Hey Penguin! You are the GOAT for this. I wish I knew concentration was the name of the game from the start, I could be much more optimized. I think you touched on everything but I have a few recommendations based on my exp. - As I heard someone say in another video "Every minute you're sitting on 1000 concentration it's gold you're losing". Make sure to do something with your concentration, even if the profit is low, it's better than not using it. - Always make sure to be able to make something that can be crafted with concentration and sold. Even if you wanna specialize on other things like armor, you don't want to be sitting on 1000 concentration when not doing work orders just because you can't guarantee rank 2 on anything cheap to sell. - Once you specialize in something like Penguin showed, especially for alt armies, level up Ingenuity the most you can. Usually resourcefulness will not be great since you're looking to use rank 2 materials. While multicraft is always thrilling to proc, using less concentration will allow you to click the button more. - Items like the Concentration Concentrate help a lot with concentration health. - Like Penguin said, alt armies no longer depend on craft cooldowns like transmutation or specialty bolts (those aren't even very profitable right now), any Profession has something that can bring in the $$$ at least once every few days.
Hey Penguin, do you know if there is a chart or spreadsheet that shows all the potential products you get from each of the transmute spells? I am trying to figure out which spell in each transmutegen category is the most valuable to do for me. For example I know that Mercurial Blessings can give Null Stone so I use that for my mercurial transmute, but I don't know which mute is best for me for ominous and volatile. I am looking for ones that give mats I use in my other crafts more so than just raw profit, as I use the null stones to make sanctified alloy and gaining then from mutes saves on production costs. If not that is cool, as I am still experimenting so I will find my answers eventually if that resource isn't availiable. Love the content ;)
Hey Taiyel, I sadly dont have any concrete information about the Alch Transmutes. I only have knowledge about the Thaumaturgy spell itself. You may be able to find some information on the woweconomy forums or maybe wowhead, but I dont have any resources off the top of my head. Sorry

Have you been keeping up to date with your Tailoring weeklies? I have 2 tailoring bolt alts, both are producing anywhere between 45% profit and 90% profit per craft on my highly skilled one. Tailoring bolts are still very good, just need to be getting your KPs to keep them progressing. Besides that, you can do the concentration method on any profession, pick one that works with your playstyle and you are good to go
I would just make tons of blue wrists with rank 1 cloth bolts and disenchant them into shards using the disenchant tree with max points on gleaming shards, for about 150g per rank 1 shard, 350g for rank 3's. Bags aren't that good, neither is dawn or dusk bolts. Perhaps private patron orders for around 10k tip for max rank epic gear crafts using your concentration.

@@Penguinr2gt For example, how do I open the profession window and the auction? When I open the auction, the profession window closes. I open the profession window (cooking), the auction closes. It's a vicious circle...
To save some people time. This (quick setup) doesn't work for engineering, blacksmithing or tailoring. Test it out and you won't have the skill to make anything worth much (definitely not the numbers shown in these examples). You would need to invest a lot more time in leveling skills/farming kp's to get a scan that returns the shown profits. This strategy definitely works with an established crafting character who's farmed KP/skill, but not a new one as it suggests.
Not all professions perform the same but I wouldnt write these professions off. It of course depends on how much KPs you want to collect and how much gold you are willing to spend to set up each profession (theres a ton of KPs from First Craft Bonuses, treasures, weeklies, etc.) but these professions still have great choices in them that you can get to within a day. Nothing beats the simplicity of Enchanting atm, but especially people who have already done some profession work, theres hidden gems in every prof.
What are you talking about tailoring is the cheapest fucking profession you level it up to 50 like its nothing, the downside is that the profit of spellthreads is kinda low
@@Alguem387What are you talking about? I never said it was expensive to level. Reread the comment. The video said you could very quickly level a character and *without even farming the treasures* instantly use ingenuity to make expensive crafts. This is categorically false for tailoring, blacksmithing and engineering. You must invest time into farming kp's. You can *absolutely* make money with this method. By putting time and effort into your crafting character. But indicating you can create some ingenuity alt army in 30minutes for tailoring/blacksmithing or engineering as this video portrays is untrue. This is a fact, anyone can go and try to do it right now. It won't work. I believe penguin is mistaken when they said this works for professions like engineering and tailoring. I think the ingenuity method works, but this video appears to be a demonstration of it on a fresh alt, where it doesn't work on those 3 professions. As you can see from the clips shown, penguion's alts have tons of expensive and time consuming recipes learnt. That's possibly why they think this might work for other professions but it doesn't. The core method is good. I was merely pointing out that the method (of creating a fresh character as shown here) doesn't work for blacksmithing, tailoring or engineering.
