The one thing I wish they did with Nobara is bring her back earlier, preferably just before Gojo is unsealed. That way, it gives her some time to process what she's missed, Megumi's status, any trauma from being trapped in her coma, as well as give her time to train alongside Yuji, Maki and the others, as she's fallen behind power wise. I'd give Nobara RCT and her own Domain, as she is the only one of the trio that doesn't have one, and have her assist during the Showdown. I don't know where exactly it could happen, but I think her and Yuji should have a moment fighting Sukuna where she uses her Domain, but Sukuna eventually manages to overpower the domain and injure her heavily, which would trigger Yuji seeing another one of his worst enemies seemingly kill her, but instead of grieving, he immediately starts laying into Sukuna. Think of it as another Yuta situation, where nobody knows his status until he returns in Gojo's body, but instead of that, it's the original scenario where she is healed and transported to the final finger, which would give that moment more sincerity rather than feeling like a cop out. I want Megumi to be more involved in the final stand against Sukuna as you said, and having the trio ultimately be the ones to take him down for good would've been the route I'd have taken.

I kinda wish they did something with the cursed doll plot line. It was one of Gojo’s few on screen interactions prior to his defeat and was a special grade secret. Maybe have one made from Kusakabe, Nanami, and Higaruma. And have the sumo guy use his domain as sort of a hyperbolic time chamber so they can have it ready immediately.

