Watch Clubber Lang VS Damian Anderson (Creed III): ua-cam.com/video/Tj1jkZhr6OQ/v-deo.html Yo, Adrian! I say Viktor when I mean Ivan sometimes. Rocky fought Ivan, Adonis fought Viktor; whoever is on screen is who I’m talking about. I make the mistake a lot in casual conversation too😅. Also, I was told Marvis Frazier was Joe Frazier’s nephew, but he’s actually his son. Which actually helps my point about Ivan VS Viktor even more. “Keep Punching!”
Nice video CRISIS . I got to ask did you ever do any ability scaling video on the assassin creed game franchise protagonists . Specially the Desmond Era protagonists , the top three Altair , Ezio and Connor .
To beat Rocky 4 version of Rocky, you'd literally need a superhuman to do so. Drago was throwing 2150 PSI punches. That's 4-5 times stronger than your average pro fighter. And he took that for 15 rounds. Rocky is legitimately ready to fight Captain America at this point.
Lmfao he could barely beat Lang without lang taking him seriously and getting help from creeed. Stalone stated that Adonis creed would beat lang EASILY. Adonis is better than Rocky.
@@rydermccorick4989 lmfao 34 is NOT THE physical prime plus he was battle worn way before that just look at what mick said before he fought appolo rockys footwork was gone and he could barely react to mics slap because of his vision and reflexes by the time his carreer was over when Ivan arived rocky was a shell of himself follow the story, and whats even worse is IVAN STILL lost despite having the youth advantage he sucksthat bad

Sure, Apollo helped Rocky, but Rocky had that strength within him already, he just needed it Awakened. @@TheSuperGoober lol lang beat rocky because he was better not because "he was in a bad place" even with mick in his corner rocky still would have gotten trashed by lang, because lang basically had rocky style on he had better physical attributes than rocky meaning he was rocky stylistic nightmare, it wasn't until rocky trained with Apolo and incorporated apolos style into his own that he could beat lang, also a complete wash in rocky favor? What movie did you watch lol, rocky still went through hell against lang
Rocky fought with a spirit that made him basically supernatural. The beating Adonis took from Viktor was nothing compared to the amount of punishment Rocky took from Ivan in the ring.
Depends on which rules you go by. In the old days, Rocky will always win, because he trained to take a major beating throughout every single round until someone goes down and stays down. Today, referee jumps in to stop the fight as soon as one boxer stumbles a little bit. If the boxing match in the first Rocky movie happened in real life today, the referee would stop the fight halfway into the first round. So whoever can pummel the other in the first minute will automatically win with today's referees.
Yeah. Fail to protect yourself and the referee stops the fight. The second fight with Apollo and the fight against Drago would not last much more than 30 seconds
@@gunnarkarlgunnarsson2775 If boxing implemented a ban on hand taping, these boxers wouldn't be able to punch as hard as they do. Just slide your bare hands into the bitch mittens and I think you would get better fights.
Ivan (who literally killed Apollo Creed) gave his fight with Rocky everything he had and was shocked that even after all the damage he did to him Rocky could still stand and fight. It’s like punching a brick wall that can hit you back.
The beauty of Rocky is the fact that he is always as strong as he needs to be to defeat his opponent. No matter the size or tier of the adversary, Rocky will always summon enough strength required to defeat them
@@TheRealTact He's partially based on real life boxer Rocky Marciano, who was a damage sponge. He took unbelievable beatings and still always won. There's few people like that. Look up some videos, and check what Muhammad Ali said about him. Also, he's a metaphor for the human spirit. How someone can overcome seemingly impossible tragedies by taking a beating and deciding to get back on his legs.
@Shendue he took incredible damage and lost his last fight.. against a small aircraft... Rocky Marcino was that fucking dude In all seriousness tho. defeated champion..
Rocky 4 is the most complete fighter in the world. He ran up a mountain and defeated a fighter with over a literal ton of punching power. Rocky for the win.
