Chen Si is such an underrated actor. He can go effortlessly from a comedic role to that of some woman’s sadistic husband. I really like seeing him in this film.
Yes, he’s already one of my top faves… he stands out amongst many other MLs because of his acting skills. He makes it “look” so easy but being so tall and thin and wearing glasses, it’s not easy to make your movements look so naturally and his expressions are so spot on. I love seeing him acting against more experienced FLs because he really knows how to bring forth a true character and whether he’s acting with FL or any other side character - he just stands out. I don’t know if people understand how rare it is to have an actor be so versatile yet unique. In this one, I find the FL very pretty and a solid actress but she def overacted a few times … and usually it’s the FL that carries the drama series but I’ll be honest, the ML’s superb acting kept me watching from beginning to end. It’s rare but this ML doesn’t even need to take off his shirt ..and I’ll still be impressed because he’s a very good actor
This drama is very cute and sweet between the male and female leads. Had me giggling. Normally the male lead plays a serious role but I love seeing him in this.
In another drama the same scenes are used to make the couple remarry. Maybe the ML’s in other dramas treat the FL’s the same and get a divorce to shake things up without calling it as such. It isn’t really the FL’s fault in this drama, when the second ML catches her by a whimsy contract marriage, while the first ML keeps showing up at her family gatherings.
She does has mouth and tell people they are divorced even if she doesn't want to tell about new marriage. But constantly getting involved with first ml is also not fair to current husband.....i know its a drama and just script but from a moral standpoint its wrong

I love it when he's dark and dominant cause he's so good at it. But I have seen him act sweet in that role style as well. But this is a fun change. He had me busting out laughing when he thought she wanted to another round in the morning. 😂😂😂
Both these handsome and talented Ml's aced their roles! The 1st Ml as the husband who ignored his wife and saw other women until she had enough and divorced him, but then became obsessed and psychotic in wanting her back. The 2nd Ml acted well as the boss, loving and attentive husband who as he told the Fl, You will always be my first choice, and showed her in word and deed. The beautiful Fl acted well as the love interests of both Ml's. I liked that the producer showed that the 1st Ml was not a really a bad person despite his bizarre behavior. I loved when cute little Lu MuLi met the 1st Ml and his surprise. Well-acted by the cast, great storylines with good and surprising ending. Ww.

I’m sorry but this whole plot is such a mess. FL is divorced, but still acts married, gets remarried but acts like she isn’t with hubby #2, signs a contract to get pregnant for money/shares. Meanwhile both hubby #1 & #2 are both rich. FL family is also rich. And let’s not talk about how she is treated by hubby #1. 🤦🏾♀️
This is a really good drama. Both FL ML work well together. I love their chemistry it’s so believable. I laughed so much when FL decided if she got pregnant, she could get her shares back so she grabbed the ML’s hand so fast that is head flew backwards and then she threw him on the bed and made love that blew the ML’s socks off. Ha Ha!!! There are ups and downs that take too long to go through and for the FL to finally accept ML, but his devotion to her was undeniably present and he really loved her. Yes, I would watch again.

I adore this ML! He's usually the domineering glaring type, so seeing him in a comedic setting is wonderful to watch and makes me love him more. Her on the other hand....beautiful she may be but acts too much like a scheming mistress/green tea than the FL. I hate the way that even after the divorce she still has dealings with the ex-husband and doesn't slap him into next Tuesday every time he gets handsy. As for her treatment of this lovely ML, how dare she take advantage of him to get pregnant just for money? Her mixed signals and selfishness piss me off. He deserves better.
I agree with you in this.. As funny and beautiful that she was... it was pretty stupid that she kept having dealings with him knowing that he wasn't good. She kept begging the ML to let him go, even after he kidnapped her and even confessed that it wasn't him that saved her, she still let him go.. That's just too much for me.. Really dumb.. The ML gets all my vote.. Screw the rest😊
I just watched this and honestly.. I regret wasting my time. The worse parts are when the scumbag ex husband kidnapped the FL twice!! She begged her husband bawling to let him go, what in the world after all that scumbag did. And to make it worse she has the heart to give her and ML child the nickname the scumbag came up with when he kidnapped her. The ML was the best part of this, the FL was written so bad, I cannot reccomend this!.

it's missing scenes, the subtitles stop a couple of times and with the FL hanging around her ex so much, it's not a great story but it's worth a watch just to see Chen Si being so funny and charming ❣
Excellent ML I enjoy the FL, FL needed to do better about setting boundaries between her and her ex-husband she stayed in Tangled with him too long after the divorce, toward the end subtitles loss then returned, I usually don't watch the longer ones but this was worth it.

It’s the norm in most cdramas. Not sure if it’s as a result of the same film companies or they hire the outfits from the same company. At times you can even see where the outfits have been pinned to fit the person.
These are low budget Cdramas and yeah, you’ll see the same outfits over and over again. This one is better than others in this level as the clothes weren’t glaringly ill-fitting. The productions with more money, bigger stars, better scripts, and actual cinematography don’t do this, but these are fun and addictive for a few hours of fun.

Man I have watched other dramas of these 2. In this drama chemistry is good but I didn't feel the same as other drama . It's feel Like something is missing. Just given the glimpse of little girl but didn't showed the family together.

