emails and only had one response to date. So disappointing!

    Florida Man Experience:
    I needed an out of warranty two weeks ago sent to them, to them a minute to get back to me but they said that it is irreparable and whatever they offered me 50% off but when they actually worked it out instead of the base being 50% off it was actually 75% off with shipping including and the next day it starting to get shipped and it comes Tuesday. I almost lost faith in the company but so far have supported me. While they aren’t the fastest they are through.
    Now my friend in NY ordered in 1/10 still hasn’t gotten a shipment tracker so it’s a mixed bag but I think they are trying.

    Im waiting for my DD+, v3 bundle, mclaren v2 and qr2 since 24th of november. Its my first expirience with fanatec brand and I just wait to get it and once I get it I would like to sell it, couse I dont want to fuck anymore with this shitty customer service. I will get a simagic like others

    I luckily enough didn't have *that* many issues on black friday. though the QR2 wheel slide is what took the longest to receive which I got toward the end of January. Everything else was pretty much sent out a week after order placement. At least now everything is set up, bought a used DD1 PS4 so I can play GT7 which has so far been amazing.

    This has been my experience: I ordered on Nov 28, a wrc csl dd bundle with a clutch pedal, after a month waiting I received the packages, when I checked everything they sent me a bmw wheel and a table clamp instead of the clutch and wrc wheel. I made a ticket and they answered a bit more after a week that they will work on it with no response after that, it’s been a month waiting to see what I can do with my products. What should I do, is it late for a refund? Do I go with moza or should I even stay with fanatec?
    I understand things happen, but transparency would probably resolve most of it.

    I was considering Fanatec as an upgrade for several years, since I've been driving with a G29 for nearly 4 years. A few months ago I decided to start my upgrade process and hearing how bad Fanatec has been treating their customers, I've decided to look else where to build up my new sim racing hardware. Now with the likes of VNM, Asetek, Simagic, etc. Fanatec seems to be a questionable option.

    my order placed on Black Friday was fulfilled after a month, I received a message that the order would be delayed due to a warehouse change, but I never received a shipping number, my order was for an 8nm power supply and a loud cell brake pedal

    Just adding to the very few positive experiences:
    - April 7th ordered CS DD+ F1 bundle
    - April 8th recieve "handover to warehouse" email
    - April 12th order is on my door step
    Thinking it would take forever like my last order I must say I'm extremely pleased this time around. I never received a tracking number this time I just assumed my order didn't leave the warehouse yet. But all in all it took 5 days this time from when I ordered on the website To when I received it. I feel like Fanatec is coming up finally! There looks to be some kind of light at the end of the tunnel! And I can only speak for the northwest region of the US. But I do hope this whole ordeal gets resolved for everyone!

    Ordered CSL DD base, WRC rim, CSL elite v2 pedals, and the clubsport shifter on January 20th. As of now I haven't even received shipping confirmation, though it seems like this is something you have to take your chances w/ fanatec support to even get to see! My distrust of central Europeans just keeps getting reinforced..

    BF order Nov 26: Formula 2.5x wheel, qr1, 3 qr2’s and qr 2 base side. Haven’t received. But was told that the 2.5x might not be available until sometime in March. Frustrating because all items show in stock on the web shop. :/

    I ordered a GT DD Pro bundle and 8NM plus Loadcell on the 26th April and although it sat awaiting the Warehouse to ship it via UPS which was finally actioned triggered on the 6th May, it has landed in the UK and I am expecting it on Monday, based on UPS' update. Things are getting better, but their comms are very poor still.

    Couple of group[s im in on Facebook I have seen people mention that when stuff is shipped from Germany to the UK people have then been hit with extra import tax at customs, I cant confirm this myself just saw some people mention it so its something to be mindful of when ordering if you live in the UK.

    Ordered november 23rd, still nothing 🤷🏻 Got 2 email replies which said sorry, still busy, but now there's no more reply after I asked for an honest estimate on the delivery. I guess the wait continues, I'm not giving up on these BF deals! 😅

    Hello just out of interest when does your warranty start. I heard that it starts when fanetec have processed your order. So any delay in warehouse or posting would result in less warranty?