Starting out with 43 KP points is crazy though, this is only accomplishable through AA Shuffling right? I guess a "casual" player that wanted to make gold would have to make do with the one gotten from First Craft leveling up process and the 24 looted ones, so yeah maybe like 35. Appreciate the Guide though, Enchanting seems to be a good gold maker if you know what you are doing, which I don't lmao
43 is extremely easy. You can get 24 from treasures, 3 from your weekly. 9 from disenchanting (not including all the catch up you can get) and over 10+ from first time crafts. 43 is not insane at all
@@Penguinr2gt Gotcha, thank you! Didn't know that, have to look into those disenchanting ones! I leveled to 70 and have like 11 points but I didn't disenchant anything, that might explain it. Edit: I was just shocked that you had 43 at 70 without the one times treasures, but I guess you just got all the the first crafts or something.
Great video, really enjoyed it. Profit margins are down 2/3'rds right now since video was created 20K gold for just 15 minutes a day is still really nice. Just 3 days a week in a month, can earn you a wow token + repairs.
okay, that's cool. But what about the other professions? I've spend tons of gold and leveled engi/bs/jw and it seems like any other professions except enchanting was a complete flop...
Not sure what you mean. I showcase how you can use concentration on Tailoring and Jewelcrafting and have screenshots of examples from other profs. Concentration can be used on any craft that you can guarantee q2. Scribe? Make Ciphers, Missives, Vantus runes. Tailor? Make bolts, spell threads, embellishments. Blacksmithing? Make Frameworks, alloys, etc.
i wish i could do your stuff. on my server all prices are broken. all crafting materials are 3x higher then then the finish product. the only way to make abit of money was disentchant shuffle with glimmer.
I've been sitting on 1000/1000 concentration on some alts with no idea how to utilize it. I guess i have to bite the bullet and make a plan for them haha. Thanks for the video!
@@Penguinr2gt Hm okay, I feel like I've done mostly everything since EA, and still lagging behind "get recipes" How does that help? Am I missing something?
Title is very deceptive as is the first couple of minutes. While the general information is good, the suggestion that a person can start with 0 skill and make 60K+ profit in 15 minutes is disingenuous. In order to do this, hours and hours of prep work need to have been put in. Additionally, the method is very reliant on people buying your ring enchant.
I believe the title is very reasonable and this does not require hours and hours of prep work. As shown in the video, someone with about 40k can get started. That will cover their tool and leveling cost. From there, it takes 10 minutes to collect KP treasures and about a minute to do their weekly quest. With those points combined with first time crafts (you get from leveling) you’ll have plenty of points to do what I do in the video. We can say you are about 25 minutes into the process. Then, you spend 10k on materials to craft your 3 enchants. You profit 30k after they sell (and you won’t have any issues selling them like I show in the video). You spent 40k, profited 30k, you are now 10k under still. Wait a day and you’ll craft another enchant and now you break even. Every single enchant you craft after that will be profit. Logging in every day to 1.5 days, clicking a button, is less than 5 minutes a day. Easy gold. Most people have 3 alts. Do this on 3 toons and you are making way more than 60k in your first week. Remember a toon can have two professions so pick up another prof alongside enchanting and even more gold per day. Anyone, and I truly mean anyone can do this.
i kinda hate the alt army meta, i think they should make professions warbound or something, and for every lvl 70+ alt you have you unlock two more professions, but only one of each. The alt armies are just kinda weird but make it awful for people who dont want alt armies
I agree, last time I played was shadowlands, which required investments into ranks of items in the legendaries, but I was able to make everything myself. Now I need an alt or to buy reagents from the AH to do this a few times pr. character which really sucks. Only those extreme minmaxers can make many reagents because they had time and gold to go into mass production with max skill, kp, blue tools etc.
@@Tantaku tbh tier 3 stuff is so expensive all my casual guildies aren't even buying them until we get season bis gear. Your going to spend a token worth of gold on gear you'll replace? Hell no. Without the concentration meta the price would be silly high and that might be good for your gold making but it isn't for the game
I really wish professions in this game were not pay to win. Either you are botting for mats, or you are buying from bots. It is impossible to level up professions otherwise. Not to mention the max gold needed to 'buy' a "long boi" is a cash only enterprise for tokens at over $1000.