One idea I had for the end of the arc was for Megumi to fight Sukuna within his own consciousness while Yuji fights Sukuna in his domain, causing Sukuna to suffer a double defeat, While Itadori defeats Sukuna physically, Megumi defeats him spiritually and forces him out of his body.
Honestly, Nobara's return could've been executed a lot better. We got one allusion to her before the fight -- "there is still one who hasn't recovered" -- which, NO ONE remembered until she was actually revealed, and it just felt like an asspull. She could've been brought back during the Gojo vs Sukuna fight to interact with everyone in the broadcast room, maybe still recovering, and then the whole "Nail Sukuna's finger" plan would've sounded a lot better. The reveal that Yuji fooled Sukuna and that the last finger is still there would've had us freaking the hell out.
That should work as long as she isn't recovered enough to use her CT until Satoru dies. Because high-key, if Nobara can nail his finger while Gojo is fighting him, Sukuna straight up loses. There's just no way.
As i said, she would be introduced before or during the fight, but she's still kind of disorientated and recovering. This way, she can catch up with everyone and they can explain the current battle plan to her; Think about it, them keeping the last finger around for her to nail in the original story was a huge gamble, since she woke up 30 MINUTES prior.
I'd add Hakari into the shinjuku showdown. Don't know where but somewhere. I just think all of the heavy hitters should've been involved in the Sukuna battle
Definitely agree about the flowing red scale thing, that would have been awesome. I always thought it would be cool if he had flowing red scale that those like blood marking things that form on the users face when they are using it came out of or formed around the scars on his face, that would have been sick. Also with your idea about him learning convergence during the black flash barrage, maybe with that would be also when he unlocked flowing red scale and started using it. If he is going to unlock flowing red scale or convergence and the Yuta fight is to be left the same for the most part without him using it, it would make sense for him to have not used it during that fight if just wasn't able to use it or didn't have proper knowledge on how to use it at that point.
I would've had Sukuna with all 20 of his fingers for the Gojo fight. I would not have had Kenjaku putting one inside Yuji be why he's a culling game player, and I wouldn't have saved one for Nobara. I'd instead have her strike the hand Higuruma cut off. I would have really wanted Yuta and Maki to fight together at least once. I don't see why she needed to be on the sideline until Yuta went down. I'd either have her go in instead of Yuji or all 3 go in together. I would have made Kusakabe and Higuruma do body swap training (I would also reveal body swapping before shinjuku)
I really wanted Gojo to take over Yuta's body atleast for a little bit since i felt gege set it up with kenjaku taking over let's body and the gojo going north chapter along with letting him get to say his goodbyes to his students
My first major problem is pacing that stops for moments on enda due to flashbacks which some could be placed before. My second major problem is thatt Sukuna feels like a damage sponge that doesn't have enough output to take out anyone in one go while they return and chip. My third major gripe is not having an arc before where we catch up with Gojo and see the training at least partially which would take away from pacing issue. Those are my top three problems and it's easy to figure out how to fix them. I agree perfectly with everything you said.
1) and 3) can be easily fixed by Anime. I hope that Mappa will add a few good, filler episodes instead of prolonging every fight that took place during the arc.
Another change I would make to Gojo v Sukuna is when Gojo landed his DE on Sukuna, it should have been made clear that while Gojo wanted to "kill" Sukuna, he did not want Megumi's body to be in a state where they cannot seperate him from Sukuna.
As a recommendation of mine, I consider that an opportune moment to give relevance to Megumi in this fight would be that his "I don't feel like living" moment in Yuta's domain it would be before receiving Jacob's ladder and a few words from Yuji like "bro we need to kill this guy, i need you" and so Megumi "wakes up" by reducing Sukuna's cursed energy output or using Totality in one of his shikigami to support Yuta and Yuji (perhaps even 'forcing' Sukuna to give some of his cursed energy into that shikigami to power him up.) or at least using rabbit escape in Yuji's domain to avoid Sukuna from using Shrine on Yuji
Shinjuku showdown didn't have anything particularly bad Abt it that I feel needs fixing, it's just Gege crafted a recipe no chef can cook to perfection so no matter how it's written or changed theres always gonna be more peak we could have seen and that's jjks best and worst aspect. Yeah but shinjuku easily could have been better than it was. For example not making sukuna a damn damage aponge. Not giving kenjaku a lame ass death. Or making multiple final fights happen like uraume vs akari was waisted. Or even making othe characters more relevent bc kashimo got clapped in like 3 chapters and yuki was so hyped and got killed in her first fight like she barely left an impact. We even couldve seen yuji manifest a technique of some sorts that has something to do with souls but no. Literally its the final arc and had almost no character development just a fight that was dragged on and glazed. Like it didnt even resolve any issues, how did thr culling game just stop? Humanity is still getting terroized by curses and ke jaku let out like millions of curses but we dont get any good conclusion
You putting it in a way where higaruma dying was the easy way out and he was atoning and making up for all the damage he caused was nice and gave it some new perspective. I know that is literally the like given perspective but I was kind of blindsided by his survival and didn't like it. While I appreciate it more I would have still killed him off with the Nanami parallel felt like it was ultra impactful and made me like his character even more. As for Yuta in Gojo's body I would have written it the same way except Yuta's hollow purple lands and puts Sukuna in critical condition. As Yuta's finishing him of similar to Goku going to finish off Jiren he collapses due to the time limit running out. I would have killed Yuta off right there too and then sukuna rebounds or makes a small recovery enough to keep going. But Yuta would have steal weakened him by connecting the hollow purple so along with all of his other plans and stuff he wouldn't have gone out in vain. He went all in and became a monster like he had wanted and he paid the price for it. He literally got off with nothing but a scar on his head though in the end :|.
In my brain it would have been cool if Yuta's purple connects and Sukuna is heavily wounded. Yuta then uses blue and pulls sukuna towards him and just starts beating on him. Then Yuta is standing over sukuna and the timer runs out and he collapses and dies. Leaving nothing but an empty shell of Gojo on the battlefield and Sukuna getting up to continue fighting again.
On the topic of bringing Nobara Back, I'd say she'd have to be brought back earlier, or at least foreshadowed better. Remove the scene that implied she died, talk about a culling games player that seems to snipe from far away, then have her come in during a critical moment of the Sukuna fight. Maybe not the end, but at some point where the tables could turn.
If Yuji used Flowing Red Scale to temporarily keep up with Heian Sukuna like how Goku used Kaio-Ken to keep up with Vegeta, that would have been awesome
I think changing the flashbacks to happen before the fight is a blessing and a curse Shinjuku Showdown is built on basically being a mystery - a month passes, you see and hear vague ideas or new abilities or plans, and later you find out in flashbacks at the perfect time. However, if you want to erase the time skip and show what happened (with exceptions) thats not really Shinjuku Showdown but something else... So you either improve what it is or basically restructure it into something new. Both can be good, and i did like what Gege went for even though... I think alot of the mysteries werent needed, and we couldve gotten WAY MORE character interactions and see things that were offscreened, which lands more support to the idea of restructuring the fight. I agree with most things you said in the video, whether or not id want to see them exactly as you described. One thing i disagree with though is thinking the Baka Survivor part isnt a deserving finale for Kenjaku. I think that whole part was the best fight in the series, and that Kenjakus death was great (aside from the actual DEATH being shown chapters later when Yuta arrives) I also think i would change/add way more regardless of the arcs structure - like adding uro, or giving roles to characters (panda, kirara, momo) or letting more characters die, or showing Mourning Tiger, or letting Yuta use more techniques, or erasing Nobaras return Maybe even changing Yujis heritage from Sukunas nephew to Sukunas twin, although im not entirely sure about that
I know I might get some hate for this but I personally had no real problem with the Shinjuku showdown I enjoyed the whole thing the fights the character moments everything

