I was so outraged and distressed when the Australian government suspended funding for UNRWA based on this story that I tried to donate to UNRWA. I could not access the UNRWA website to set up a regular donation that afternoon. The only way I could relieve my distress was to donate to any organisation that was trying to get food into Gaza. After some research, I landed on ANERA and set up a monthly donation. A few weeks later, I found I could now access the UNRWA website and was able to set up a regular donation to UNRWA. So, instead of donating to just one charity to help Gazans, I now make monthly donations to two charities! This is probably not the outcome that Israel hoped to achieve.

Incitement to violence in textbooks, tunnels and ammunition found in Unrwa premises and political groups ie Hamas pressuring the Staff Union.
The woman who led the report also literally said that Israel doesn't owe her or Unrwa the evidence for Oct 7th as this is being investigation by a different UN body - The Office of Internal Oversight OIOS.
This Oct 7th investigation by OIOS isn't even complete and Owen here is claiming he knows the outcome.
Also, the OIOS does NOT have the publish their findings publicly according to the UN website.

To be fair, UNRWA employees aren't the most neutral. To be more fair, how would that even be possible? Why is it even a requirement? They're providing essential services for a population being oppressed and the employees are directly targeted by Israel. The IDF has killed over 180 UNRWA staff in the current conflict. Their 'impartiality' showing up in tweets and on social media seems completely acceptable given the circumstances in which they operate.

I've heard that, according to international treaties to which the UK is signatory, we are obliged not to fund organisations that may be aiding terrorists. UK residents have successfully withheld taxes on this basis. Something to look into I think.
