Two years ago, I bought a pair of Rainbowfish, and one of them had this white bacteria on its mouth, but within a day or two, the fish was fully fit, and today it loves exploring the whole aquarium. It's true that if we keep a fish in clean water then even if it is unwell then it may recover and become healthy.
