- A wave of hurricanes swept through our country. We were lucky, our house, despite the fact that we are missing half of the roof, was not damaged at all. In the village, some trees fell and wires were torn off. Therefore, this week the construction took place in extreme conditions. We worked in between the storm and rain, but despite the difficult conditions, we did a good job. The steps to the terrace are ready, and we also made a stone retaining wall near the maple.
We are building a small farmhouse of our dreams. It was an abandoned old house that we decided to give a second life to.

Hello! Glad to hear your update on your foot! I sent your wife a video about using Castor Oil for a burn. It is good to keep things around the house for emergencies. You and the men are working very hard with all the weather problems! Uggggh this reminds me of when we built a home back in the 90s… it rained and rained and rained and the ground water seeped up through the ground for weeks…we had pumps and generators running for days trying to keep the water out of the block foundation we had just constructed…. We almost thought to forget about the house and build a swimming pool 😳…Held up worked what seemed like forever! Hope things dry out quickly ❤😊 on a side note..every time I see camels I look at them and think to myself, “I wonder if those humps ever hurt?” 🤷🏼♀️🤦🏼♀️😂😂😂😂…. glad the leg is healing well now…..have a nice week ☺️

This video was like watching a good suspense movie for me. Waiting to see if you were going to beat the rain and get those large boulders in place before the weather changed. I'm glad no violence, crime or accidents took place in this movie, lol. Now this is my kind of good stuff to watch! I hope Volodya is very careful and safe. Murka seems to be enjoying climbing the rocks with you and stays at your side as a pillar of strength, if I may. Love the video of your neighbors, the animals. Love how shiny and slick looking the coats on the horses are. Must be the mud baths they take. LOL Love the camels and the donkey but those camels sure don't like that donkey. Building is looking great too despite the rain.

C'est toujours comme un ouragan sur un chantier et on a l'impression que ce sera toujours comme ça mais non ! ca finit toujours par s'arranger et les choses se mettent en place. C'est une très bonne idée cet "enrochement" pour retenir la terre car elle me semble très légère et sablonneuse chez vous. J'ai hâte de voir la suite. Prenez soin de vous: c'est très fatiguant un chantier: moralement et physiquement et il faut tenir sur une longue durée.
