It sounds like you really want to tuck the harness and wires in the engine bay man so go for it. I personally think it makes the bay look so much more clean.
Next evap core you take apart, maybe you could use residential condenser cleaner. It foams up and cleans out all the tight spots. Keep up the progress man!
I think it looks phenomenal.. ❤❤❤ But if you gonna swap The wire tuck should be done When swapping If not swapping you should tuck it Now either way tuck tuck tuck
Man your so thorough in your video. It would be awsome to see how to do a wire tuck! The way you explain as you work is very beneficial for a Honda novice like me. Great work!
Bro, I'm loving this build so much! Engine bay is looking amazing! Definitely going to get their full engine bay bolt kit for my EG as I'm slowly restoring everything. Keep the videos coming! Where did you get the paint kit by the way???
Replace all ORings on ac... put in R12... dont use r134a in the ef comp as it will kill it.. use mineral oil too inside compressor.. Sanden 28oz matsushita 34oz 5 oz of mineral oil
DO NOT wire tuck the DPFI harness. Will make it hard for someone to MPFI swap it. ONLY wire tuck it if you're going to do an MPFI conversion, which I think you should since it is quick and easy.
Not a fan of the wire tucks unless you have a money engine that you want to have as the center of attention when you pop the hood. Instead of tucking the harness, use the opportunity to showcase things like the Restotuner hardware by leaving the dark “noise” of the harness alone to give more contrast. Looks great…and has me worried about opening my A/C box up to clean 🤢. Need to do my grill insert black as well. What prep did you do on that?
You can find them online, I got a color match spray can for my eg hatch and it’s perfect. Made me wanna paint the whole car so I ended up buying stage 1 paint. I ordered from touch up direct but in the video it’s a different brand.
Thank you please get Eric the car guy there I have been dying for you Honda pro Jason and Eric the car Guy to have a conversation .. And he has two gsrs which he does drive so it would be cool if you brought one
The key is networking. Be a real part of the community, make friends, so people know you and what you're into. That way when they happen across something like this, they'll remember you and hit you up. I _almost_ got a stupid clean CRX roller (was really only missing the engine/trans/harness) a couple years back because a friend manages a storage center and the owner was months past due; his unit with the shell inside was about to go up for auction, but at the last second he paid his bills. :(
@@accord_aero_r appreciate the advice and I 100% agree with you about being part of a community of whatever it is that you are into . Ive been building Hondas for the last 20 years , I live in the northeast and these gems are getting nearly impossible to find in conditions worth saving .

I love when cars have their wires tucked and it's tubbed out. Looks amazing!

Restoring efs is addicting. Better with black moldings as it should be.
Definitely tuck it. It’ll look clean as can be. Loving the progress.

I had those glasses in my cart. Thanks for the discount code! I did a moderate tuck on my EG k swap. Well worth the time and effort.
Came out super clean! Love the color! I just got an EF hatch with a B20Vtec and B16 trans for $1700! Don't think dude knew what he had honestly!
I think a tuck would do this car justice to really let the bay pop with the fresh paint!
Congrats men !!! Going on the rigth way ! It's getting GUCCI!!! PURA VIDA FROM COSTA RICA 🤙🤙🤙🤙LIKE THE VIDEOS SO MUCH !!!!
My 91si B series still has the stock look that looks good and keeps it easier to work on .

Diggin the EF content! Single cam turbo with AC?? 👀
Replace all ORings on ac... put in R12... dont use r134a in the ef comp as it will kill it.. use mineral oil too inside compressor.. Sanden 28oz matsushita 34oz 5 oz of mineral oil
Do you mind posting the link for the paint? It turned out well, and those little touches are not going unnoticed and make it all come together nicely.
Looks good. I’d say just go for the tuck to clean things up and it’ll provide more content for you
Hey Mark. Great video. By any chance. Have you done any H22 SWAP? To an EK maybe? Any thoughts about it?
You can do the whole bay hahah, would keep it factory as much as possible not tucking things. Just really clean up everything

At the very least A6 intake manifold w/ multi port injection, newer MAP. But a y8 or z6 head, OBD1 conv. with hondata would be nice
