Hi Gina The Spring Palette Treasure bag has beautiful beads and focal pieces. Your Treasure bags never disappoint. I am glad you did this necklace and showed the caged bead technique. I am forcing myself to finish a crochet afghan that I started before I go back to beading. Thank you for the wonderful videos. Hugs❤
LOL, I understand forcing yourself to finish crocheting, I always start a crochet project and never finish. My mom would get sick of looking at it laying around and finish it for me…LOL. I miss her.
I love this. I'm not very good at working with wire but once I get the right size jump rings I look forward to trying this. It is beautiful. Gina you have amazing ideas. ❤❤
Such a nice piece. Those components with the jump rings would make a pretty pair of earrings. Thanks for sharing. That beaded component kind of looks like a chain maille piece. Great idea.
Stunning, as always, and so are your nails! I started out doing chain maille before I got into beading, so I really love this project because it combines both! 😊
WOW WOW WOW Gina this is so pretty ❣️ The caged beads are a unique addition and making the chain at the end to finish it off and brought it all together 💗👏🏻💗👏🏻💗👏🏻💗👏🏻😍 I didn’t get the Spring bag but did purchase the stash bag which is full of gorgeous beads and I have the long beads you used in a light gray so I want to do this in silver palette with these beads and silver is what I prefer. I can’t wait to give this a go 😊🥳🌟Thank you for sharing your expertise, designs and precious time with us all ❤
O my gosh!!! I love this necklace. This design is fantastic. I cannot wait to make this one. How you can create these designs is beyond me. Thank you so much! 🤗 I love my new treasure bag too😍
Hi Gina, Thanks for this tutorial. First time I've seen a video on a caged bead. I absolutely love this design. There are so many options beyond the beads in the treasure bag. I think I'll do a bunch of variations after using the beads from the treasure bag. Thanks so much for sharing this technique. It was so good to see a tutorial from you again! 💜
Oh Gina this necklace is so cute! I love it. Thank you for showing us how to cage a bead. I absolutely adore the look of them. And you’re right. Those colours look so nice together. Nice for the spring and summer. Mauve is a big colour for the up coming season as well. BTW Your nails look great! Thanks again for sharing all of your talent and time. I appreciate you Gina! Take care! 💝🥰🤗
So pretty and unique! I like that there are so many possible variations according to which beads and jump rings you use. I'm going to make earrings with caged pearls. Thanks so much, Gina! This is a genius creation. I missed this bead bag, but have the components on hand.
Perfect, I like to put common shapes and sizes in the bags along with unique things…I want everyone to be able to make the designs, Treasure bag or not.❤😊
Oh my! I am so glad I was able to purchase this treasure bag. I love this necklace! You’re amazing and so very helpful with instructions!! Thanks Gina! ❤
Lovely looking necklace Gina. I have probably got all I need to reproduce this, even a little flower charm but with a diamante centre which should fit well. Can't wait to try this and arthritis permitting this will be real soon! Thank you for all you bring to us and your hard work in producing tutorials.❤❤
Hello Gina, nice to hear your voice. ❤ I've been on a dry spell. I love this piece it's giving me some inspiration. I don't know why I've neglected my craft room. I've been making resin pendants. I haven't made anything because my brain is not cooperating. I bought a few jewelry designing books to spart the fire in me. I miss it!!!!😢 lv u God bless you. Lorena
Hi Gina I received my beads. They are beautiful. I just wanted to tell you my son lives in the same town as you! Small world is so true! Thank you for your videos this is how I learn so much!
Love this. I was wondering . . . . When adding jump rings when making the chain at the end, is it okay to just drop on two unopened jump riings when I have the single jump ring opened? I tried it and it seemed to work for the chain and appears to make it faster since I won't need to open the two jump rings and then have to close them. Of course I would inspect the closure on the jump rings before adding them. This is a stunning necklace. I did have some trouble getting the second set of jump rings to close over the first set of the caged beads. Trying different beads did help some. Thank you for another beautiful and innovative design.
Hi, yes you most definitely can put your chain together as you described. Sometimes finding beads and jump rings that work well together can be challenging. But one you get that figured out, it works very nicely.♥️
It's nice with the flower , yet beautiful without it or with something else, still your crafting skills are impeccable .❤
Thank you! You are very sweet. And yes any pendant or no pendant, would work 👍
Love the look of the caged beads with those bicones. Beautiful creation Gina.🌼
Yes, I was surprised how nicely the beads go together, it was fun to make.
Very clever way to cage the bead. I had to pause the video just to try it right away. The necklace is so pretty.
Fabulous! I hope you have fun with it!

It looks like chainmail. Is that how you made the caged beads? Very pretty.
Yes, it is a chainmail component.😁
