After a severe accident as a teenager, Shayoon was told she would struggle with chronic pain her whole life - until she healed herself. She has also been a powerhouse as a woman and mother, she shares her story of being in a multiracial marriage. Shayoon also actively works against child sex abuse trafficking after going through a horrendous experience of having her son almost kidnapped.

I can never take anyone seriously who says my way is the only way that truly works. There's a glossing over going on. Her throwaway comment that the only time that her technique doesn't work is when people stop doing it, or there's something karmic going on, is the give away. I've seen it with so many teachers and healers. They become arrogant and a bit condescending about other practitioners. It never ends well. There are as many ways to heal as there are people on the planet. Life is abundant in every aspect.
