LOL, it's normal when you try new movements. Is it worse than calves pain?
@@bob1669 just keep doing it 1x a week. It doesn't hurt eventually. Helps build upper thighs so theres no gap, and also helps with stability, and I train them for the curve of the 200m dash personally
All I do for adductors is very wide squat

I get extremely sore, during a lot of days, on these muscles when i do my bulgarian split squats, is this normal ?
You don’t use these muscles often so yes its common
So sumo dl’s would work the adductors then?
