Cheap and easy as it may seem you would be better off just using some of the VHT chassis and roll bar paint. If you can't bake the poweder coated part at 350 to 400 for about 10 to 15 minutes the powder coat may not be adhered well and survive over time. GEnuinely not trying to bash you or your process but a setup like this might be way a lot of guys say powder coating isn't very good when they have poor results.

Thats why its the poor way to do it haha. Two years later and still looks like shit!!!
Yard sale electric ovens are cheap. Can't do a frame though.