This is probably just phrasing, but Yuji did know how to use piercing blood and convergence in the Shinjuku Showdown, he just wasn't good at it, so he only did it once by himself to save Higuruma. The only reason I can think of for them not teaching Yuji FRS and FRS:S is that its possibly more complex or if you do it wrong you can seriously hurt yourself like giving yourself an aneurysm or something, but that's never given as an excuse, so it doesn't make sense.

If I were to rewrite this arc, 1. The entire yuta in gojo body thing would be removed and replaced with more of yuji vs sukuna expanding on their dynamic and developing them and Yuji's techniques(his domain, Flowing red scale). 2. Have yuta fight kenjaku instead of being in shinjuku. having his character arc be done against Kenjaku. Kenjaku would still lose obviously and he would say the same exact lines as my will will be inherited. 3. Removing Miguel and laure from the fight entirely and replaced with Choso and Yuji to develop their relationship so that Choso's death can hit much harder and feel more earned. 4. Have higuruma die 5. Have Kashimo's fight expanded by a bit. 6. not bring back Nobara, not having Megumi help against Sukuna and instead of that have Yuji and Megumi have a small dialogue a bit before the fight ends revealing Megumi is ready to live on and have the you are me moment all to Yuji so it feels more earned. 7. Have Sukuna converse with Yuji after Yuji kills him in the dream-like state shown with Gojo and Choso revealing sukunas backstory and concluding his character. 8. Have kenjaku meet yuji in his mind, revealing that his ace was having a part of himself in all of his creations so that when he dies he can inhabit one of his creations. Kenny tempts yuji with bringing his friends back but yuji having developed as a character in this arc coldly shuts kenjaku off and completely eradicates him from his body. 9. Have a small timeskip revealing megumi, yuji and yuta having reached their full potential and show that megumi is finally at peace with his life.
the only thing i think that should be changed with nobaras comeback is that it shouldnt have been so convenient for her to wake up just before she is needed. instead, i think it would be sick if it was another secret kept from itadori, in order to land a surprise attack on sukuna, but without feeling as "disney"

