So on the topic of weight gain, i completely understand. I'm 6' 3" and for most of my teen to early adulthood i only weighed a out 120 to 130 pounds. Which is very underweight for a man. I was extremely stressed out at the time and had horrible eating habits, plus I smoked. After quitting smoking, and changing my diet and mental health my weight finally started to go up too. Im now a very comfortable 175 lbs and i feel great. I know this vid is old but, that comment struck a chord and i wanted to share.
