FACEBOW & ARTICULATOR assembly (Artex CT Amann Girrbach)

Facebow in reference to the Axis Orbital Plane (Frankfurt) with the use of the orbital indicator and the height-adjustable nasion. Transfer of the bite-fork position with the Amann Girrbach transfer holder system and assembly in the articulator Artex CT step by step. The increase of Vertical Dimension and the Deprogrammed Passively Retruded position (DPR position) determined with a JIG served to create a Michigan splint.
The use of the optional accessories to detect the infraorbital point and block the height-adjustable nasion in correspondence with the Frankfurt plane allow a personalized registration and not according to an arbitrary less effective plan !!

This is really amazing work, would like to know if you have such a demonstration regarding conventional orthognathic model surgery (Mock surgery) to fabricate intermediate and final surgical wafers.. I know currently most of surgeons are doing VSP and 3D printing the wafer but I have a special interest to do both conventional and current techniques. If you have that one please share it with me with great thanks.