Great video in my opinion the first problem we didn't see the king use his weapons full power we only see one of them for a little bit Second problem we didn't see the best nephew in the world use his uncle power full potential we 've and been told King didn't use full power and we didn't see the golden age of sorcery flashback and The most hated nephew did not use his blood power full potential and only his brother and teacher and random lighting guy die need more death and permanent injury also we didn't see the merger and the backstory of our favorite thumb also we didn't see other characters full potential
There’s actually a lot of things i would change about jjk shinjuku showdown but in order to explain that some things in the culling games also need to be changed.( These are just some ideas in no particular order.) Culling Games Changes: -First of all, Kashimo should’ve killed panda back in this arc because him just being removed from the story is way less impactful than him dying( he was literally given a flashback like nobara and he’s one of the seven main characters in jjk.). This would open up so many character interactions between yuta, yuji and kashimo when he joins their side. -I’d delay the fight between yuki and choso vs kenjaku to be in the shinjuku showdown where the takaba fight would take place. -Before the kenjaku fight takes place Miwa and Momo team up to weaken Kenjaku (In this version they would be training in sumos domain making them stronger. Miwa would get her own cursed technique which would be a sword that can extract the opponenys cursed energy. Momo would have full control over every cursed tool.) Long story short Miwa would die to Kenny and Momo would get fatally injured and left with PTSD. Now for Shinjuku: -I’d have the sorcerers kidnapped by the US freed by soneone like Mei Mei or Miwa by the time the kashimo vs sukuna fight is taking place (Remi was sıch an interesting character with the whole reincarnated vs current sorcerers ideology and having her train in sumos time chamber would make her a noticable threat against Sukuna.). I’d have Remi drop down with Yuji and Higuruma. -I’d have Kenjaku somehow gift Sukuna cursed spirit manipulation pretty early on in the arc. This way there would be a lot more factors to worry about than sukuna. -I’d have Higuruma die. -At some point I’d have Hana come back in a state that she is fully possesed by Angel( In this scenario the two would make a bindimg vow where Angel wpuld be gradually destroying Hana and once that is done she would fight Sukuna in her Heian era form and die.) -I’d have the Yuta in Gojos body thing be fibe actual chapters each showing a minute of the fight. At the end I’d have Yuta keep Gojos body. At the same time this is happening I’d have Todo and Yuji(in a near death state) fight a horde of cursed spirits. Then Yuji would basically almost die but Yuta would make a binding vow eith him to turn his cursed energy into blood to heal Yuji, causing Yutas death and him gaining back his humanity. -I’d have Yuki, Choso fight Kenjaku everything would be the same except Yuki would kill Kenjaku. -Takaba and Hakari would fight Uraume( whos drastically buffed in this version. She’d have penguin shikigami and a DE.). They would defeat Uraume but Hakari would be too injured to fight Sukuna and Takaba would just sleep like he did in Og JJK. -I’d have Uro and Ryu fight Sukuna instead of Miguel and Larue. By the end of this fight Ryu would be injured and Uro would die. This would cause a little Character arc for Ryu to happen where he loses his hunger for blood. -Nobara would come back earlier. -Kashimo fight would be longer. -When yuji listens to Megumis soul Megumi would open up the completed CSG and the blobkuna scene would take place there. -Idk about the epilogue That was it for now and again this is in no particular order and are just some ideas i know some of these don’t make any sense but they are just cool to think about.

Lol im in the middle of doing that right now. So far i added an extra arc after shibuya to really explore the lore on the clans, jujutsu society, tengen, all while introducing new chars, having more character interactions between main cast and cool techniques and fights i wrote. Some cool ideas i thought of were having another gojo clan member with a so similar technique to limitless that shes able to trick people. Also nobara doesnt die lol, i gave her a domain. In the future, yuki teaches yuji about all her soul research and i wanna write a backstory that relates to a new villain im thinking of I

