@@rezayaseri2790 Bullshit, you won't make progress with that. If you're not a little child, the fastest and best way to learn a language is to first of all learn the alphabet and than learn grammar from the beginning. You won't learn anything through watching TV or whatever that is meant to be.
Personally I think grammar is more important, but I would still always suggest vocabulary because it's more fun to learn - therefore you're less likely to quit. With vocab you're going in and learning new words every day - whereas with grammar you're learning rules that are hard to remember when you can't even interact with the sentences by putting your own words into them. It's definitely different for everyone though.
Think about how children learn languages so fast. They don't focus on grammar at all, and if you notice, their grammar is often terrible! But they get their point across and people are good with that, so that gives them the confidence to continue to speak that way until gradually they correct their mistakes on their own. Btw, Hangeul is very easy to learn, right up there with Spanish. I would say that Spanish is actually easier to learn to read and pronounce, but Hangeul is right up there.
this is BS when you are over 25y this is not working anymore, the areas in your brain changed and stop working like this, thats why its so hard for older people to learn anything compared to children
I recommend to learn vocabulary and grammar through practicing full sentences. Instead of bothering yourself to make sentences using grammar and vocabularies that you learned before, it’s better to practice learning full sentences. This helps you to memorize vocabulary and grammar mush easier than repeating vocabulary or grammar rules alone.
The street vendor technique 😂 brilliant 🤣 I got my watch fixed by some ajussi and we talked for like over an hour in Korean. Also took a taxi from Seoul to Osan and talked the whole time with the driver. Brain hurt after so bad but best practice ever. 🚕
I've heard other Korean teachers say you should focus on both grammer and vocab as a new learner, but the emphasis should be more on grammar. You can know many words, but if you don't know how to put them into a simple sentence then they are just words. I agree with the girl at around the 5 min mark. I personally am about 1 year in and now I have some good sentence structure knowledge but lack vocabulary, but tbh there are countless words to learn, so that will come naturally over time.
0:18 She looks Somali. I have noticed Somali women have slimmer faces and almond eyes while Ethiopian Habeshas tend to have broader faces with bigger eyes.
sure the letters are easy, but just like any other language, u need to memorize the words, spelling, grammar, pronunciation, etc. and not many people got the discipline for it like me lol
8:40 "Altaic language" families are not real and there's no evidence to support the existence of such a thing. Any resemblances these languages have to each other is completely coincidental. Altaic language theory believes languages like Finnish, Turkish, Japanese, Korean some Mongolian languages and others are all related but they are not, and I have seen this theory pushed mainly by nationalistic Russians moreso than anyone else

The hardest stage is when you are at an advanced, but quite yet 100% fluent level. Resources for advanced learners are sparse as heck