Exactly ML was Great, First time I have seen him acting funny. With that being said, I see no difference in FL and the ex husband character. FL is doing the same thing to ML and Ex husband did to her. Even after divorce and so, She is literally still calling her ex husband as husband infront of her family and friends and Letting him involve in her life without any resistance. Pretty annoying. Probably the first time I have been annoyed at a FL. Also The Ex husband has significantly more screen time with FL than the ML himself.. LMFAO

Towards the end, a little girl appeared named Lu Muli (nickname Mu Mu) (English Name Forbi) and another nickname Qingquing. This confused me. What's the relevance of this girl to the story? Can somebody tell me?
That little girl is FL and ML 's daughter... (There was a time skip before when they said I will accompany you to your country).. The names are mentioned because FL named her child according to what she promised to 2 ML during the kidnapping event..

Man I don't know why but I feel this drama is not upto mark till 34.5 min as iam watching it. The fl is not going straight after the divorce. Know she is trying to replete the other guy but why not directly even though they are secret marriage.
How the main villain was not convicted was unsatisfactory i don't have sympathy for him he had 7 years to make their relationship work and she forgave him way to easy after kidnapping her twice and hurting ml like forget life saving grace she saved him more than once. If it wasn't for that it was a good drama
This feels like an A.I script. 21 minutes in and every scene starts with FL hitting her head against a male character or falling into their arms. They act as if they're in an anime or comedy, but the script doesn't have the same tone so it just feels weird. I dont think anyone was on the same page making this. The tone evens out eventually, but then there are blocks where the subtitles disappear. I cant recommend watching this one.
This starts out as a funny cute romp that would have really lightened anyone's day until about the half way point. Then it all goes down like an air balloon under a concrete barrage. It gets creepy and weird. Fill of angst. In would have watched this over and over but not now. I struggled to finish it and had to fast forward in places.
I've seen another version of this that was less comedic and more dramatic, although this one used its last 40 mins to be REALLY dramatic and level up the psycho ex factor. I like this story for a lot of reasons, but mostly for the FL knowing when to let go of a failed relationship and not clinging on for dear life; she also knew when to grab hold of a good thing, as she did not fight her husband when he told her he knew about the contract to get pregnant and that meant there was no escaping him now. The ML does sometimes do comedic roles, and he's good at them, although with that face and that voice he really shines in the dramatic slightly hostile character niche. Aside: "You're party A, I'm party B" in that sing song voice in the car. I can't. Dead. 😂😂

Lol …that dress is definitely more popular than some of the actors. I’ve seen It In more than 4 dramas …mine is 6 and above no exaggeration.
I did notice that they recycle the outfits. Some dramas show the ML with two outfits. They wear them to bed and in hospitals

Man I have watched other dramas of these 2. In this drama chemistry is good but I didn't feel the same as other drama . It's feel Like something is missing. Just given the glimpse of little girl but didn't showed the family together.

I have mixed feeling about this movie ❤😂 i felt pretty bad for the ex-husband...he not bad.. he protect her from everything else behind the scene when they were married it just he wasnt playing his husband role correctly inconsideration to her feelings without communication and all...but i still love the ML though 😅❤😂 but one thing im mad about this movie is i dont remeber hearing called the ML "husband" once in his face 😅 the ML so sweet in this movie...
So many people say good drama. How is this good. Girl keeps engaging with ex husband stringing him along instead of clearly cutting ties. Such weird writing. FL takes advantage of both male leads and keeps hiding her husband.

I see no difference in FL and the ex husband character.
FL is doing the same thing to ML and Ex husband did to her.
Even after divorce and so, She is literally still calling her ex husband as husband infront of her family and friends and Letting him involve in her life without any resistance. Pretty annoying. Probably the first time I have been annoyed at a FL.
Also The Ex husband has significantly more screen time with FL than the ML himself.. LMFAO

That little girl is FL and ML 's daughter... (There was a time skip before when they said I will accompany you to your country)..
The names are mentioned because FL named her child according to what she promised to 2 ML during the kidnapping event..

Man I don't know why but I feel this drama is not upto mark till 34.5 min as iam watching it. The fl is not going straight after the divorce. Know she is trying to replete the other guy but why not directly even though they are secret marriage.

How the main villain was not convicted was unsatisfactory i don't have sympathy for him he had 7 years to make their relationship work and she forgave him way to easy after kidnapping her twice and hurting ml like forget life saving grace she saved him more than once. If it wasn't for that it was a good drama
This feels like an A.I script. 21 minutes in and every scene starts with FL hitting her head against a male character or falling into their arms. They act as if they're in an anime or comedy, but the script doesn't have the same tone so it just feels weird. I dont think anyone was on the same page making this. The tone evens out eventually, but then there are blocks where the subtitles disappear. I cant recommend watching this one.

This starts out as a funny cute romp that would have really lightened anyone's day until about the half way point. Then it all goes down like an air balloon under a concrete barrage.
It gets creepy and weird. Fill of angst.
In would have watched this over and over but not now. I struggled to finish it and had to fast forward in places.
Great casting overall, first time watching this couple of actors, they did a great job with their roles.
I loved the CP and the drama was okay but the direction it was headed, especially towards the end was kinda bad. Overall an okay drama

I've seen another version of this that was less comedic and more dramatic, although this one used its last 40 mins to be REALLY dramatic and level up the psycho ex factor. I like this story for a lot of reasons, but mostly for the FL knowing when to let go of a failed relationship and not clinging on for dear life; she also knew when to grab hold of a good thing, as she did not fight her husband when he told her he knew about the contract to get pregnant and that meant there was no escaping him now. The ML does sometimes do comedic roles, and he's good at them, although with that face and that voice he really shines in the dramatic slightly hostile character niche.
Aside: "You're party A, I'm party B" in that sing song voice in the car. I can't. Dead.
