Try not to lie down for at least 2-3 hours after eating and when you do lie down try to lay on your left side for a bit. It helps position your body for better digestion. This has made a huge difference for me! Much love! 💙
Flonase tends to really help my allergies! Pro tip though: point the nozzle to the outside side of the nostril and inhale it slowly. When I learned that tip, it started helping me so much more! 🤧

my husband was prescribed a prescription nasal spray that worked really well. You have to start it before your allergy season starts though and you need to make sure you don't run out of it because if you do run out, the med will no longer work. If you are interested when he gets home I will ask what the med is called. His allergies are hayfever/ pollen.. environmental.

The Love Hypothesis is a new favorite, and I feel so happy when someone else reads and loves it! I have struggled with lifelong allergies/sinus issues, and after consulting with allergists I combine: Xyzal pills, Flonase, Vitamin D throughout my allergy seasons. My allergist also suggests trying to keep my body in good working order during these times, making sure you have all the nutrients you need and drinking water. All that said, the sickness has still broken through this week for me, so I wish you well!
nasal sprays have really worked for me (they were a game changer) but they only take effect if you use it for at least some weeks or more. I haven't been using them because i keep forgetting lol
I have IBS and not suppose to drink coffee either but I might have had to get the chestnut praline coffee too!! Sucks not being able to have coffee! I love it so much! Lol I do treat myself sometimes then pay for it! 🙄

I personally use Flonase and netty pot for my allergies and they get so bad I have gotten sinus infections and secondary pneumonia in the past. But using Flonase daily and netty potting twice a week helps clear you out.