Also rocky was past his prime when he came up. He was already 30 in rocky 1 and in rocky 3 he learned a brand new style of fighting from apollo at I think it was like 32-34 or so. His greatest fight of his life was when he was pushing 40 and he even best Tommy gun in a street fight, and a split decision exhibition match vs Mason dixon when he was like 55. Stallion never had a prime, that's why people love him and why his speech to Micky in rocky 1 was so touching. He was a complete case of the idea of someone who was down on his luck his whole life finally getting a shot after your youth is starting to pass, and him eventually giving it the respect it deserved. Adonis was born into wealth the child of apollo. He didnt wanna be under his fathers shadow but if he wanted that he could have done something else than boxing. The fact that his life motivation was to live up to his fathers legacy pretty much dismantles that immediately. Pair that with having rocky himself train you in the prime of your youth, on top of having a loyal wife that you found in your prime, that's as good as it gets. At the end of the day rocky is more relatable than adonis.
Even with old Rocky by Adonis’ corner, it still would be very hard to beat Prime rocky. The most viable way Adonis can win is if he stays away and outbox Rocky which is possible due to higher ring IQ and better speed.
Adonis can only win by scoring, Judge's decision. He won't knock out Rocky as the dude survived a roided Russian which definitely has stronger punches than the younger Creed. Balboa's endurance and durability are his biggest advantage.
@@cobrakai388 yea man exactly. Trying to knock Rocky out will only drain him and will eventually lead to Rocky knocking him out. Even if Adonis survive, he would lose on points for sure due to Rocky’s crazy output
@@LxckyHandlez that could definitely work, but if addonis has the heart of a champion, like his father, eventually he will have to see Rocky toe to toe in the center of the ring. Adonis is not outpunching Rocky in that situation and Rocky will quickly take it to him. It will be a knockout.
In the words of the great Duke “He’s all wrong for us baby” Rocky has a heart and resilience that’s off the charts. His record from Rocky before he went for the title is reflective of him losing by points. Rocky Is an ok fighter but he’s in the the words of Drago “A piece of steel”
Exactly Apollo could’ve beat in Rocky the second fight. He was well ahead of points, but went for the knockout. In all reality, even in the movies, Apollo was a better fighter than Rocky . “… you fight great. I’m a great fighter .”
@@CRISIS_COMICS What If Rocky And Adonis swapped opponents and does Adonis do anything better than Rocky ?and what If Clubber Lang fought Apollo Creed and Ivan Drago fought Mason Dixon
@@MP-rb8iw Adonis is beating everyone up to Clubber but gets stonewalled by Ivan; Rocky murks Adonis’ rouges. Clubber did fight Apollo pre-Rocky 3 in the games and won, Ivan is destroying Dixon.
Rocky at his strongest was avenging his deceased friend. We haven’t really seen Adonis with that level of motivation. A dad you never knew doesn’t really compare to a brother you faught against trained with ate and become a family with… just some food for thought.
The thing everyone forgets is Ivan Drago was on steroids, not just steroids but what would have been the best Russia has to offer, so he would have been pretty inhuman. There's a story of a wrestler repeatedly punching another with a roll of quarters by surprise yet because he was on steroids he was never knocked out. So comparing the Drago's it's clear Rocky fought and beat the more powerful of the two and by a large margin. As for focusing on Adonis and Rocky, it's not exactly realistic but Rocky was pretty much unbreakable, he had no serious injuries unlike Adonis who had a broken rib and issues with his shoulder and wrist in III. Rocky could absorb far more punishment. Then there's the fact that he always had Apollo's number, seeing how Adonis is his son, genetically you can assume he's similar. Plus Rocky has a power advantage yet after training with Apollo he's a much more balanced fighter and can even switch back and forth between standard and southpaw so whatever approach Adonis takes, Rocky can either match or counter it. Finally, in Rocky Balboa at age 60+ Rocky goes the distance against a prime world champion. Is it realistic? No, but it's canon. Adonis never stood a chance, Drago was right, Rocky isn't human.
Rocky has the better feats: Prime Ivan was superior by far to Prime Viktor and Rocky managed (barely) to beat Apollo and I don't think Adonis ever got quite as good as same aged versions of his own father. My money would be on Rocky.
