Booked it direct with the hotel. Most of the accommodation is the same: living room, bedroom, bathroom. But some have crap balconies with no sun. If you book directly you can specify a room number with a decent balcony, also ask for a discount! We've enjoyed it. Best if luck, Terry Jones

yes building work has been going since early this year. It will be ongoing for about 2 years. Apparently it's not too bad then you're there, in fact gets very few mentions on tripadvisor. There are a few facebook groups that have been really good for info, people have uploaded videos. We'll be there in August and not concerned about it in the slightest.

I would think it is now in the stage of the steel frame being erected. I think the noisy digging should be finished now. Hope you enjoy!

We are going to Las Marismas in July. Is the building work in full swing next door?
