I live in Leesburg, you get used to the traffic, and for the Greenway there's two ways of looking at it, yes its expensive but because its expensive there's not a lot of traffic, you're pretty much guaranteed clear sailing to Rt 28, and even after that the toll road to the Beltway as well, you don't hit any real traffic until I-66 if you're commuting into DC, but the worst of that can be avoided if you adjust your schedule and hit it before 6:30am or before 4pm heading out of town. I'm retired now and don't deal with that anymore fortunately.
Hey Dave , thank you for the great content, it's very helpful for someone like me (first time home buyer) in making the right decision. I currently rent in Herndon, to avoid commute. I am planning to buy a townhouse in one of the nearby areas ( closer to Herndon and DC metro), it would be great if you could make videos about other areas such as Sterling, Chantilly, Stone Ridge, Aldie, etc. Thanks again 👍👍

I grew up in Leesburg and enjoyed watching this recently went back to visit it has changed so much! Everything you said was accurate.ida lee was $1 when I was a kid now it’s $7! The outside pool is cool it was a great place to grow up didn’t miss the traffic or the tolls

Can you tell me about the sinkholes in Leesburg? I love this area but recently find out the town is in karst terrain.
It's a non-issue in Leesburg. In 10 years I haven't heard anything about sinkholes on the news or from friends/clients who live in Leesburg.