I agree even in Creed 2 the announcer states Creed fought Weller 3 years too late as he is no longer the same fighter he once was. So in a way, Adonis won his title shot against someone out of their prime. In today's time, any boxer or fighter who would do the same would be chewed out on social media because of that reasoning
“How you gonna do that? You taught me everything you know.” “ALMOST everything. Remember you fight great, but I’m a great fighter.” You can apply this exchange to Adonis and Rocky. Adonis fights great, but Rocky’s a great fighter. Now “Get up you son of a bitch! Cuz Mickey loves ya.” 🥊 ❤️
A lot of people say Creed was a far more seasoned fighter than Rocky. However, when you look at his record, Rocky fought ALOT prior to the first fight with Creed. Before fighting Apollo Creed: 64 Fights, 59 Wins (47 KO), 5 Losses and 0 draws. In the film Rocky Balboa, Rocky's record was shown to be 73-7-1 (59 K.O.) before his fight with Dixon. Finishing his career 73-8-1 (59 K.O.) after the Dixon fight loss. That is a lot of fighting for a heavy weight, and he had 10 straight title defenses, and being a 2-time World Champion while going 14-2-1 (14 Knockouts) during his arguable prime (Rocky 1-4). Apollo's record was 47-2-0 with (46 Knockouts) with his only losses being to Rocky and Drago. At the time of their first fight, Apollo was 46-0 (46 KO's) while Rocky had 59-5 record with (47 KO's) with 18 more professional fights.
Actually Rocky's Record at retirement was 57-21-1, he lost a lot at the club level because he stopped taking boxing seriously and became a legbreaker for some loan shark. "It's a living" "IT'S A WASTE OF LIFE!"
Apollo Creed was depicted as past his prime in his appearances. In their prime Apollo beats Rocky. Yet, Apollo loses to ivan drago prime or not. Apollo Creed would beat clubber lang in his absolute best and probably past his prime.
@@Jiron127Not in Rocky 1 or 2. Maybe after 3. Rocky 1 Apollo didn’t take the fight seriously so he didn’t train very hard or go in with a killer instinct to win. For him it was a show he had to put on to live up to his reputation and make money. Super fight 1 was a business deal for Apollo until he had Rocky pummeling his internal organs. In the second fight he was in peak condition and very much wanted to borderline kill Rocky and he still lost.
Great video and I agree. I do think you’re slightly underselling Adonis’s will, though. I don’t think he’d unravel late in the fight like Rocky’s other opponents because they didn’t have the heart that Adonis has (outside of Apollo). They were just physically imposing/technically sound.

Balboa in his prime would wipe the floor with Donny if we are staying true to continuity. I’d argue Drago in his prime was a tougher fighter then Viktor bc Ivan was stepping on the gas back in the 80s
Stepping out of rocky and apollos shadow made me chuckle. His whole existence is off the back rocky and if ur wasnt apollos son he wouldnt even have got a shot. The Viktor vs Adonis fight was nothing compared the ivan vs rocky fight. That and there was no stakes other than personal pride. Rocky 4 the stakes felt much higher like he was fighting for the human soul vs the communist machine.