    I'm making the leap to DD and ordered a 5Nm R2R with the BMW wheel this past Thursday night. The order says "still in process," which is about what I'd expect. I knew about the Black Friday issues but people seemed to be reporting better experiences in Reddit, so I'm hoping for the best. If it gets here in two weeks, I'll call that a win. I do think they really could do a better job of communicating turnaround time. They should know what their inventory is and have a rough idea of what their warehouse is doing by now. I figure worst-case scenario if it still says "order processing" in two weeks I'll just cancel and get a Moza, even though that wheel doesn't give me the ability to upgrade to a higher torque via a power supply down the line.

    Iver ordered a whole brand new ever frame to v3 ddcs and inverted v3s the shifter and a wheel and and the new hubs the only thing that was not in stock was the e brake ! But my brand new shifter is stuck in sequential 😩 other than that everything has been fast im on the east coast ! Good luck if this helps anyone

    Ordered csl dd with gt3 and load cell pedals as a bundle took 8 days bur didn't all arrive at once but was very worried as I have heard alot of people having trouble and I feel for them as it's not cheap and alot of money to spend and receive nothing for months

    Like you said, it is all about managing expectations. I have a Simagic Alpha mini and P1000 pedal set on order and it's going to be months before they get here, but the seller I bought from were totally upfront about that.
    I guess I am "lucky" that Fantec is rarely a decent choice for Canadians because of how much more expensive it is after shipping and import duties. A CSL 8nm costs MORE than the Simagic Alpha mini, which is nuts.

    ordered on black friday, wheel, pedals, wheel base, shifter, handbrake, the whole shabang
    it said qr2 will be delayed till late dec.. im like okay
    then it says qr2 will be delayed till jan, im like okay
    now its feb and qr2 is in stock (and shown in stock on their website)
    emailed before, and after couple weeks i got an email back stating now my handbrake will be avail in may
    now it seems i have to wait till may....
    haven't recieved anything yet.

    Put in a large order aorund black Friday, received it at the start of 2024. For me it's the lack of communication. If Fanatec really wants to improve, they need to invest in more customer service representatives while also improving their warehouse stock systems.

    Ordered November 20th order still processing
    Emailed 1st time December 19th since then sent 3 others still haven't had a reply
    They are taking care of new orders to get positive feedback on social media to try and counter the thousands of negative posts.
    People who had identical orders that ordered 2 to 4 days after me have had there orders delivered

      I bet it’s that one of the products you bought were out of stock. They won’t ship until all of them are available. For me, I saw that the free QR1 Lite Wheel-Side attachment was out of stock until march 21st, so I cancled my order and places a new one with the regular qr1 that was in stock. Legit I tell you- the next day it said your order has been sent to the warehouse for shipping.

    Purchased DD pro in June last year stopped working in two months ,eventually after loads of emails to customer support agreed to return and replace. Still waiting and no response from customer support to update me on progress
    Lost to know how to resolve this

    I only play GT7 on the Playstation. I currently have a Thrustmaster TG-T with a 320mm sparco wheel, a d Club sport v3 pedals using an adapter. For the last year, I've wanted to upgrade to direct drive. The Logictech G Pro was the logical choice until the Fanatec DD+ Extreme was announced. Switching to Fanatec will allow me to keep my pedals, which I love. My plan is a Mclaren GT3 V2 wheel on the DD+, rather than the somewhat small extreme wheel. My only concern is Fanatec customer service, if something arrives broken. Thrustmaster has never been a problem. Logictech seems to be responsive also. At one time I ordered a brake pedal performance kit from Fanatec, and never did get any response when I asked questions. I really don't like the fact that Logictech is keeping their plans of a future eco system so secret. I'm half tempted to stay Thrustmaster, and buy that gorgeous SF1000 F1 wheel. I hate to say it, but I literally have about $2000 burning a whole in my pocket. What would you do?