I'd probably have Nobara's situation handled in one of two ways: 1) Better concrete evidence for her return throughout the arc and have it so instead of making the final hit on the Sukuna finger, reveal that Yuji's finger was never consumed and instead, Yuta consumed the Sukuna finger. Nobara strikes Yuji's finger (having learned RCT in her coma and with much struggle to a heavy degree) and gives Yuji some form of healing through resonance so he can keep fighting. This way, Yuji's statement about being able to kill Sukuna is much more concrete since here, it's less her helping kill Sukuna and more her giving aid to Yuji. Also, she's gonna pass out because The RCT isn't gonna be fully mastered by her and I don't want her to be just getting a random power-up. This power comes with immense cost to her physically and mentally. 2) Have Nobara's CT in her hammer and Nails. Someone else (maybe Shoko or Utahime) use it to get the final blow in, or even Maki since she's proficient in Cursed Tools and it would make sense for her.
The one thing I wish they did with Nobara is bring her back earlier, preferably just before Gojo is unsealed. That way, it gives her some time to process what she's missed, Megumi's status, any trauma from being trapped in her coma, as well as give her time to train alongside Yuji, Maki and the others, as she's fallen behind power wise. I'd give Nobara RCT and her own Domain, as she is the only one of the trio that doesn't have one, and have her assist during the Showdown. I don't know where exactly it could happen, but I think her and Yuji should have a moment fighting Sukuna where she uses her Domain, but Sukuna eventually manages to overpower the domain and injure her heavily, which would trigger Yuji seeing another one of his worst enemies seemingly kill her, but instead of grieving, he immediately starts laying into Sukuna. Think of it as another Yuta situation, where nobody knows his status until he returns in Gojo's body, but instead of that, it's the original scenario where she is healed and transported to the final finger, which would give that moment more sincerity rather than feeling like a cop out. I want Megumi to be more involved in the final stand against Sukuna as you said, and having the trio ultimately be the ones to take him down for good would've been the route I'd have taken.

I kinda wish they did something with the cursed doll plot line. It was one of Gojo’s few on screen interactions prior to his defeat and was a special grade secret. Maybe have one made from Kusakabe, Nanami, and Higaruma. And have the sumo guy use his domain as sort of a hyperbolic time chamber so they can have it ready immediately.

One idea I had for the end of the arc was for Megumi to fight Sukuna within his own consciousness while Yuji fights Sukuna in his domain, causing Sukuna to suffer a double defeat, While Itadori defeats Sukuna physically, Megumi defeats him spiritually and forces him out of his body.
Honestly, Nobara's return could've been executed a lot better. We got one allusion to her before the fight -- "there is still one who hasn't recovered" -- which, NO ONE remembered until she was actually revealed, and it just felt like an asspull. She could've been brought back during the Gojo vs Sukuna fight to interact with everyone in the broadcast room, maybe still recovering, and then the whole "Nail Sukuna's finger" plan would've sounded a lot better. The reveal that Yuji fooled Sukuna and that the last finger is still there would've had us freaking the hell out.
That should work as long as she isn't recovered enough to use her CT until Satoru dies. Because high-key, if Nobara can nail his finger while Gojo is fighting him, Sukuna straight up loses. There's just no way.
As i said, she would be introduced before or during the fight, but she's still kind of disorientated and recovering. This way, she can catch up with everyone and they can explain the current battle plan to her;
Think about it, them keeping the last finger around for her to nail in the original story was a huge gamble, since she woke up 30 MINUTES prior.

Definitely agree about the flowing red scale thing, that would have been awesome. I always thought it would be cool if he had flowing red scale that those like blood marking things that form on the users face when they are using it came out of or formed around the scars on his face, that would have been sick. Also with your idea about him learning convergence during the black flash barrage, maybe with that would be also when he unlocked flowing red scale and started using it. If he is going to unlock flowing red scale or convergence and the Yuta fight is to be left the same for the most part without him using it, it would make sense for him to have not used it during that fight if just wasn't able to use it or didn't have proper knowledge on how to use it at that point.
Gege fumbled by not showing Gojo interact with Maki after becoming just like Toji
I would've had Sukuna with all 20 of his fingers for the Gojo fight. I would not have had Kenjaku putting one inside Yuji be why he's a culling game player, and I wouldn't have saved one for Nobara. I'd instead have her strike the hand Higuruma cut off.
I would have really wanted Yuta and Maki to fight together at least once. I don't see why she needed to be on the sideline until Yuta went down. I'd either have her go in instead of Yuji or all 3 go in together.
I would have made Kusakabe and Higuruma do body swap training (I would also reveal body swapping before shinjuku)
I really wanted Gojo to take over Yuta's body atleast for a little bit since i felt gege set it up with kenjaku taking over let's body and the gojo going north chapter along with letting him get to say his goodbyes to his students
My first major problem is pacing that stops for moments on enda due to flashbacks which some could be placed before.
My second major problem is thatt Sukuna feels like a damage sponge that doesn't have enough output to take out anyone in one go while they return and chip.
My third major gripe is not having an arc before where we catch up with Gojo and see the training at least partially which would take away from pacing issue.
Those are my top three problems and it's easy to figure out how to fix them.

