How to fix a squeaking belt on a treadmill.

Here's is a quick demonstration on how to soap a belt and have almost any sound coming from the drive belt go away. just by using a chunk of dove soap.

I have paid "technicians" to fix my squeaking treadmill. Not one did this. I tried this out the other day and my treadmill sounds so quiet!!! THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU!!!!

Worked perfectly for me. A hundred videos out there about lubing the belt, but this was the only one about the DRIVE belt.

Nice one. Does it have to be a soap or the lubricant could be uses as well ? The one we use for the running belt.

A lubricant would make your drive belt slip which would not be good
