Thank you! You're most likely just going to look at TMS in your class, but it's a good idea to know that others exist as well. Depending on your instructors and textbook, you might also hear that TMS is taken in "mild acid" which is a bit of a white lie, but some teach it this way, so don't get surprised if you hear it.
@@VictortheOrganicChemistryTutor thank you! Maybe in organic chemistry class TMS is the most used but i have attended some classes of bioorganic chemistry and the protection as acetyle was mentioned for artificial amino acids synthesis. While i've never heard of the third method before.