Awesome video. Rocky Balboa was lifting people's feet off the ground with his punches during his time, Adonis never did anything remotely similar. Just a small correction tho, Mike Tyson's punches had never been correctly measured, but in 1985 a specialist research team did measure those of his rival Frank Bruno who'd go on to be WBC heavyweight champ. Bruno could punch with a force of 920 pounds of force in the lab. The researchers extrapolated that to a real-life blow of 1,420 pounds of force, enough to accelerate his opponent's head at a rate of 53 g -- that is, 53 times the force of gravity. the closest thing Mike Tyson has to having his punch measured was a 2020 study computed by various models in joules, which took into account height and range, among other things to measure the strength of his punch. Tyson's was calculated to have a punch power of up to 1,600 joules. Around 1955 Rocky Marciano (Who inspired Balboa btw), the only world heavyweight champion who has never touched defeat, also had his punch measured at a USA military installation. One of Marciano's widow-makers registered a score of 925 Foot-pounds. Did you notice something here?, none of those punches were measuread in PSI. because PSI isn't used to measure punches, the most common unit used is Pound-force or Joules, which are totally different from PSI, the articles that says elite boxers like Mike Tyson or some hard punchers fighters in MMA can punch at 1,800 psi probably are mistaking Pound-force for PSI. In real life (if we are measuring in PSI) The average untrained individual can throw a punch with a pressure range of 60 to 170 PSI at most. A trained striker, on the other hand, can create far greater force. They strike between 194 to 336 PSI at best. No human on earth can punch at 1,800 psi. Just to give you an idea, the human the body can withstand just up to 400 PSI and that's if the weight is gradually increased. if it's a sudden impact. The human body can withstand even less than that. So just imagine the kind of damage, a 1,800 PSI punch would do to someone. Frank's punches were measured in Pound-force, Tyson's in Joules, and Marciano's in foot pounds (This unit is rarely used now). Now i'm just gonna be using Joules to put them in same perspective: Mike Tyson's Punch Power: 1600 joules Rocky Marciano's Punch Power: 925 Foot-pounds = 1256 Joules Frank Bruno's Punch Power: 1,420 Pound-force = 1925 Joules So... none of that come close to 2150 PSI, since if we try to convert 2150 PSI to Joules, Drago's punch would be something like 38254 Joules. As you can see Drago's punch is nearly 20 times stronger than Frank Bruno's punch. Which means Drago is without a doubt, cleary superhuman.
@Mister Majestic We know that, but it's still technically canon. It wasn't just referenced, there was an entire montage dedicated to it. As were the numbers displayed multiple times onscreen. That being said, Ivan Drago was, and will always be the hardest hitter in the entirety of the Rocky franchise. As is Rocky's jaw, the most durable.
There is a comment somewhere where they mention gloves. However they were actually incorrect: modern gloves are actually able to transfer more power because they are better at protecting the wearers fists. Honestly I can see it going either way. While I do believe that Rocky holds the edge, Depends their mental states and motivations going into the match. Great vid btw
@@isaiahjackson1211 Not just a man either. Apollo may have been, according to the film itself, three years away from his prime, but one of the best to ever do it three years away from his prime is still better and tougher than 99.9% of other fighters.

One thing to note about Rocky being able to knock out Drago and Adonis not being able to knock out Viktor, In their respective eras, Gloves play a huge part in power transfer, Rocky and Drago were fighting damn near with bare fists, while Adonis’ power has to transfer through thick padding
Bigger gloves mean harder hits generally. They do not pad the punch, but rather protect your hands from breakage more often than not. The smaller gloves of the UFC are smaller so they hit harder, they are smaller so they can grapple unimpeded, as well as open fingered. The actual pad of the knuckles on UFC gloves are still 2 inches or more of padding. However, the hand edges, like with hammer firsts, are not as padded, and thus can really land squarely, without slippage as often. This is why they hit harder, the slip is less the transfer of hit is more.
@@caiusmadison2996 I agree that a punch from legal gloves are gonna hurt because they cover a bigger surface area, but all the wrapping and regulated gloves do offer padding both ways. They protect the hands, they also pad the punches as well. In the earlier eras of boxing, we’d have so many legendary boxers beaten and battered, suffering from brain damage because of the lack of padding the older era gloves offered. But I do agree, more surface area damage is caused by these new gloves, but at the same time the older era gloves provided less padding which gave more “puncturing” damage.
I bet prime Rocky would destroy prime Adonis in a STREET FIGHT. In Rocky 5 Tommy's sleazy manager warned him not to fight Rocky in the street because Rocky had better street smarts and that he should only face him in the ring.

Great video friend, I was surprised that there was extra information that I was unaware of and even the existence of a canon game for the saga, I thank you for making them known. Your video is an excellent analysis of the two protagonists of this great saga, I certainly loved how you justified and you disproved some beliefs. Without a doubt, Rocky Balbao is not only the strongest protagonist, but he is the strongest boxer in the entire saga.
Rocky has the strongest mentality and has the biggest heart ever. Remember then Apollo creed tried to humiliate rocky with the “Italian chicken” newspaper? Well rocky didn’t care, and he won. He even endured 15 rounds of drago’s 2150 PSI punches, rocky truly is the best.