    Ordered the DD1 podium wheel base with QR2 on black Friday and still haven't received any update, no tracking. Emailed the customer support and no response. Waited 121 days now, $1000+ dollar order, This is my first time ordering from Fanatec and I'm so beyond disappointed. Order is handed over to the warehouse on March 8th, 2024 so i can no longer cancel the order either. Ive never dealt with a company this bad.

    I had a two years break after I sold my fanatec rig and saw a lot of negative comments about Fanatec lataly after I decided to go back to simracing. I went for the Logitec Pro Wheel as it was available in my local electronics store and boy this wheel rocks!! Also IF shit hits the fan I dont have to send it anywhere myself, just handle it with with the store. Love the wheel and it also reminds me of my first steps with simracing with the g29 :)
    PS the smell of the genuine leather on the wheel is astounding

    I ordered a Porsche wheel plus the csl boost kit on the 26th Jan. Was expecting at least a 3-4 week delivery for the UK, as I order a full setup last September and that took 4 weeks. Instead it took exactly 1 week so very happy with the improvement!

      Always pc and PlayStation compatible. Some wheels will make it xbox compatible. Some wheels will have less functionalities on the PlayStation

    It's not got any better for me unfortunately. Ordered a CSL DD, wheel and pedals, everything showing in-stock in the basket (5-7 day dispatch). 2 weeks later I get a reply to a customer support email advising that the QR1 lite (that was included for free) was delayed coming into stock until the end of March and they cannot ship anything until it is available. This was news to me that it was even out of stock in the first place. Their customer service staff are clearly trying but are just overwhelmed, not helped by a poor website/stock system.

    I want to order CSL DD bundle but I’m afraid I will have to wait very long. Slowly leaning towards to Moza R5 bundle or maybe R9.

      That's what I did last year.... went with MOZA that is.
      It's no secret to most in the sim community FANATEC has a fairly long history of crappy CS & it's evidently become far worse.
      I finally was able to afford a DD wheel after 20+ years Sim Racing with Logi & TM wheels & I was not prepared to even start setting myself up for any kind of shyty service from FANATEC.
      Nor give them one cent of MY money until the products being ordered are ready to ship.
      Personally, I really find it hard to have much sympathy at all with anyone who's foolish enough to even chance trying to get stuff from them considering.
      Especially if they're just an average everyday bloke with an "everyday" bank account (like me and many others) that NEEDS what they ordered rather than just "want the stuff sometime....when/if ever it comes....with any luck ... money tied up is fine".

    I sold all my stuff from Fanatec just keep the shifter and Chanced to vrs and asetek as Wheel I got the gsi Formular pro x Wheel and im happy

    I think what you pointed out is correct - there are 2 problems not 1. First, is the problem with the equipment availability, then is the problem in communication from the company. As far as the first problem could be related to the factors which are out of control from fanatec, then in case of a 2nd problem they could have done a better job. I feel sorry for all the people who put their hard earned money to fanatec and experienced all of these issues.

    When I was getting back into sim racing after about 20 years, and I was looking up name brands, I couldn't afford new, so I was going to buy a used CWS base. But I decided to go with a Thrustmaster T300RS (my 3rd TM wheel/pedal set since 1995's Formula T1). And I am glad, because I find Fanatec is the current "popular" name in sim gear, just like how Apple was to phone about a decade back and Samsung is now. Over-hyped for the cost and you can find alternatives that will work better or have better customer service.
    If I has the space, budget, and time to devote to sim racing, my future upgrade would be Moza or Simucube (maybe even some other comoany - I honestly have a LOT of time to do research before that time comes).

    Their customer service spoke to me with a condensending manner when I needed help at one point. Once simagic/Moza came around, I never looked back and try to sway people away from Fanatec since.

    I want to order a dd bundle but I'm worried about the wait, it says on the website just now "Ships in 4/7 days" but will it? also does anybody know if the bundles come with the original QR or the QR2 now ? Advice on the QR would be most appriciated.

