    Ingredients
    🍊Yolk-Flour Mixture:
    • Cake flour: 100 g
    • Egg yolks: 6
    • Canola oil: 70 g
    • Baking powder: 1 tsp
    • Fresh milk: 60 g
    • Granulated sugar: 80 g
    • Salt: 1/4 tsp

    • Egg whites: 6
    • Granulated sugar: 80 g
    • Cream of tartar: 1/2 tsp a.co/d/i1g88Jw
    🍊Orange Sauce:
    • Orange juice: 350 g
    • Granulated sugar: 200-250 g (adjust to your desired sweetness)
    • Water: 100 g
    • Modified starch: 60 g a.co/d/gyP4Ovo
    • Agar powder: 1/2 tsp a.co/d/idKfsdw
    • Unsalted butter: 30 g

    Instructions
    🍊Step 1: Prepare the Yolk-Flour Mixture
    1. In a mixing bowl, combine cake flour, granulated sugar, baking powder, and salt. Mix well.
    2. Add egg yolks, canola oil, milk, and orange emulsion to the dry ingredients. Whisk until smooth and well combined. Set aside.

    1. In a clean, grease-free bowl, beat the egg whites on medium speed until foamy.