The issue is Rocky 4 Rocky was getting hit by a man whose punches (Ivan Drago) who are literally super-humanly strong enough to just knock people's heads off. Rocky at his Rocky 4 levels is too strong, at his Rocky levels, this is probably an easy KO for Adonis, but as the series becomes even more silly, it gets a lot more uphill. In Rocky 5, Rocky getting more brain damage fixed his brain damage from Ivan Drago.
Didn't Dolph Lundgren almost kill Stallone by accident one time because his punch was too strong? Assuming Drago is as strong or stronger than the actor who portrayed him, Rocky would definitely be superhuman to take multiple hits from Drago.
@@MegaManXPoweredUp Considering Ivan Drago throws punches at 2000 PSi, he is much stronger than the actor he plays him as he's hitting with a ton of force to the face every punch. He's legit super-human and hitting hard enough to take people's heads off.
In a real fight between a heavyweight from the 70s-80s and current heavyweight, the current one would win more often than not. But in these movies, they went out of their way to make Rockys opponents impossibly big, strong, and skilled whereas in the creed trilogy they were being a bit more realistic. @@CRISIS_COMICS Well I don’t know people, but I do know boxing. And while there are cases of some heavyweights being at there peak into their 30s, I can think of several cases where heavyweights who become champions very early at heavyweight ( Mike, Ali, AJ, Floyd Patterson off the top of my head) peak physically very early and have succumbed to their primes being early to mid 20s before damage along with wear and tear along with some other minimal factors make them shells of themeselves going into their 30s. You said in your video that Apollo defended his title something like 46 times? Well into his 30s? At heavyweight? And you think that had no effect on a fighter who relies on athleticism and reflexes heavily?
@@bighova09 The problem with making claims about Apollo in the past is because there’s no definitive proof backing those claims; only assumptions. Probably. But we have no way to quantify to what degree, if any, and if the difference would be noticeable.
When the most fictional fighter goes against the more realistic fighter… why is this even a question!?😂😂 This is like Superman fighting Captain America.😂😂😂😂
6:00 "director-level understanding" Dude, Rocky IV was directed by Stallone about as lazily as any movie has ever been directed. It's like 33% music montages. There's not a great brain trust behind every movie ever made.
I like how you bring in real world logic with comps to relatives and trainers but then just throw it away to reinforce drago’s inhumane abilities and lazy writing in the fact that rocky can somehow withstand them
It wouldn't be a good or close fight at all. Rocky, especially during the 4th movie was on a level no human alive could be at. He would beat any boxer who ever lived. It was like comic fiction level. Adonis Creed is closer to reality, like where Rocky was in the 6th movie. And let's not forget Adonis got to where he was because he had Rocky helping him. He wouldn't be anything without Rocky, presumably. Rocky in his prime would knock Adonis out in the first round. Rocky was taking hits from Drago that killed Apollo and would kill Adonis.
In the first movie rocky had (can't remember the exact number) something like 56 losses on his record to amateur fighters so he's not unbeatable . But yeah I get in part 1 and 2 he took it seriously and had Mickey coaching him full time and then he had Apollo and his team teaching him so he was definitely a completely different and far superior fighter by then to how we originally find him. But you're right in the 4th movie he was literally a superhero boxer
@Laura Rules if you watch the beginning of Rocky you'll see that those fights were like street fighting boxing. But Rocky's determination to actually get a chance to fight the best, that is what ultimately took Rocky to the next level.
Yes. I even think Rocky won the "secret" match against Apollo, given how insanely fit and skilled Balboa was then while Apollo was soon to be killed in the ring by Drago, whom Rocky knocked out. Or maybe it was just a sparring session with no clear winner. Rocky might have just wanted to be nice to Adonis when he said what he said. Either way Rocky wins this match.