1) and 3) can be easily fixed by Anime. I hope that Mappa will add a few good, filler episodes instead of prolonging every fight that took place during the arc.

Another change I would make to Gojo v Sukuna is when Gojo landed his DE on Sukuna, it should have been made clear that while Gojo wanted to "kill" Sukuna, he did not want Megumi's body to be in a state where they cannot seperate him from Sukuna.

As a recommendation of mine, I consider that an opportune moment to give relevance to Megumi in this fight would be that his "I don't feel like living" moment in Yuta's domain it would be before receiving Jacob's ladder and a few words from Yuji like "bro we need to kill this guy, i need you" and so Megumi "wakes up" by reducing Sukuna's cursed energy output or using Totality in one of his shikigami to support Yuta and Yuji (perhaps even 'forcing' Sukuna to give some of his cursed energy into that shikigami to power him up.) or at least using rabbit escape in Yuji's domain to avoid Sukuna from using Shrine on Yuji

Shinjuku showdown didn't have anything particularly bad Abt it that I feel needs fixing, it's just Gege crafted a recipe no chef can cook to perfection so no matter how it's written or changed theres always gonna be more peak we could have seen and that's jjks best and worst aspect.

Yeah but shinjuku easily could have been better than it was. For example not making sukuna a damn damage aponge. Not giving kenjaku a lame ass death. Or making multiple final fights happen like uraume vs akari was waisted. Or even making othe characters more relevent bc kashimo got clapped in like 3 chapters and yuki was so hyped and got killed in her first fight like she barely left an impact. We even couldve seen yuji manifest a technique of some sorts that has something to do with souls but no. Literally its the final arc and had almost no character development just a fight that was dragged on and glazed. Like it didnt even resolve any issues, how did thr culling game just stop? Humanity is still getting terroized by curses and ke jaku let out like millions of curses but we dont get any good conclusion
If we leave Nobara dead, a scene where they hang around her grave or something to confirm her death before this arc would probably be needed.
You putting it in a way where higaruma dying was the easy way out and he was atoning and making up for all the damage he caused was nice and gave it some new perspective. I know that is literally the like given perspective but I was kind of blindsided by his survival and didn't like it. While I appreciate it more I would have still killed him off with the Nanami parallel felt like it was ultra impactful and made me like his character even more. As for Yuta in Gojo's body I would have written it the same way except Yuta's hollow purple lands and puts Sukuna in critical condition. As Yuta's finishing him of similar to Goku going to finish off Jiren he collapses due to the time limit running out. I would have killed Yuta off right there too and then sukuna rebounds or makes a small recovery enough to keep going. But Yuta would have steal weakened him by connecting the hollow purple so along with all of his other plans and stuff he wouldn't have gone out in vain. He went all in and became a monster like he had wanted and he paid the price for it. He literally got off with nothing but a scar on his head though in the end :|.
In my brain it would have been cool if Yuta's purple connects and Sukuna is heavily wounded. Yuta then uses blue and pulls sukuna towards him and just starts beating on him. Then Yuta is standing over sukuna and the timer runs out and he collapses and dies. Leaving nothing but an empty shell of Gojo on the battlefield and Sukuna getting up to continue fighting again.
Everything excpet Yuta dying is good

