3EB used to be my all-time favorite band growing up. (I got my first tattoo of that logo). I noticed after a while, when the band members kept quitting (Or were kicked out) ...the music wasn't the same anymore. I come back every once in a while, but they are nothing compared to when the first album came out. Kevin / Arion made the band what it was. I just can't get into the songs anymore. It's just sad for me if anything.
I would have liked to have heard Stephan comment on why Box of Bones ends so abruptly and doesn't go into an awesome climax and crescendo. I think the song would be a 10/10 for me if it had that. Was it because it wouldn't fit in with the tone of the record? Any chance we can get a Box of Bones extended version???????
Box of Bones ends abruptly because it’s in keeping with the narrative of the song. Life usually doesn’t end with an awesome climax and crescendo. Lots of times, it ends unexpectedly and/or with no dramatic send off…it just ends.

Still digesting the new record. It's growing on me more and more. And to be perfectly honest while I commend them for evolving , doing something new and expanding their horizons, there is a little part of me that wants at least one track with some fuckin distorted crunchy guitar riffs where they just lose their shit. Maybe that's just the Narcolepsy/Graduate loving part of me that craves it. But don't get me wrong I definitely like Bandee as a whole. Thanks for the new music dudes.

I hope 3eb continues to deliver albums/songs/covers with this frequency... Also I believe that every song should have his own videoclip! Not necessarily with the band members in it ... like for example 'Again' videoclip! or with random footage from shows! From backstage! ... Someday 3eb will end cause everything ends right? and those videoclips will remain .. will be history!
Bring Kevin back! Make songs like in S/T...make songs like in Blue! Oohh OOTV was so cool not this lame new music... Blahh blahhh blahhh ... I'm f#ckin tired of this comments... If you don't like 3eb since S/T or Blue or OOTV go away! Go listen to your favourite bands that make songs you really like...
There’s a reason everything dropped down so much after Blue. I like Out Of The Vein and Ursa Major and there are some gems here and there. But there’s a definite sound missing I can’t quite pin down. The lyrics have degraded too. It’s like he ran out of things to write about and just tries to appeal to college girls now. Nothing will ever lyrically come close to stuff like Slow Motion, Narcolepsy, God of Wine, and other stuff from the first three. It’s just not there anymore. Feels hollow.
@@charlesmaher1601 100% agree with you. Blue is the sound they shoulda stuck with that is the real 3EB that I grew up listening to. Now everything is about pronouns and political bs. This album was a complete let down, which honestly I expected it to be a dud after Screamer. They're going in the wrong direction with trying to fit in with today's music. Stick to your roots..
I think 3eb needs another voice to complement Jenkins' voice. A voice in a higher octave. I sing that part with every 3eb song and it adds so much. I should audition! I only sing and write songs. No instrument