Allow I agree that Rocky would beat Creed, I got disagree with the Drago and Creed Portion cause in Adonis v Victor 2, Creed towards the end of the fight was absolutely whooping his ass and could’ve killed Victor if it wasn’t for Ivan throwing in the towel. Plus, I believe the director was trying to parallel to original Creed v Drago and wear Rocky didn’t throw in towel. Also, we got to understand when Ivan killed Apollo it was an acholic party all night type of guy instead of a prime no jokes Apollo
At that point Ivan had pretty much lost the will to carry on because his mother left, and Adonis couldn’t KO him still. Obviously Adonis won that single fight, but the context proves Rocky > considering he actually KO’d the stronger Drago who was more motivated than his son was towards the end of that fight. Plus the video game rematch implies healthy/motivated Viktor > Adonis. You have to look at the argument holistically before trying to form a counter. Parallelism doesn’t prove scaling; Creed 1 is a parallel to Rocky 1, that doesn’t mean Ricky Conlan = Apollo or that the context is the same. Same thing applies to Drago throwing in the towel; he saw his son wasn’t motivated since his mom left and didn’t want any long lasting damage to occur if he just decided to stick in there and not swing. It’s not proof that Adonis would objectively beat Viktor when both are equally motivated; and there’s evidence to prove the opposite. Also I never made the argument that Rocky IV Apollo is his prime, none of my points are contingent on that argument and all my scaling still works consistently.
@@danielmedjedovic7068 Facts! I think Apollo would have Beat Drogo in his prime. But everyone Rocky Fought with the exception of Mason Dixtion and Tommy Gunz beat Adonis.
I think you are seeing this in a wrong way when it comes to the movies. Creed movies mirror the Rocky movies and in doing so Creed would still have to undergo a radical change to his fighting style like after the lose in Rocky 3. This mostly happens in Creed 3 as he is being trained/helped by Victor. So looking at the movies we have: Be given a Shot at the belt (1st movies) Learn to fight differently to protect and injury (both 2 movies) Learn from your once enemy after you have lost your fire (both 3rd movies) now if they were to make Rocky and Adonis both fight this would be more like the crazy chance to rocky seen in the 4th movie. The Death of a close friend, mentor. This would push Adonis to Change once again. Maybe this time its a smart change and he becomes a smart counter puncher like a Mayweather or Marquez. Protect yourself your body and win on points. He would have to come to grips that he would not be able to knock Rocky out, but he can out box him.
@@CRISIS_COMICS But when the film series parallel themselves so well, then It is not hard to see that Adonis is due for a serious lose. We all know it would be the death of Rocky, but in this fantasy of them fighting each other it would make better sense that it is a betrayal, much like tommy Gunn, but that is already happening in Creed 3.
I think Apollo would've beaten Rocky in Rocky II if he stuck to outboxing. Plus Rocky said in Creed I that time beat Apollo and that time is undefeated. He lost the first match because he thought Rocky was a bum and he lost the second one because he didn't fight his fight, he was fighting Rocky's fight.
Apollo took the first fight very seriously once he saw that Rocky was for real. Rocky's also incredibly humble; he later on says he's > Adonis who he thinks is > Apollo. Plus Duke Jr said Apollo beat on Rocky like he'd never done so before. Apollo before Rocky 1 has no scaling; so it's irrelevant. Rocky being better at playing the KO game isn't a debunk to Rocky's skill, if anything it proves he's better at getting the KO and sticking in their than Apollo.
Adonis made Viktor QUIT.He didn’t have to knock him out because he made him SURRENDER. Also Students often surpass their teachers. Add to that, the Creed films remain realistic where by Rocky IV,which you call “Peak Balboa”,the series was as realistic as a comic book. He also did not knock out Apollo. They BOTH went down, and Rocky got up first. Apollo was FAR from unconscious.
Viktor who lost the will to keep fighting because his mom left, and Adonis couldn't KO him. Often doesn't mean always; ie the Frazier irl example and Tommy Gunn in the Rocky series; a comic book character would beat the shit out of a real person 90% of the time, so I don't think that helps your point. Apollo was faded and couldn't get up in time; Rocky got up first, it's in the movie.

