@@Mazi511 because usually the metal is sharp and can damage the battery 🔋. But if you use it carefully that’s fine . Instead of Metal if you use a plastic Frey tool it will be safe
@@Mazi511 It's a lithium battery, if you breach the battery with a metal tool, it's not gonna be too nice when it blows up in your face. Most batteries have these warnings on the battery.

Telling me I need to have a certain type of glue in order the screen to stick 🤦🏾♂️in place it doesn’t come with an adhesive outline like iPhones oh man. Looks like more shopping b4 I can actually repair this phone this weekend
Describing what you are doing is really beneficial for those of us that aren't hearing impaired, and the music is a waste of time for those who are. (You get a failing grade at this point.)
It's been a month since you commented but if you haven't received your answer, not in all case, but sometimes the battery has a hard time being pulled out so it does tend to get damaged if you end up bending the battery. So best not to bend it or it'll be damaged.
To anyone watching this with no proir experience of fixing screens. Don't EVER remove a battery with a metal tool like this guy.

What kind of glue is that? Awesome video helped a lot
I use B-7000 glue, and 5-6 rubber bands instead of clamps.