You can do the exact same strategy as I show in the video. It took me 40k to set up my toon and another 10k for the crafting cost of the 3 enchants. 50k is not hard to collect atm. Pick up herb/mining, spend an hour gathering and you should have it. No need to buy tokens for gold, make the gold to buy yourself tokens!
Thanks, great video! Question: is any of the profession as good for this as Enchanting? Alchemy and Tailoring kinda suck, the rewards are in the 100s of gold, not in the 1000s :(
Enchanting is definitely the best in terms of gold per click atm. Other profs still have good options though. Alchemy potions/Flasks (alchemical chaos is a fan favorite among many). Spellthreads, Linings or Bolt cooldowns are good from Tailoring. Inscription Missives/Contracts/Ciphers are good. Gems from Jewelcrafting are great. Engineering Embellishment or Reagents. LWing Reagents or Armor Kits. Blacksmithing Alloys are pretty good as well. Hope that gives you some ideas!
@@prytosan You just want to pick the permanent enchantment tree and work your way towards either Arathi or Nerubian ring enchants depending on which one you'd rather produce

Profit margins are down 2/3'rds right now since video was created
20K gold for just 15 minutes a day is still really nice.
Just 3 days a week in a month, can earn you a wow token + repairs.
Thanks so much! I hope the goldmaking treats you well, good luck!
okay, that's cool.
If the item stacks, it’s region wide! All of these enchants, etc are all regionally priced
Ill try it, even if its not profitable anymore
Its still profitable!
Can you share the 'cha ching' sound addon / weakaura?
It’s built into TradeSkillMaster
Making around 70k profit if i get lucky with procs at the moment making weapon enchants after each conc cap
Sweet!
can the characters be 70 or i have to level them to 80?
Can be level 70
I've been sitting on 1000/1000 concentration on some alts with no idea how to utilize it. I guess i have to bite the bullet and make a plan for them haha. Thanks for the video!
Definitely go spend it! That concentration is going to waste just sitting there :P
Your enchanting skill is 105? How its possible?
Bloodelf racial bonus
STOP TELLIN THE MASSES ABOUT MY EZ CONCENTRATION jk nice vid here's a like
Sorry! Haha
Comment for the Algo
Thanks Wake!!
nooooooooooooo don't give away my strategy 😂
pretty much lol, i guess this will be over in a couple days
My same reaction. As soon as I saw the video I was like "well, here goes my 9 enchanters to the trash" 😢
Aren't profession equipment 300 acuity each? How have you got 3 of them already? I'm barely missing some acuity for my second
Keep up with weeklies, get recipes and do your patron orders. Ive been able to get blue tools on my toons without needing to AA shuffle
@@Penguinr2gt Hm okay, I feel like I've done mostly everything since EA, and still lagging behind
"get recipes" How does that help?
Still plenty of gold options out there for people who dont like alts!
@@Penguinr2gt I guess so, but the added supply definitely tanks the price on t3 concentrated stuff, atleast a bit
And I don't blame the alt people, it's blizzards fault, not theirs
I agree, last time I played was shadowlands, which required investments into ranks of items in the legendaries, but I was able to make everything myself. Now I need an alt or to buy reagents from the AH to do this a few times pr. character which really sucks. Only those extreme minmaxers can make many reagents because they had time and gold to go into mass production with max skill, kp, blue tools etc.
@@Tantaku tbh tier 3 stuff is so expensive all my casual guildies aren't even buying them until we get season bis gear. Your going to spend a token worth of gold on gear you'll replace? Hell no.
Without the concentration meta the price would be silly high and that might be good for your gold making but it isn't for the game
boom!
Unsubbed
Hope that gives you some ideas!
so ... most important for enchanter is ingenuity ?? put all this in crafting tools ?
Only if you're heavily reliant on concentration, otherwise use resourcefulness
@@Grenxix for diss resourcefulness ?
@@prytosan I'm not a disenchanter myself, but I believe so
@@Grenxix so please if you know ... when ai would like to make ring enchants what specialization shoud i pick ? how to set talents ?
@@prytosan You just want to pick the permanent enchantment tree and work your way towards either Arathi or Nerubian ring enchants depending on which one you'd rather produce