Adonis was born into wealth the child of apollo. He didnt wanna be under his fathers shadow but if he wanted that he could have done something else than boxing. Such a flawless and detailed analysis. Props on a quality video

You made this seem like you were analyzing true boxers and their actual stats. Thank u
Now i'm just gonna be using Joules to put them in same perspective:
Mike Tyson's Punch Power: 1600 joules
Rocky Marciano's Punch Power: 925 Foot-pounds = 1256 Joules
Frank Bruno's Punch Power: 1,420 Pound-force = 1925 Joules
So... none of that come close to 2150 PSI, since if we try to convert 2150 PSI to Joules, Drago's punch would be something like 38254 Joules. As you can see Drago's punch is nearly 20 times stronger than Frank Bruno's punch. Which means Drago is without a doubt, cleary superhuman.
Which also confirms that Rocky's jaw is likewise, superhuman.
🤓
@Mister Majestic We know that, but it's still technically canon. It wasn't just referenced, there was an entire montage dedicated to it. As were the numbers displayed multiple times onscreen. That being said, Ivan Drago was, and will always be the hardest hitter in the entirety of the Rocky franchise. As is Rocky's jaw, the most durable.
the results are obvious.

One thing to note about Rocky being able to knock out Drago and Adonis not being able to knock out Viktor, In their respective eras, Gloves play a huge part in power transfer, Rocky and Drago were fighting damn near with bare fists, while Adonis’ power has to transfer through thick padding
Which also means Viktor Drago was throwing BOMBS
@@yoboy4192 It more so means Rocky was taking more damage since he was fighting the stronger Drago while he was wearing currently illegal gloves
@@CRISIS_COMICS that is also true

Naw,who could you possibly get to play a new Rocky role believably. Rocky Balboa is simply 1 of 1. You can't really duplicate that type of dude.
@@jonthomson9262 people thought the same thing about Adonis, but he was both different and similar enough to Apollo. I think they could do the same to Rocky!
@@lucaspotasio5483 addonis,is not Apollo. He is addonis. Rocky Balboa is Rocky Balboa.
@@jonthomson9262 "you can't replicate that type of dude"... brother he's a movie character... based of multiple real fighters I might add. It isn't like his style is unique to him. Rocky Is literally just a glorified Joe Fraizer with elements of Marciano, hence why Frazier makes a cameo In the first movie. And you could get anyone to play that role... it isn't like Stallone could take a hit in real life. Lundgren sent him to the hospital in real life, yet Rocky takes multiple hits from Ivan... these are movies my friend.

It's cool that you're making a video about Adonis Creed from the video game Fortnite. Not everyone would make a video about a skin from a game
I’m a different breed.
I remember as a kid thinking that Rocky from IV looked invincible. Like knives would break against his skin. Drago did too. I'm sure the lighting helped a lot.
Can you do this for real life boxers? like "What if Ali fought Tyson"
Pretty sure Tyson would win but it'd be cool to see a "what if".
@@Cuork Tyson losses
Ali loses like he lost to Frazier or he wins like he beat foreman. It all depends on how the two fight the match.
Please Tyson all the way . Ali didn't have any defense what so ever . Plus shuffling your feet we all caught on. Never switched his style or moves
@@kjc1878 tyson lost to every great boxer he fought ali smokes him easily
"Rocky, he's punching you in the face!"
"Then he's right where I want him."
The one thing I don’t think was taken into account was that Apollo was older, much more worn by time (training and bouts), and I believe he was older than Rocky. I don’t think we get to Rocky if Apollo was in his prime
Rocky’s shitting on prime Apollo
@@CRISIS_COMICS shiiiiiiiiiiit idk bout that brodie
@@bighova09 Prime Apollo has no scaling; people just want him to be better than he is.
People saying he’d beat Ivan or peak Rocky don’t have ground to stand on because that version of Apollo they imagine only exists in their heads. Could he have been better when he was younger? Probably. But we have no way to quantify to what degree, if any, and if the difference would be noticeable.
Rocky’s head is indestructible dude took on a tank in Rocky 4.
They wouldn't fight each other, BUT if you pit Rocky the day he fought Drago against Adonis ANY day, Rocky would DESTROY him.
Adonis would throw his punches and Rocky would take it to the face like nothing happened.
