We just want to make sure we have the best possible home for us with two beds/two baths, especially considering in Phase 2, two Moonrakers are already going up just two doors down from us.

Great point the reason we don’t cover prices in this video is because each house is quoted out by multiple contractors with 3rd party project management. So the prices are constantly changing because there is no developer profit to pad the prices to give clients a solid price. Downside is if I put a price in the video it will likely change upside is the clients always get the best price. Pros and cons. I was looking at your first $50,000 house. This house is going for $579,000 ? Nice house.....This is what happens when expats come into the community. I will be buying in Belize I will be building in Belize. If I don't wait too long I'm sure I can do it for half that much.

These homes are beautiful but appear to be extremely energy inefficient. No insulation and nothing appears to be thermally broken. If this is an investment property I guess the nightly rate will compensate but if this is a planned retirement home, hire an efficiency consultant (of which I am one 😁.)
Beautiful homes, but not a lot of privacy. If you’re sitting in your dipping pool, you could practically shake hands with your neighbors. Also, I think it’s odd that none of these homes are using solar considering the amount of sun year round there. I bet electric bills will be huge.

Hi Iandi, we use insulation in roofs and walls, R-11 to R-19; upgraded laminated or double glazed windows are an option as well!
