Every single young recruit was white. There was no diversity here whatsoever. They are trying to convince White people's children to grow up to fight the Israeli wars that their parents did. There's no diversity in the people they want dead.
I remember my first cold night. They had us smashing up ice on a runway by punching it with our bare hands. No particular reason. Later at about 3am, we found we were one short and the guy nicknamed "Lurch" had fallen asleep in a ditch at minus 8 degrees. That guy could sleep anywhere.
My memories of “brats” was, Dash, Down, Crawl, Observe, Set sights, Fire…Repeat. Meanwhile the LMG Gunner lays down suppressing fire. Funny what you remember nearly 45 years later.

I'm Japanese, but even though I'm busy, Scottish music and the songs of the British Grenadiers are indispensable to me.
🇬🇧🤝🇯🇵
Look up Glasgow Celtic FC we thank Japan for the trophies

Do well lads. ❤

Really? Punching ice with bare hands - what year was this?
If these instructors wore their berets with their cap badges any further around their heads, they would be backwards!
That’s what hats do
@@diabeetus5052 True.
It shows they’ve lost someone in combat, other than that they have gopping berets.
4:44 gopping face cam followed by proper face cam
Yeah but why be cammed up with a big red feather on your head😂

You can tell you had a proper drilling! Its that level of drill that keeps people alive. Totally Automatic.
No rounds in the magazine , no rounds in the chamber. Tattooed on my brain.
When did weapon training change to point the weapon towards the staff
That section commander not fancy putting cam cream on😬🤦♂️
Lad pictured in the thumbnail on the left looks about 12....
damn i joined in 20 and we still had flak vest now these guys get virtus,
Hero sleeves win wars 👌
Anybody know why they've got L85A2's at the start?
Because A2s are commonly used for training, whilst A3s are more heavily used on ops.

its cheaper as we arnt trusted with anything nice.. one lad ended up using a stick..
@@DjentyDjamieand the point in that is what exactly?
@@DjentyDjamie cheers, wondering if it's because not enough A3's are made yet or is it just an easier weapon to handle and learn from?
What is the definition of “enemy”?
The kings enemies
Hey,Judes. .😅
👍😊❤️
Embarrassing
Do you have to cut your hair when joining, even if it's log for religious reasons?
No, there are religious exemptions for certain dress regulations.
No lightsaber step when contacted, and no zig zag when moving tut tut
*lifesaver. It’s basic training for a reason. Crawl, walk, run.
@@donkey1271auto correct lol, we learnt it on our first exercise when learning fire and manoeuvre
A kinsal would wipe out a troop...
And wtf is a “kinsal” then?
@@fredslipknot9 its a russian missile but just ignore this idiot, he's a russian bot
I think your boss would have run out of soldiers let alone missiles by the time the British get involved!
Not really, that's why formations disperse and don't just stand around in predictable clusters
A kinsal would likely fail to launch, be a dud, get jammed or shot down when fired at British troops.
Is that the A1 😮😮
A2 with older Handgard.
A2, my old fruit …
🙄😒
What’s this for then
When are they going to Ukraine?
Never

2 years bruv innit
Fools 😂
I don't think the british army are under the realisation that a 3rd world war would just see men sat in trenches for months at end
Would it, how do you know? Besides, even in that context, you still need to know basic infantry skills like are being taught here.
😂😂😂
they are litterally doing trench training now lol
And this comment is off the back of watching a video of junior soldiers learning live and operate in the field???
British doctrine is not to get bogged down in trenches if at all all possible.
