The wild water rapids I've gone for is: Elveden Whinfell Woburn Sherwood Longleat Longleat takes ages and how Sherwood ends it as. Whinfell would've been top if they kept the original rapids when it was Oasis Lakeland Holiday Village back in 1997. I do like the Canyon Ride though.

My guess would be: Sherwood - 32 Elveden - 41 Longleat - 33 Whinfell - 45 Woburn - 29 If not counting the leisure bowls: Sherwood - 29 Elveden - 37 Longleat - 31 Whinfell - 40 Woburn - 28

Love your video and you seem such nice guys. We went on the mistletoe & rhine one last year and we loved it we booked one last summer and due to go again this summer. I want to book the one you are on though. I have subscribed 🙂

Hi guys, I absolutely loved your Vlog on Centre parks. I am about to book a two night spa break for a Mum and Daughter break. The very first time I took my daughter to Centre parks she was six months old, she’s now 27 and we can have cocktails together. I have watched a few reviews and yours is by far the best you guys are fabulous thank you so much. Jane and Ellie ❤

Well this is exactly what I was looking at only the 2 bedroom one. It looks fab ❤ however the customer service is shite 🤬I’m very annoyed for you both and it was Dave’s Birthday 🎂 so hope you get it sorted. It’s very expensive and so should have exceptional customer service 🤬 we always stay in the executive lodges at CP which are lovely but think this lodge has the edge ❤however CP or here 🤔 not sure and CP has excellent customer services if we have ever had to contact them. You 2 are lovely think you need to be a Karen next time you contact them it’s not good enough!!

weve had a few stays with them over the years and like yourselves had issues on multiple trips, but never got anything positive from them, they dont seem to care to be honest (they pretend to), but like you say its an expensive break with lots of additional expenses, the customer service is lacking and as a result stopped using forest holidays , its a shame 😢

This looked very cool. You guys live the dream. Disney Paris, Lapland, and centreparcs, all in what, 8 weeks!. So lucky. Love watching it all🎅

Ahh the Santa was so pants, I’m disappointed for you guys 😭 I was expecting a cosy log cabin with a fire and a Christmas tree… and a beard and moustache that matched lol 😂 Everything else about the trip looked amazing though 🤩

Hopefully they'll add an inn for Woburn like the end of the lake like the Lakeside Inn at Whinfell in the future.

What a shame, it did look really lovely. For losing an entire evening and night and the inconvenience of Dave having to take your pup in and outdoors every 5 minutes (on his birthday to boot!!), at least a 33% refund should be issued in my eyes. And the substandard service from a premium holiday outlet certainly doesn't make me want to book a stay there! Let's hope they see this video and do something meaningful about it!

The forest looked so atmospheric Sunday morning in the rain. Love that kind of day, if ur not going out. If I was in your situation, I wouldn't go back. If a company can't look after their customers, then they don't deserve their money.

Hmmm have been to Forest Holidays a few times but each time it just doesn't have that Center Parcs feel. Also FH is more expensive.

You guys definitely did the right thing by complaint about that issue. What a waste of an evening, especially as it was Daves birthday 😕 Shane said should have at least offered you a free night on your next stay there. Fingers crossed they get back to you with a worthy solution x

Great vlog again, sorry to see there was a blip at the end of the trip! You guys are usually so chilled, you have absolutely every right to be disappointed with the lack of customer service since. Really hope you get an adequate resolution soon, in the meantime have a very merry Christmas!

I’m sorry, you lads had such a rubbish response, to your interrupted holiday. I think , they should offer you a complimentary stay , to make up for your inconvenience ( on your birthday) and the terrible way they responded. Happy Birthday Dave , I hope things improved, once you left the park. Did you get your fix of Jude Law , later ? Does Harper dislike all strangers, does he ever warm up to people ? I hope your Christmas 🎄 celebrations, are far better than your stay at the park. Are you lads on Santa’s Naughty list ? You might get different types of gifts. 😏 Be well , and have fun over the holidays. ❤

I don’t think you’re being unreasonable at all, you’ve lost the enjoyment of the evening and spent the time trying to sort the issue instead. If they’d popped out and fixed it first time then the offer would have been fair, but it sounds like they had to come out multiple times, meaning you lost most of the evenings enjoyment. If it was me I’d be hoping for around 20% back for the loss of enjoyment and maybe a small gesture to say sorry. Through the video I was taking a look to possibly book something for myself, I won’t be after seeing how they’ve handled this though. Keep the vlogs coming!

Hey guys no you have done the right thing by putting in a written complaint. Shame it takes such a long time to get an outcome. £50 and your breakfast refund is not enough for what you pay & your returning guest. Keep us posted x

Given the expense of that trip I would say that isn’t a reasonable resolution. The response time of the maintenance engineer also seems poor.
