TLDR - Kujo sold Ren a stolen beat that he used in Sick Boi. Then Kujo copy right struck REN's channel and REN had to pull Sick Boi down. Ren did everything to try and make it right with Kujo, but Kujo would not cooperate. His GF started chiming in online so she became fair game too.
Ren did like a 30 min video with details and receipts on his page that you should check out

Kujo is a beat producer, he sold a beat to Ren. The problem was that the beat was not owned by Kujo, and the real owner came to claim his rights. After many attempts to solve a problem that was not Ren's, Kujo and his girlfriend just kept asking for money for a sample he "stole"(dont have it in legally way) and sold illegally. Ren decided to remove Sick Boi from all platforms, and from there comes this song. Ren has a video explaining all this, with screenshots included. The instrumental version is on RenMakesStuff's page

ren bought a beat from beatstarz with unlimited licensing which kujo produced, but kujo sold the beat without licensing the Bulgarian choir in the backing which led to Rens song sickboi getting taken down . in the end mr money greed kujo wanting more than he's worth.

P.S. if you have not watched Rens indepth video explaining all of this after Ren and his and Kujos legal team went back and forth Kujo was hilding sick boy as leverage and said if Ren didnt pay him 15% of the master retroactively that he would take 100% of what Ren owns on that track including album sales. Ren even offered to make a new song with kujo and split everything 50/50.
He has a video on his channel explaining the entire situation.

Kujo (a beat producer) sold Ren the beat used in Sick Boi (via Beatstars) but used a stolen sample in it, unbeknownst to Ren. Ren found out about this when Kujo put a copyright strike on Sick Boi on UA-cam. The sample owners came after the money they were due, and Kujo refused to pay, wanting Ren to shoulder the cost. There was a publishing ID mixup, too, not Ren's fault either, but it made Kujo think Ren was cheating him. Long story short, Ren did everything he could to resolve the situation, but Kujo and his predatory lawyer ended up refusing to lift the strike unless Ren signed over insane rights (like a % of the master) to get his song back. Extortion, basically. Rather than cave to this bullying, Ren axed the song permanently on every platform.

Kujo's girlfriend messaged Ren and was very nice behind the scenes. They concluded that messaging with her joking that she would break Rens' kneecaps. The next day the girlfriend posted online about sections of the original contract that she completely made up (like, actually wrote entire fake passages of the contract) and complained about Ren. The kicker? In the private messages she told Ren "Imagine what this would be doing to Kujo if he had mental health issues." She said that directly to fucking Ren.
