As I sit here on this balcony enjoying a generational girl's trip that includes my mom, my daughter, and my two grandprincess; to steal away for a moment this morning to complete this meditation has given me the energy I needed for today. I am forever grateful 🙏🏽 👑🦋✨️🌞🌻🧘🏾♀️
Currently going through the worst heartbreak of life and every morning I’ve woken up feeling so lost, anxious, empty, and stagnant but today during meditation was the first time I was able to relax, center myself, and feel free. I’m so grateful and happy for guided meditations like this!!!!💛
