Hi Steve and Miquette! Love it all, thanks for years of inspiration. Groove with System 7 regularly and the older stuff too. Never have seen you guys live, sure wish I could. Please come to Niagara Falls sometime, I’ll buy you a pizza and we can talk to some trees.
Am i lost here? There must be more recent Steve Hillage on UA-cam. ... Inspirational, adventurous, experimental A GREAT GUITARIST. PROPER BRIT/ WORLD LEGEND
Your mother got you into piano lessons....she couldn't get you in to see a dentist Steve? Surely you've made enough money to correct your smile over all these years. I can just hear Austin Powers saying "I've got it, I've got bad teeth."
@@gileswhitaker9656 I am an American, but my teeth aren't perfect...when I was a child, I sucked my thumb and caused my left front tooth to slightly overlap the right one..causing a bit of a snaggle, then I fell out of swing and the swing swung back, hit me in the mouth and chipped it. Most people don't really notice the imperfection though, and now that I'm 65, I'm losing more teeth. Look, I love Steve, he's an excellent, creative guitarist, but the whole Austin Power's thing is centered around the inbred-ness of English society over many hundreds of years...causing some unwanted semi-birth defects. Brits only mated with fellow Brits...here in the States, we're a melting pot of peoples from around the world...and I think that constitutes a healthier breeding population. My father(who would have turned 100-years-old this month) was from Scots-Irish ancestry, my mother's mother was very French...from Louisiana. All I'm saying is that Steve can correct his teeth, but I guess at his age, it doesn't matter anymore. Peace!

I’ve followed him since the Hillfish record came in the 70s :)
1:56 Goblin! I had an old grey withered twits 'toad the wet sprocket' moment and that face would have been a gift to a renaissance artist.
I first heard of steve hillage with the Khan band space shanty and been a big fan ever since amazing guitarist
great interview.... where's part 2? The box set is just fantastic.

The interviewer is lacking. Steve seems like a sharp, kewl guy.
He's better then that other interviewer who kept interrupting stevan with his wife 1 hour long UA-cam interview
Please tour Steve !
in France !
Bay area ?
John Prescotts let himself go a bit
A life in the House of Lords will do that for you.

I hate American style perfect teeth. Nothing wrong with Steve’s.
Not everyone is vain, you are what you are
He's about 70. Who cares? He can still play amazing guitar.
Part of the Austin Powers joke was also making fun of Americans and how obsessed they are with perfect teeth. Are you American, Tim?