When the most fictional fighter goes against the more realistic fighter… why is this even a question!?😂😂 This is like Superman fighting Captain America.😂😂😂😂
Literally! This shit is such nonsensical question😂
What’s the game that was shown on the screen other than the clips from the movies? And is it on the App Store for iPhone?
Creed is very good. But I don't think Creed could beat Ivan. So I gotta go with Rocky 4
6:00 "director-level understanding"
Dude, Rocky IV was directed by Stallone about as lazily as any movie has ever been directed. It's like 33% music montages. There's not a great brain trust behind every movie ever made.
I like how you bring in real world logic with comps to relatives and trainers but then just throw it away to reinforce drago’s inhumane abilities and lazy writing in the fact that rocky can somehow withstand them
Using real world logic and Rocky IV; they both prove Rocky > Adonis.
As soon as those horns come in and play that melody it’s all over for Creed
Wish we could make this happen.
What is the name of the song at the end
Rocky is literally a cartoon character and the toon force is strong with that one
He's like 5'7" and 140# soaking wet. Of course It's nonsense.
Agreed with all
It wouldn't be a good or close fight at all.
Honestly, poor creed would have e to hit so hard he breaks his hands and it probably wouldn't be enough.
Is the game for PS5? I've never heard about the game
I'm pretty sure in the first creed movie, rocky said apollo won
@@Outcastic Yeah that's why I said I think Rocky was being nice and didn't want to tell Adonis he beat his father in the secret match too.
@@krl97a I'm fairly sure you added that part after I commented
@@Outcastic Nope. That was the whole reason I replied to the video. You just didn't read carefully before responding.

Also I never made the argument that Rocky IV Apollo is his prime, none of my points are contingent on that argument and all my scaling still works consistently.
viktor drago beats adonis everyday in the week. he lost because of plot and becuse he pretty much gave upp after his mom left the seats
@@danielmedjedovic7068 Facts! I think Apollo would have Beat Drogo in his prime. But everyone Rocky Fought with the exception of Mason Dixtion and Tommy Gunz beat Adonis.
what is that boxing game called
If Rocky could stand up against Apollo, Adonis got no shot.
Ivan said what WE ALL were thinking at one point... "He's not human!!" 🤣🤣💯💯💯
So looking at the movies we have:
Be given a Shot at the belt (1st movies)
Learn to fight differently to protect and injury (both 2 movies)
Learn from your once enemy after you have lost your fire (both 3rd movies)
now if they were to make Rocky and Adonis both fight this would be more like the crazy chance to rocky seen in the 4th movie.
Parallels don’t equate to scaling. Ricky Conlan ≠ Apollo just because they serve the same function in the Creed 1/Rocky 1 parallel.
Rocky is such a good boxer he blocks punches with his concussions.
Rocky being better at playing the KO game isn't a debunk to Rocky's skill, if anything it proves he's better at getting the KO and sticking in their than Apollo.
what is the name of that phonk song in the end?
Adonis would have to do a tag and run tactic 💯
That's his only chance really.
What is the name of this game that he talks about in the video?
It's a knockout. If you don't get up at 10 seconds. It's not being out conscious. Lol, learn the rules on boxing
@@johnre5342 Learn to read the dictionary. A knockout actually means unconscious. Anything other than that is just made up meanings by a bunch of uneducated people who get punched in the face for a living.
@Noassi you need to learn. Mike tyson didn't get unconscious when Douglas beat him. He didn't beat the count. You are just plain ignorant....you watch to many world star videos. In boxing a knockout is when you can't get to your feet by the count of 10 whether your unconscious or not. If you get up before 10 and can't continue it's a technical knockout. Learn about boxing...
Man rocky would beat the fuck out of Adonis
Definitely Rocky because when he'd get knocked down in a fight the referee didn't even give him a standing 8 count 😂😂😂.... Rocky had his own rules lol
Rocky without question. He had the eye of the TIGER 😊😊😊😊😊😊😊😊😊
Probably rocky because at 39 he beat a 28 year old who was 6’6 and was pumped up with roids but at the same time like I agree with @trutrek said that it depends on the rules
