- Thanks for stopping by to check out our first Center Parcs vlog from this series of videos sharing our recent stay at Center Parcs Longleat.
We stayed at Longleat for a weekend break in May 2022, and decided to change our accommodation this time, swapping a lodge for one of the Redwood apartments.
This day 1 vlog includes our arrival on site, our first swim around the rapids, catch up chats and cooking in our apartment.
We love Center Parcs, which I am sure you can tell!

Haahah the lasagne was pretty tasty, although if I had to save money I would just have 2 of the cheesecakes from the bakery for dinner 🤤😜
Longleat looks amazing. How did you find staying in an apartment compared to the lodges?
Yeah, we liked the apartments a lot. Granted it's not quite the same experience and not everything in a lodge is in an apartment but for a weekend break we liked it and would definitely consider it again in future.

Love the vlogs guys, got me pumped for my stay this year bonfire weekend at longleat, can i ask thou?, how does it work with swimming these days? is it restricted to booking or is it come and go like it was years ago?
Amazing, life is always better with a Center Parcs break to look forward to haha! And thanks for the kind words, much appreciated.
Right now the swimming slots are still in place. They are 3 hours per slot, and you get the option to book one slot for each night of your booking (so if on a Fri-Mon break you get 3 slots) plus it's turn up and swim without slots from 6pm daily.
October is still a way off so things may change between now and then, but whatever the situation I think CP are good at explaining it so you know the score.

@@EyeballPaulLive oh yeah don't worry, we still have three more CP bookings between now and end of the year, and another three already all paid up and ready for 2023 (and maybe one or two more lil cheeky weekends to fit in!).
