Purcellville was way nicer 20-25 years ago. I used to commute from Winchester to Alexandria (82 miles one way), it’s not bad. If you do move to Purcellville check out the Purcellville Pub and Purcellville Eats. Homes in Loudoun are ridiculous too, check out Fredrick (not Nova), it’s the valley and 25 mins west of Purcellville... you can get a 2,500-3,000 sqft single family home for the same cost as a townhome in Purcellville.
It an amazing town then been a lot of new stuff within the last just 5months and with the start of the vineyard square you should do some research on that it very intriguing
This helped me realize Purcellville isn't for me and my family, as we are low income and hate to commute to work, mostly for that reason... I'm a bartender and my husband is a tech guru. We'd never be able to afford to own a home there. Looks like there's not a lot of rental options too... So not for us. Thank you for helping me make that decision!
Trump should come to power and implement the efficiency task force which will cut 2 trillion in waste caused by costly contractors in Northern Virginia. Then the NoVa Bubble will pop

Thanks for the info. May be time to make an updated video on Purcellville. Thanks for watching!
Purcellville is beautiful but those house prices are unbelievable. It's not like it's NY or LA.
Purcellville is stunning
Thanks - very helpful
Your welcome. Let me know if I can help in any other way

i love grutos
Good job at trying to justifying the home prices but ain't no justifying those high prices for a town under 10000 population
These shameless bastards have taken this bubble to the next level.
Single family homes in Ashburn and Brambleton should not cost more than 850K.
Trump should come to power and implement the efficiency task force which will cut 2 trillion in waste caused by costly contractors in Northern Virginia.
