Too bad he couldn’t save his relationships with his other band mates. They would probably be more relevant and make a more profound statement about climate change goals if they stayed relevant. His ego got the best of him.
I'm not defending SJ, but man, i find it hilarious how so many people claim to know what went down. like, were you there as their road manager? how do so many people know all the intimate details that led to members of the band leaving? seems like we don't know a thing but what rumors we hear yet still decide to pick sides based on emotion and feeling, which puzzles me.

OUT OF THE VEIN! MAN! You poured your soul into that album. I can't even comprehend how hard it was to write an album about break-up. Relieving everything together is a heart-wrenching moment to do. Those lyrics in OFTV are phenomenal; pure wisdom right there. I wish I could have the opportunity to drink a cup of coffee and ask multiple questions about the album, life, inspiration, etc. I feel you! All the best! ;)
i loved out of the vein for like 12 months, now its my least favorite album. it has to do with how they produced the album, namely the vocals. his voice stands out so far "in front" of the music in every single song, its almost like the focus is on Stephan and not the band. None of the other albums sounded like that, it just sounds weird to me Our Bande Apart and Screamer are fantastic though, Kryz Reid is beast
@@joesaiditstrue Well, I guess it might have been a message to Charlize Theron. Look at the lyrics in "Forget Myself" or "Can't look away from you". Every album may have a different impact on you as a person. At one stage of your life you listen to Eddie Cochran, next time you are into Bon Jovi. That's just life, and music is just a reflection of your soul.
He's never an easy interview. People don't realize he's not interested in talking about the first album at all. Best to only touch on the present and the future of the band if you're going to talk to him.

David Jenkins really can't help it. I love his music, but somebody who puts hero ine and m eth into their body, has no right to lecture anyone else about drinking bottled water. It's absurdity. Also, most bottles end up in the landfill, not the ocean. Ocean pollution is a major problem but he apparently doesn't have the solution. I really don't understand his point. He's a bit all over the place and it's all so illogical. I think most of the pollution problems is commercial and govt wastes. I heard japan wanted to dump toxic waste into the ocean right now.