On the topic of bringing Nobara Back, I'd say she'd have to be brought back earlier, or at least foreshadowed better. Remove the scene that implied she died, talk about a culling games player that seems to snipe from far away, then have her come in during a critical moment of the Sukuna fight. Maybe not the end, but at some point where the tables could turn.
If Yuji used Flowing Red Scale to temporarily keep up with Heian Sukuna like how Goku used Kaio-Ken to keep up with Vegeta, that would have been awesome
I think changing the flashbacks to happen before the fight is a blessing and a curse
Shinjuku Showdown is built on basically being a mystery - a month passes, you see and hear vague ideas or new abilities or plans, and later you find out in flashbacks at the perfect time. However, if you want to erase the time skip and show what happened (with exceptions) thats not really Shinjuku Showdown but something else... So you either improve what it is or basically restructure it into something new. Both can be good, and i did like what Gege went for even though... I think alot of the mysteries werent needed, and we couldve gotten WAY MORE character interactions and see things that were offscreened, which lands more support to the idea of restructuring the fight.
I agree with most things you said in the video, whether or not id want to see them exactly as you described.
One thing i disagree with though is thinking the Baka Survivor part isnt a deserving finale for Kenjaku. I think that whole part was the best fight in the series, and that Kenjakus death was great (aside from the actual DEATH being shown chapters later when Yuta arrives)
I also think i would change/add way more regardless of the arcs structure - like adding uro, or giving roles to characters (panda, kirara, momo) or letting more characters die, or showing Mourning Tiger, or letting Yuta use more techniques, or erasing Nobaras return
Maybe even changing Yujis heritage from Sukunas nephew to Sukunas twin, although im not entirely sure about that

This is probably just phrasing, but Yuji did know how to use piercing blood and convergence in the Shinjuku Showdown, he just wasn't good at it, so he only did it once by himself to save Higuruma.
The only reason I can think of for them not teaching Yuji FRS and FRS:S is that its possibly more complex or if you do it wrong you can seriously hurt yourself like giving yourself an aneurysm or something, but that's never given as an excuse, so it doesn't make sense.

If I were to rewrite this arc,
1. The entire yuta in gojo body thing would be removed and replaced with more of yuji vs sukuna expanding on their dynamic and developing them and Yuji's techniques(his domain, Flowing red scale).
2. Have yuta fight kenjaku instead of being in shinjuku. having his character arc be done against Kenjaku. Kenjaku would still lose obviously and he would say the same exact lines as my will will be inherited.
3. Removing Miguel and laure from the fight entirely and replaced with Choso and Yuji to develop their relationship so that Choso's death can hit much harder and feel more earned.
4. Have higuruma die
5. Have Kashimo's fight expanded by a bit.
6. not bring back Nobara, not having Megumi help against Sukuna and instead of that have Yuji and Megumi have a small dialogue a bit before the fight ends revealing Megumi is ready to live on and have the you are me moment all to Yuji so it feels more earned.
7. Have Sukuna converse with Yuji after Yuji kills him in the dream-like state shown with Gojo and Choso revealing sukunas backstory and concluding his character.
8. Have kenjaku meet yuji in his mind, revealing that his ace was having a part of himself in all of his creations so that when he dies he can inhabit one of his creations. Kenny tempts yuji with bringing his friends back but yuji having developed as a character in this arc coldly shuts kenjaku off and completely eradicates him from his body.
9. Have a small timeskip revealing megumi, yuji and yuta having reached their full potential and show that megumi is finally at peace with his life.
the only thing i think that should be changed with nobaras comeback is that it shouldnt have been so convenient for her to wake up just before she is needed. instead, i think it would be sick if it was another secret kept from itadori, in order to land a surprise attack on sukuna, but without feeling as "disney"

