I wonder if a white foam dart that was IR reflective would allow for a motion tracking set up. I've seen some other makers use some pretty inexpensive setups to great effect
i unfortunately live noware close to any nerf conventions or events or comunities, so i will sadly not be attending any this year and i wanted to go to foamfest for a while now.
*Edit: I just made this before getting to the vid's same comment... Leaving for algorithm. Drac definitely has a point... I.E. a resounding "This would be cool in 2018" over the Stryfe X... No, your built Stryfe was more than likely not as good since balancing flywheels really wasn't a blip on anyone's radar for another year or two and they were just accepted as less accurate, and we all know what 2020 did... Like, WE LITERALLY DID NOT THINK NERF WOULD JOIN... and they did, and they got ridiculed for it... which is stupid because the price point wasn't even that bad.
It was sad to hear the night missions were coming to and end so perhaps run a side bar event for say longest distance team battles for fun using only FireTek Hyperstrike Archery options up to 300+ feet away 😁 We remember Drac you definitely wanted in on that type of thing ; they have two new team bows now on Amazon Rex/Godzilla Green LED & Gorilla/Kong Red LED with original Shark Blue LED.