      If you live in Europe you will probably get it in 7days, 14 in wrost case scenario. Everything goes with originl QR, you have to buy QR2 (both for base and rims) separetly.

      What is shown / listed on the order page ? If it shows / lists the QR2 then that's what you'll get, but otherwise I would EXPECT that it will be the QR1.

      @@stevecleaver8933Yeah you get what is listed, nothing is easier than checking what you are actually buying. I think it will be quite a while before they offer most of the items with QR2. They definitely won’t open old packages with already made products and instal QR2 on it. So its fair to expect that QR2 will be installed only on new releases.

    I’d be ok with waiting if the website did not clearly state that the items would ship within 4-7 days when I placed the order. Come to find out after the fact that this is simply not the case.

    Well I'm a newcomer to the sim racing rigs and I've took 2023 completely to do research on which brand & set to buy, I chose FANATEC because so far is the only brand that you can buy 1 set up and be able to use it with PC, Xbox & Playstation(I owned all 3 of them) unlike the other that you have to pick one or the other or buy multiple set ups, plus I like the looks, designs & materials of their products, so I finally decided and made my order on January 24, 2024 and it all arrived by February 1, 2024 and I'm super happy with it, been having a blast.

      @simrig412 Well you are wrong by assuming, I play on all of the 3 platforms, so by your comment you missed the point, because that's why I went with FANATEC to have 1 set up and play in any platforms with any of my friends & relatives regardless of PC as the superiorplatform, so don't assume things and even I as a PC player I'm not with that PC elitist master race bs.
      And yes I've been seeing the feedback of the consumers and all the negative reception with the problems that FANATEC has been having for while, but he ask how has been the recent experience with ordering from Fanatec and I just shared mine, so at the moment is a positive feedback for me but that can change down the road if something else happens.

      You got your order real fast-glad to hear. I ordered a bunch of items to complete my setup, inverted pedals, bmw rim, shifter, and other stuff-over $3k worth of merchandise. I ordered it on Jan 23 but I haven’t heard anything yet. Everything I ordered at time of ordering said it was all in stock. I live in NYC/USA… where do u live? (That might be a reason why you got your order so fast).

    I feel like Thomas Jackermeier needs to just focus on the technological aspects of the company and hire someone else to do the business side. Improve the customer service issues, the stock issues, the product releases etc.

    The support experience is still very slow. They have been taking 1-2 weeks to respond to my last two emails. I have had a broken CSL Elite V2 brake pedal load cell since Dec 26th (3 days after receiving it).

    I had the choice in December 2023 and, after research, chose Moza. I think the damage for Fanatec is already there and it will take a lot of effort to regain confidence. In any case, I am extremely happy with my Moza set.

    When I started sim racing as a hobby in 2022 I bought fully into the Fanatec ecosystem and have been very happy. That said, I ordered the DD+ on October 20 and while I am happy to wait, I have been very disappointed in the lack of transparency and communication. I race on both PC and PS5, but I spend a lot of time in GT7 and I feel like I’m stuck with Fanatec. Given the current state of Fanatec and how things have been going, at this point I’d prefer to cut my losses and move to a new ecosystem. However, I want the PlayStation compatibility and the ability to grow in the future, so I think the best thing for consumers at this point would be for Sony to cut ties with Fanatec and name a new official Gran Turismo partner that they can stick with through at least the PS6 life cycle. If they did that I’d jump in and go with whoever they choose. Until then, I’ll begrudgingly stick with Fanatec.

    I was considering getting a Fanatec base and wheel at some opoint, but definitely not anymore… I trust their quality, but their lack of communication and transparency is a BIG red flag for me, especially considering the price point of their products.

      Their products are also low quality, so consider yourself lucky. The only things Fanatec does well are marketing and bankrolling UA-cam "review" channels.

    I had to cancel my DD+ order. Bought a cs dd instead and it got to me in less than a week, (im in Colorado).
    Its the fastest ive ever received anything from them, even before covid. Sucks that the Sony thing is screwing them over.