Great video in my opinion the first problem we didn't see the king use his weapons full power we only see one of them for a little bit Second problem we didn't see the best nephew in the world use his uncle power full potential we 've and been told King didn't use full power and we didn't see the golden age of sorcery flashback and The most hated nephew did not use his blood power full potential and only his brother and teacher and random lighting guy die need more death and permanent injury also we didn't see the merger and the backstory of our favorite thumb also we didn't see other characters full potential
There’s actually a lot of things i would change about jjk shinjuku showdown but in order to explain that some things in the culling games also need to be changed.( These are just some ideas in no particular order.)
Culling Games Changes:
-First of all, Kashimo should’ve killed panda back in this arc because him just being removed from the story is way less impactful than him dying( he was literally given a flashback like nobara and he’s one of the seven main characters in jjk.). This would open up so many character interactions between yuta, yuji and kashimo when he joins their side.
-I’d delay the fight between yuki and choso vs kenjaku to be in the shinjuku showdown where the takaba fight would take place.
-Before the kenjaku fight takes place Miwa and Momo team up to weaken Kenjaku (In this version they would be training in sumos domain making them stronger. Miwa would get her own cursed technique which would be a sword that can extract the opponenys cursed energy. Momo would have full control over every cursed tool.) Long story short Miwa would die to Kenny and Momo would get fatally injured and left with PTSD.
Now for Shinjuku:
-I’d have the sorcerers kidnapped by the US freed by soneone like Mei Mei or Miwa by the time the kashimo vs sukuna fight is taking place (Remi was sıch an interesting character with the whole reincarnated vs current sorcerers ideology and having her train in sumos time chamber would make her a noticable threat against Sukuna.). I’d have Remi drop down with Yuji and Higuruma.
-I’d have Kenjaku somehow gift Sukuna cursed spirit manipulation pretty early on in the arc. This way there would be a lot more factors to worry about than sukuna.
-I’d have Higuruma die.
-At some point I’d have Hana come back in a state that she is fully possesed by Angel( In this scenario the two would make a bindimg vow where Angel wpuld be gradually destroying Hana and once that is done she would fight Sukuna in her Heian era form and die.)
-I’d have the Yuta in Gojos body thing be fibe actual chapters each showing a minute of the fight. At the end I’d have Yuta keep Gojos body. At the same time this is happening I’d have Todo and Yuji(in a near death state) fight a horde of cursed spirits. Then Yuji would basically almost die but Yuta would make a binding vow eith him to turn his cursed energy into blood to heal Yuji, causing Yutas death and him gaining back his humanity.
-I’d have Yuki, Choso fight Kenjaku everything would be the same except Yuki would kill Kenjaku.
-Takaba and Hakari would fight Uraume( whos drastically buffed in this version. She’d have penguin shikigami and a DE.). They would defeat Uraume but Hakari would be too injured to fight Sukuna and Takaba would just sleep like he did in Og JJK.
-I’d have Uro and Ryu fight Sukuna instead of Miguel and Larue. By the end of this fight Ryu would be injured and Uro would die. This would cause a little Character arc for Ryu to happen where he loses his hunger for blood.
-Nobara would come back earlier.
-Kashimo fight would be longer.
-When yuji listens to Megumis soul Megumi would open up the completed CSG and the blobkuna scene would take place there.
-Idk about the epilogue
That was it for now and again this is in no particular order and are just some ideas i know some of these don’t make any sense but they are just cool to think about.
i know the jujutsu high cast is way too weak but i would’ve loved to see Heian sukuna using his two cursed tools while fighting them

Lol im in the middle of doing that right now. So far i added an extra arc after shibuya to really explore the lore on the clans, jujutsu society, tengen, all while introducing new chars, having more character interactions between main cast and cool techniques and fights i wrote.
Some cool ideas i thought of were having another gojo clan member with a so similar technique to limitless that shes able to trick people.
Also nobara doesnt die lol, i gave her a domain. In the future, yuki teaches yuji about all her soul research and i wanna write a backstory that relates to a new villain im thinking of

I'd probably have Nobara's situation handled in one of two ways:
1) Better concrete evidence for her return throughout the arc and have it so instead of making the final hit on the Sukuna finger, reveal that Yuji's finger was never consumed and instead, Yuta consumed the Sukuna finger. Nobara strikes Yuji's finger (having learned RCT in her coma and with much struggle to a heavy degree) and gives Yuji some form of healing through resonance so he can keep fighting. This way, Yuji's statement about being able to kill Sukuna is much more concrete since here, it's less her helping kill Sukuna and more her giving aid to Yuji.
Also, she's gonna pass out because The RCT isn't gonna be fully mastered by her and I don't want her to be just getting a random power-up. This power comes with immense cost to her physically and mentally.
2) Have Nobara's CT in her hammer and Nails. Someone else (maybe Shoko or Utahime) use it to get the final blow in, or even Maki since she's proficient in Cursed Tools and it would make sense for her.
