Constitutional Law student here. Just so you know as things currently are, and the laws around this are always changing, you could not sue someone for using an AI version of your voice as long as they were not trying to pass it off as your real voice. It's currently considered protected free speech as an artistic expression. The same way you can't sue someone for reproducing your image by drawing fanart, you can't sue someone for reproducing your sound to make another form of art. Be careful making legal threats in a video, some people take it as a challenge.
Free Use works both ways. You can use it so you can react to the content made by other people for your own views. The same rules apply to protect AI creators. "Style" is not something you can copyright. Otherwise, the whole fanmade industry would crumble to dust.
@@PineBaby Pretty sure in that case while you could not sue them for making an AI version of your voice, you may be able to sue for Defamation of Character. Since them using an AI voice like would be damaging to your reputation and a false representation of your character
@@TAMAMO-VIRUS It would only be defamation or false representation if they claimed to be her. You can't stop people based on the possibility their art may be harmful unless you can show their intent to do harm, or damages occur first.
33:12 relatable, i have really bad teeth genetics and was lazy as a kid(regret it so much) so by the time i was a young adult, i had so many tooth reconstructions and root canals, but even those didn't last(because i also have a really bad habit of clenching my teeth), so my next and final step is prosthodontics. The plan is all teeth out of my mouth, 4-6 total titanium screws into top and bottom jaw bones and 2 rails of porcelain teeth mounted onto them. Obviously it'd probably be ideal to have just kept my original teeth, but these will a dream come true as my mouth has been a huge issue for me across my whole life(always have looked bad, super sensitive to textures(havent been able to eat apples or other wet crunchy foods since i was 7, affects my speech etc)), so i'm really looking forward to some tool chompers in my mouth that look like normal teeth and are incredibly durable
30:27 I'm quite lucky that growing up, I've met or have been assigned the best teachers. Public school teachers here in the Philippines are well paid and I was lucky to constantly be assigned to classes with very motivated teachers. Those women really shaped my view on education and helped me love the process of learning. I wouldn't love learning new things if not for them.
i preffer the internet historian way of saying "sous vide", simply because it much more aligns with the letters, not butchered sounds like the way others say it but oh well, since that would just confuse peoplem i use the 'real' sounds
i just noticed your model changes color depending on the color grading of the video you're watching. it's as if your model is looking at the screen watching the video
They are not payed well is a bad argument. When I perform surgery I do it as good as I can independent of my salary. People bad at their job still will be bad even with all the money in the world.
A bad teacher does not become good with money. Buut... maybe better pay would attract better and more talented people. And I'm not an American, but isn't it nearly impossible to fire even lousy teachers there? Some union shenanigans or something?
The current setup in the US is horrible for education because the educational system is heavily bloated already with so much money and corruption, meanwhile teachers act like activists that simply indoctrinate the students. Students who then get fooled into taking courses that bury them in student loan debt for degrees that don't end up profitable for them after graduation. The better solution is to reduce the bloat and corruption, actually spend the money for useful facilities and equipment for education, remove all useless courses, remove all activist teachers and employees of the system (who are just leeches that make things more expensive), and as a result also lower student debt levels. Not to forget giving students more choice in which school to go to.
there is one time my friend was in anaphylactic with his nut allergy and i stole his EpiPen i'm really sorry about that by the way i thought the nut allergy was a joke i've also got an allergy to nut

Hi ninja
the irony of Manykudos knowing how to pronounce sous vide but not guillotine.

From the moment I understood the weakness of my flesh, it disgusted me. I craved the strength and certainty of steel.
Praise be to the Omnissia!

that's really worrisome while I don't see any harm in sfw fanart I'm concerned someone will use my voice for saying things I'd never say :c
Also thank you for the advice

If I had a complete choice, I would get a robot eye and fix my teeth, my eyes are trash anyway
AI music is very funny. love it
I've only pronounced sous vide wrong when in front of french people, but a lot of Australian say it that way normally
Today pinebaby learns about transhumanism xD
Full versions of those two songs are linked in the description, if you wanted to hear them in full (it’s worth it).