    I got into sim racing in the second half of 2023. Bought a ready to race bundle from fanatec. Now that I am ready to start upgrading things I have made the decision not to do it in the fanatec ecosystem but changing to asetek. So while I was not directly affected by all these issues I have seen how they have handled themselves as a company and decided to take my business elsewhere. Mostly due to reputation and behavior they have lost me.

    It depends: Delivery for the products from BlackFriday ( csl elite v2 and shifter) was late by a week but that is acceptable. What is not acceptable is a clutch pedal that came with the wire almost completely squashed that doesn't work. I have submitted a support request and took them about 3 days to answer just to ask me how it happened. I am still waiting to see what will happen to it but for a product under warranty that was just purchased I sure hope I will have a working one sometime soon...

    I just ordered my CSL DD bundle, Formula V 2.5 wheel and the load cell upgrade kit a week ago, and they are being delivered to me today.
    I expected to have to wait for a long time, but it was surprisingly quick, even with the QR1 Lite from the bundle showing being out of stock

    People getting their orders in 2 weeks? Well - happy for them. I'm still waiting for my V2.5X since November 24th that was used to be birthday gift for myself in early December. Very likely it won't even be my Eastern gift. Waiting 4+ months for an order without ANY communication beside delaying email that we all got is simply unacceptable. If I even get my rim and it'll be working which I'm stopping to believe to be honest

    I ordered the Clubsport DD+ on October 23, and cancelled last week after the repeated delays. What you said about the complete lack of communication is SPOT ON!!! I don't mind waiting if I am kept in the loop. Now I will be ordering again once they are actually in stock.

    I had two deliveries to the States that came within 14 days from the time ordered. I have been waiting on day 16 now for my order to get past the process stage and to the warehouse stage. This will be my last order with Fanatec. Once this system starts failing, I’ll go elsewhere.

    I just got my taxes back (US person) I've been eying the 8nm McLaren w/ Loadcell pedals for a while. But more and more I get videos and articles like this. I don't think I'll be spending that 800 USD on Monday with them after reading these comments. Anyone have a recommendation that is equal price and terms of entry to DD. I'm on a G29 with ricotech upgrade brake pedal now

      Good to see someone a little wiser than most when it comes to very recent orders being placed with FANATEC.
      Probably better luck winning millions at the crap tables in Reno than receiving a "pleasant experience" with them these days.
      MOZA & Simmagic are both good & comparably priced.

    In my country there's a popular saying that translate something like this "And the wolf sated and the sheep untouched", is exactly what Fanatec is trying to do. I was hopping that they will learn something from this but the only thig that they get will be like "Ooo, we are f*cking them how we want and they still buy our products... let sell more!!!"

    Fanatec could still turn this round if they release some new wheels at competitive prices. They just seem to have gone stale at the moment and been caught sleeping. Some great wheels out there from competitors now.

    I placed an order on Saturday 17th Feb for CSL DD 8nm, CSL Mclaren wheel, V2 Pedals plus Qr2 pro ws and Qr2 base side. I was informed first thing Monday by email 19th it had shipped to the UK. Great communication all this week from Fanatec and UPS . All arrived today 23rd Feb plus the QR2's were all shipped in the same box together so no danger of getting lost.

    No, they are not improving, I ordered a set of pedals on the January 6, shipping was so delayed that I requested a refund. They shipped it anyways, but managed to mess the shipping and it never got to leave Germany and was returned to their warehouse. Then I got an email from them saying they will refund me. Still waiting... since January 6

    Have been a Fanatec customer in the past, but now have moved away from their ecosystem aftet technical issues and a bad customer service experience (communication mainly). Still use a few wheels with a USB converter. I've lost faith and also not impressed with their innovations the last 2 years. The competition has caught up and passed, imo.
    My friend ordered in the second part of January with all products in stock. His order has not been fullfilled and he was seriously considering cancelling and ordering something else. He did recieve recent communication and a predected shipment date when there is new stock for his products (6 weeks later then before). At least there is communication, so one positive thing.
