If You go the staircase down you come to the hidden floor on right door you go inside it's a corridor which is L shaped then on right side a door with a storage room for bikes. If You go further to the corridor and there is a Washroom. Now come back to the hidden floor and go the left door you find this Red Illuminated pipe room 0:26 The cellar is one etage under or even one etage under so you have D (rooftop) 2 appartements 4 3 (3Apartments + other Appartements with floors 2 1 (3Apartments+ several one in Eshape sides e1 (Partyroom) E (Main entrance) U1 (1st underground floor with washroom and the bike storage room) and another path to the unknown U2 I can't remember if there was something K (Cellar and parking garage access) e1, U1, U2 can be accessed only by staircase the other Floors can be accessed by elevator
almost sounds like it could be same architecture. it's in germany and was build in the 60's. it's a 6 story building with around 30 apartment and the basement is almost like you described. main lvl - u1 with apartments, bike storage, drying room, washing machine aso u2 cellar, a mystery door in a wall (not on ground lvl).
the person noclipped into the backrooms while being in germany and it seems like the backrooms adapted (or was it always there?) to persons surrounding (the cellars/basement). probably it's just natural to have everything mixed up since people from all over the world seem to noclip into the (same) backrooms.
